About: I’ve had dogs all my life and it seemed the family dogs always gravitated toward me. I can’t imagine life without them! I’ve been caring for other’s dogs ever since I got my drivers license. The first dog I watched for a family (a beautiful Alaskan husky) had diabetes and required diabetic shots twice a day. Even though it hurt to have to give him shots, I loved having the opportunity to care for dogs other than my own. Since then I’ve had the opportunity of being the go-to dog watcher for several families with several different dog (and cat) breeds. I’m in the office Tuesday - Thursday but available for morning/evening and quick bathroom breaks over lunch. I have a fenced in backyard and ample space inside the house to make your dog comfortable. I can crate if needed, but also have rooms that can function as “dog” rooms for the periods when I need to leave the house. I have my own Belgian Malinois, who mostly does her own thing. :)

About: I have live and taken care of my own pets since I was 15 years old. I have experience with pitbulls, Shepard's, labs, corgis, and cats. I have three cats of my own right now, but have had dogs in the past Recently I have branched out and started helping my friends take care of their animals while we are one different shifts. I work at NKCH 3 days a week with rotating 12 hour day shifts. One week is Monday through Wednesday and the next week is Wednesday through Friday. I do pick up at Truman Medical Center for 8 hours, but will have those days blocked off. I love playing with animals in their own environment so they are more comfortable with the surrounding environment with different outside factors in a new area. Walks will be in their neighborhood.

About: I grew up on a farm when I was little so I know my way around animals. I have an 11 year old morkie named Marley and a 1 1/2 year old German Shorthaired Pointer named Waylon. I love my dog kids as much as I love my human kids! I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I occasionally go in the office for 3-4 hours once a week, so I’m home pretty much all the time! I have a fenced in giant yard and doggy door. My fence is only 4 feet tall so let me know if your dog is a jumper. My small morkie is only here part time and keeps to herself and does not usually interact with any other dogs. My GSP is VERY high energy and loves to play and run and is not aggressive at all! He is around other dogs all the time because we take him to dog parks and Bar K quite frequently. I know how crazy I am about my dogs so I will treat yours just the same as I do mine!
