About: I'm retired, so I'm available most of the time. I have worked with two different German Shepherd Rescues as a foster mom. I also volunteer at the local regional animal shelter. I have helped train many dogs over the years. I also have quite a bit of cat experience, as well as birds, fish (both salt and freshwater tanks) and reptiles, I enjoy cats, and find that they are all very unique. I enjoy being a pet sitter, providing safety and love for them while their parents are away. I offer FREE MEET & GREETS! (A Meet & Greet is necessary for the first visit, no exceptions). Also, I need 3 days advance notice in order to consider your pet for boarding. I have many reviews in my profile from past sitting jobs. Thanks I am retired and available as noted on my calendar. I make every attempt to feed dogs and cats at the same time as the owners. I find that keeping pets on a schedule helps them to feel safe and comfortable when their owners are away. My dog, Sky, is AKC "Star Puppy" and "Advanced Obedience" trained. I have a strong skill set for helping anxious dogs. I understand how to keep a pet engaged, both in general play and affection.

About: I’ve been experienced in the veterinary medicine field for about 2 years, working as a receptionist and also a kennel technician taking care of pets. Before I went into vet medicine I worked at a doggy daycare for almost 2 years, I was taking care of boarded pets (cats and dogs) and also working as a receptionist. I love to build relationships with pets and owners and care for them to the best of my ability I'm available Wednesday through Saturday with flexible hours and can provide walks, and drop-in visits. I pride myself on being dependable, communicative, and attentive to each dog's unique needs. I understand every pet has their own personality, routine, and needs. I always make it a priority to follow instructions closely including, feeding schedules, medications(if needed), and any special preferences. In a clients home I focus to keep pets comfortable by maintaining their normal routine and giving them plenty of attention, playtime, walks, and affection.

About: i've lived and cared for all kinds of dogs and cats. young, old, small, and big, it doesn't matter, the critter will be loved and cared for no matter what i currently don't have any other job so i am most normally always available to help take care of your fur baby's!! and more than happy to do just so. i take very great care of all four pets in my home. they all get fed a certain amount of food and proper exercise along side some enrichment fun time!

About: Hello! My name is Jennifer! I used to go to animal shelters and volunteer in the cat houses and then switch off to walk dogs to help them get the exercise they need. Having used to work at a Petsmart and a doggy daycare, I have experience with dog handling from the trainers and lots of experience keeping dogs entertained while their parents looked around for their next squeaky toy and treats! I have house sat many times for people with cats and dogs for either days or weeks at a time. I would be a fun and bubbly personality to hang out with your animals for a little bit to take them on walks around the block, the park, or wherever you want your pets to see! I have several years of reliable pet care experience. I work full time but am able to take animals out with me while I am at work! My wife and I have our evenings free to take care of and love your animals! I am very flexible and trustworthy in the pet parent’s homes. I do have other animals, so it’s important that if I care in home, that they are okay with other animals!. Other than that, I have a dog who LOVES to play with other dogs!

About: While I don't have formal experience, I've spent my whole life taking care of pets at home. I've even raised our current pups from puppies to adulthood, handling everything from feeding to playtime. My goal is to treat every pet like part of the family. I'm currently a college student down in Springfield, but whenever I'm back in town for breaks or summer, I will have a fairly flexible schedule! I'm available on the weekends, evenings, and soon to be during the weekdays as well! Every pet deserves the family treatment! About: I have a stubborn Pitbull that I've trained for service animal work. I'm not scared of any specific breeds! I also have had cats my entire life! I love giving cuddles. My baby is allergic to everything so I am also very familiar with allergies. Walking isn't a problem. I prefer pups that are gentle on leashes but am willing to work with the most advanced pullers! I am willing to stay over night if needed. I also prefer people on the night shift as I dont sleep well at night. I follow directions well and I also have to give my boy allergy medication so if that is needed I am not afraid to give them but would prefer a written document stating it is okay for me to give and written directions on how you give the medication *example 1 apoquel tab at what time* I work until 5 but am available after that. I am available on holidays and weekends as well. I work with all breeds. Pitties of course are my favorite Currently my house isn't big enough to have animals stay with me. I prefer coming out to your house where the dog or cat is familiar.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life and it seemed the family dogs always gravitated toward me. I can’t imagine life without them! I’ve been caring for other’s dogs ever since I got my drivers license. The first dog I watched for a family (a beautiful Alaskan husky) had diabetes and required diabetic shots twice a day. Even though it hurt to have to give him shots, I loved having the opportunity to care for dogs other than my own. Since then I’ve had the opportunity of being the go-to dog watcher for several families with several different dog (and cat) breeds. I will make every effort to give your dog the same care that I was able to give Skyler and the rest of the dogs I’ve had the great fortune of watching and taking care of. There’s not many things that give me more joy than spending time with dogs. Now that I have more time on my hands in my 30’s I have recently gotten connected with volunteering with KC Pet Project. Dogs deserve all the love in the world. I currently work from home Monday and Friday so in addition to the weekend, it opens up availability to be present for the doggie. I’m in the office Tuesday - Thursday but available for morning/evening and quick bathroom breaks over lunch. I have a fenced in backyard and ample space inside the house to make your dog comfortable. I can crate if needed, but also have rooms that can function as “dog” rooms for the periods when I need to leave the house. I have my own Belgian Malinois, who mostly does her own thing. :)

About: I have, alongside owning pets, cared for many within and outside of my family for 6 years now. I know to care for dogs, cats, big and small. I can only do it mostly on weekends or early mornings on any other day. My days off from my regular job are Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday so if you need anything on those days then I am your gal! We take care of many pets in our home. We have 4 cats, and 5 dogs, one including a standard poodle but they have plenty of room in and outside of the house so they can have fun and roam!

In my home, our dogs are allowed on couches and to lay in the bed! I also make sure to not overstep - it’s the pets (and yours) home first!
