I'm a dog lover in need of extra income and knew this was the perfect fit for me. Dogs have always been a large part of my life and I couldn't imagine a better way of using my extra time! I do have experience and have been dog sitting ever sense I was a young girl. I'm certain that I'm just what a good owner is looking for when it comes to taking care of their babies. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover as far back as I can remember. I have had dogs in my life sense I was a baby. I've always had a love for animals however dogs hold a special place in my heart. I don't know what it is about them but my family would argue that I probably treat my dog better then I treat them lol. About my yard My backyard is a large wrap around deck overlooking a wooded ravine, so technically I don't really have a back yard just a nice deck with a good view. My experience administering medication Yes, I am very comfortable with administering medication however I have never had to do shots or injections and therefore I am not comfortable in that aspect but pills, ointments, etc. are fine.

First time Rover user and it was a great experience. Heather was so accomodating and lovely to work with. My pup made herself "right at home" and Heather sent pupdates and pics throughout the week. My 6 year old dog seemed at ease and didn't go through the decompression period usually required after being boarded at the kennel. I'll definitely book with Heather again!

Schedule
I work close to home and I'm able to be home over lunch. This allows no more than 4 hrs. between bathroom breaks. Daily walks are a must when weather cooperates.

I have a fenced yard with plenty of space for exercise and play time. I live in a nice neighborhood that's perfect for walks as well.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks I live in a very nice secluded neighborhood that is perfect for walking. There is a minimal amount of traffic and it really works out perfectly for a short 30 min. walk. If lengthier walks are required the bike trail along the river is just a short car ride away. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog sleeps where he/she prefers. I would like for them to do what they are comfortable with and let them choose were they would like to sleep whether that be on the couch or the bed it's up to them. Time I'll spend with your dog I prefer to be home when dog sitting and would rather not leave an animal unattended in my home for any lengthy period of time (An hour or more).

- I would need to know their habits good and bad as well as their preferences. Knowing what a dog likes a doesn't like is very important. Also their schedule specifically pertaining to their eating times and bathroom brakes.
