About: I've taken care of dogs since the ripe age of 7 with basic care of water/food in bowl and every 2-4hrs of potty. Whether it was friends or family. Didn't start going professional till 15 with babysitting for children and their family pups! For cats, I own a cat myself and been taking care of her for 8 years. About: I've had cats my whole life (22 years), so I've had my fair share of cleaning litter boxes, treats, play time, brushing, feeding, etc. I have 3 cats right now and 2 are on medicine (pill and insulin) so I also feel comfortable being able to administer medication to your cat! I understand that every cat has their own personality — some are playful and social, while others prefer quiet company and their personal space. I take the time to make pets feel comfortable, safe, and cared for at their own pace. I am from the Quad city area originally but lived in Houston for 30 years, I recently moved back about seven years ago. I have a nice little house in Bettendorf with a great yard including a vinyl privacy fence. I will give your pet a loving fun, playful experience, and I’m very happy to send you video and pictures so you can see how your pet does while they’re with me . I usually let them out in the morning and feed the dogs I watch separately so there’s no fighting , same thing at about 4 pm in between they get pets , sleep, and run around in my yard ( weather permitting ) I am home every day of the week. I am gone for a few hours on Wednesday and Friday. Always attentive to pets in my care they will not be left outside for long periods of time , I often go and sit on my patio while the dogs are out , I also have a doggy door that fits up to large dogs .

I am a teacher so I am out of the house from 7:45am - 4:00 pm Monday-Friday. I have some flexibility to leave early if need be. When I worked at shelters, I was one of many primary care takers for between 80-150 cats and 8-15 dogs. I'd monitor wellness, provide enrichment, and provide all necessary medication for animals. “Heather was amazing! 10/10 would book her again!! She sent updates about our dogs everyday and included photos! She treated our dogs like they were a part of her family. Heather had great communication, even before booking, and allowed two meet and greets so that we felt comfortable. Her dog, Zephyr, was also a 10/10! Our boys got along with him so well, Heather did a great job raising him. She was also very adaptable, our flights changed last minute and Heather was still able to accommodate us. If we ever need someone to watch our dogs, we are definitely coming back to Heather and Zephyr!”

About: I've taken care of dogs since the ripe age of 7 with basic care of water/food in bowl and every 2-4hrs of potty. Whether it was friends or family. Didn't start going professional till 15 with babysitting for children and their family pups! For cats, I own a cat myself and been taking care of her for 8 years. With consistent of litter changes, basic necessities and cuddles! I am free majority of the summer before college. Tuesday's will not be free. But for majority of the week, I'm available as early as 10:00Am till late nights I have a fenced yard for your dog to run around in. I have one female lab and one male Chihuahua that are friendly and can interact with other dogs. (Also have one female cat!) My home is very much spacious, if your dog needs to be crated as well!
