“Lona & Alan took phenomenal care of our precious goldendoodle! They loved her like she was their own and really made sure they were respectful of our wishes for our dog’s care. I loved getting pictures and videos of our pup throughout her stay and she was clearly happy and well loved! My only concern with them watching our dog is if my dog would want to come with me after such an amazing time 😂 (which she did thankfully 😁). They were amazing to our dog and very trustworthy! Because of the sensitivity of our cats, we also appreciated that she only accepts one client at a time as she describes. She followed through the schedule that I prepared for when to medicate 2 of our 3 cats as needed, and we appreciated her time on keeping us informed and sent along pictures. I work at NKCH 3 days a week with rotating 12 hour day shifts. One week is Monday through Wednesday and the next week is Wednesday through Friday. I do pick up at Truman Medical Center for 8 hours, but will have those days blocked off. I love playing with animals in their own environment so they are more comfortable with the surrounding environment with different outside factors in a new area. Walks will be in their neighborhood.

About: I grew up on a farm with many types of animals and hard work. I have worked in veterinary clinics as a kennel attendant and now a veterinary assistant for over 10 years. I have experience with dogs, cats, and exotic pets. I'm comfortable caring for elderly and sick pets as well as giving medications. I live and work in the Liberty MO area. I am an early morning person and can do early morning drop in visits and walks before 7 am (including weekends and holidays). I typically get my lunch break between 12-2 pm. About: 🐾Please note that meet and greets are required for all my services! Me and my boyfriend both work full time jobs so your pets will be alone for a few hours depending on your services you schedule with me. Also note if you book for a boarding stay you will have to provide a crate if your dog stays in a crate while your gone durning the day or overnight!🐾 I have taken care of all breed and sizes of dogs for a few years now. All my family and family friends have trusted me with their fur babies. I go to their homes or I take their dogs home with me depending on how they get along with my dogs. I have fed, played, and bathed dogs. I also love of them as if they are my own dogs. Not only do I care for dogs but I can care for all other four legged animals as well! Depending on the day if I work your pet will get 1 walk and plenty of outside time! If I am not working your dog will get 2 walks, hours of outside time and get as much enrichment to help their mental stemalation and energy! Starting in May on Saturdays I typically work at a race track until late, but I will go to your home prior to me going to the track. I have a fenced in yard and live in a nice Kearney neighborhood! We have several nature trails to walk on and a dog park in town! I do have two dogs but both are very friendly with other dogs and up to date on all vaccinations! There is also a vet office 5 minutes down the road that I take my animals to so if there ever is an emergency I will go straight there!

We feed and take care of the dogs just as you instruct, and separate them from our dogs when feeding time rolls around. When we are gone from the house, we will put your dog in our kitchen/laundry room area where they can roam about and play with toys, sleep in our provided dog bed, and have access to food and water. This area is separated from where our dogs stay when we are gone. In the evening, they will sleep in that same area as well. They will get potty breaks often and will get to go on walks. Lastly, we will update you often with messages and photos! If you at anytime want to check in and see how your pup is doing, send us a message! We want you to enjoy your time away and not stress about your dogs wellbeing. WHAT WE ASK OF OUR CLIENTS 1. If your dog has any habits, please make us aware so we can properly prepare our home for them. 2. We prefer to agree on a drop off and pick up time, and stick to those as much as possible. We will do this closer to your stay, but we do not allow people to come and go as they please. We want to make sure we are home and have your pups belongs gathered so we can have a smooth transition. 3. Please note that we are very flexible with drop off and pick up times, but we ask that if you are dropping off early in the morning you are prompt or notify us if you are running late.
