Wes and I know know it can be hard to leave a pet behind since they are part of the family, but you have nothing to worry about when they stay with or are cared for by us. I've been a dog owner for almost 25 years, and I'm skilled when it comes to dog training and productive play, and he loves animals more than anyone I know. I've cared for dogs of all ages, and when pooches stay with us, they get lots of walks, snuggles, play, and time to run at the park. You will receive lots of pictures and updates, so you know your dog is not only in excellent hands but also having an enjoyable time! We have one very sweet pooch at home to keep your dog company, and he does well with dogs of all ages. He likes to play if played with, but if your dog isn’t much of a player or is older, Zephyr is excellent at respecting boundaries.

Heather was wonderful with our dogs. She showed up for us on a last minute request for the 4th of July. Needless to say that is the hardest day for our dogs with all the fireworks. She helped calm them and care for them while they were stressed and was prompt, personable and communicative. Thanks Heather!

Schedule
I’m a teacher on summer break, so I have ample time to play with and exercise your pup. I’m pretty much available any day and time except for a two week vacation in July.

There is a lot of green space, trails, and parks by my place, so your pooch will have lots of opportunities to explore outside if that’s something they like, or if they are more of a couch snuggles, we will gladly provide all the snuggles and scratches they like! We make sure pooches are leashed and safe always.
Pets
A typical day
Your pooch will get lots of sniff walks and snuggles. We will play with toys and go to the dog park. If you’d like, I can work on some training with your pooch, too, to hone their skills and stimulate their mind.
