About: I’ve had dogs all my life and it seemed the family dogs always gravitated toward me. I can’t imagine life without them! I’ve been caring for other’s dogs ever since I got my drivers license. The first dog I watched for a family (a beautiful Alaskan husky) had diabetes and required diabetic shots twice a day. Even though it hurt to have to give him shots, I loved having the opportunity to care for dogs other than my own. Since then I’ve had the opportunity of being the go-to dog watcher for several families with several different dog (and cat) breeds. I will make every effort to give your dog the same care that I was able to give Skyler and the rest of the dogs I’ve had the great fortune of watching and taking care of. There’s not many things that give me more joy than spending time with dogs. Now that I have more time on my hands in my 30’s I have recently gotten connected with volunteering with KC Pet Project. Dogs deserve all the love in the world. I currently work from home Monday and Friday so in addition to the weekend, it opens up availability to be present for the doggie. I’m in the office Tuesday - Thursday but available for morning/evening and quick bathroom breaks over lunch. I have a fenced in backyard and ample space inside the house to make your dog comfortable. I can crate if needed, but also have rooms that can function as “dog” rooms for the periods when I need to leave the house. I have my own Belgian Malinois, who mostly does her own thing. :)

About: I’ve had pets my whole life and have always been the one friends and family rely on to care for them! I currently have three dogs and two cats, so I’m very comfortable with all kinds of personalities and breeds. I truly love spending time with animals and making them feel safe, happy, and loved. I’m an esthetician with a very flexible schedule, so caring for pets fits easily into my day-to-day life! I already spend my time caring for my own pets, and I genuinely love giving animals extra attention, playtime, and extra love while their owners are away. In both my home and a client’s home, I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get plenty of potty breaks or litter box care, playtime, exercise, and lots of affection. About: I have live and taken care of my own pets since I was 15 years old. I have experience with pitbulls, Shepard's, labs, corgis, and cats. I have three cats of my own right now, but have had dogs in the past Recently I have branched out and started helping my friends take care of their animals while we are one different shifts. I work at NKCH 3 days a week with rotating 12 hour day shifts. One week is Monday through Wednesday and the next week is Wednesday through Friday. I do pick up at Truman Medical Center for 8 hours, but will have those days blocked off. I love playing with animals in their own environment so they are more comfortable with the surrounding environment with different outside factors in a new area. Walks will be in their neighborhood.

About: Hello!! i have always had a passion for helping animals and i worked as a Veterinary Technician at an emergency Veterinary Clinic for two years. I learned so much about adapting to the different needs of each animals and how to provide them the highest level of care. I have 2 cats and a dog, one of my cats is blind but she is almost too brave for her own good. i have a soft spot for taking care of those with special needs and have fostered other disabled animals as well. I would love to care for your pets, whether it be an hour a day or all day. I have been trained on basic behavioral training and corrections and believe that old dogs can in fact learn new tricks 😉. i have grown up around all different types of pets and it is always fun getting to know everyones unique personality and creating a special bond with them. i have am home most of the day Monday-Fridat, but may have to run out for a few house here and there. Weekends j am usually unless we have something planned. i would be delighted to spend time in the company of your fur baby ! i like to get pets all the exercise that they need when i am with them, wether that’s playing a few games of tug of war and jogging around in the back yard or running around the neighborhood or park a few times!
