About: I'm retired, so I'm available most of the time. I have worked with two different German Shepherd Rescues as a foster mom. I also volunteer at the local regional animal shelter. I have helped train many dogs over the years. I also have quite a bit of cat experience, as well as birds, fish and reptiles, I enjoy cats, and find that they are all very unique. I enjoy being a pet sitter, providing safety and love for them while their parents are away. I offer FREE MEET & GREETS! (A Meet & Greet is necessary for the first visit, no exceptions) I have many reviews in my profile from past sitting jobs. I am retired and available as noted on my calendar. I make every attempt to feed dogs and cats at the same time as the owners. I find that keeping pets on a schedule helps them to feel safe and comfortable when their owners are away. My dog, Sky, is AKC "Star Puppy" and "Advanced Obedience" trained. I have a strong skill set for helping anxious dogs. I understand how to keep a pet engaged, both in general play and affection.

About: Animal-lover who started volunteering with rescues over a decade ago. Experienced with dogs, including reactive dogs(I have one of my own), cats, birds, and various other pets. Feel free to share the training commands you'd like to work on with your pet and I will try to work them in where I can during my visit. I will treat your pets like my own(my dog is incredibly loved and spoiled) Currently working freelance so my schedule is flexible. Able to work most visits into my schedule without issue, but if there's a visit that won't work, you'll know as soon as I do so other arrangements can be made Only open to dropping by and house-sitting bookings at the moment because my own dog can be reactive and we currently live with a cat, but I'm a great caretaker and a top choice for my friends when they need a sitter. Responsible, reliable, and focused on giving your pet the best care possible for their needs
“Chigozirim did a great job coming and taking care of my cat. She gave him lots of cuddles and did everything I asked. I would recommend her, if you need someone to drop in on your pet 😊”

“This was my first time using Rover and Mya made the experience amazing! I will definitely be using her again. My dog is very shy and not good with strangers but Mya took her time to be patient and calming. My dog started warming up to her very fast and I belive dogs have a good judge of character ;)”

“We went on vacation for the first time since the pandemic started and needed someone we could trust to take care of our kitties. Kat does a wonderful job, sent thorough updates (which were greatly appreciated), helped our cats keep up their routine and made them comfortable even though they were missing their humans. Thank you, Kat!”

“Olivia gives us great peace of mind when we travel. She's utterly reliable, arriving on time and sending pictures every day. Our shy cat warmed right up to her and was happy and healthy when we got home. Olivia is a natural animal person.”

So, to compensate for that, I am able to adapt to exactly what your pets need and want. I work full time, but that doesn’t stop me from being the best that I can be for your furry friends! I get just as excited as they do to see them every day! I always strive to be loving and caring towards pets. I view them as true members to any family! In my home, our dogs are allowed on couches and to lay in the bed! I also make sure to not overstep - it’s the pets (and yours) home first!

About: While I don't have formal experience, I've spent my whole life taking care of pets at home. I've even raised our current pups from puppies to adulthood, handling everything from feeding to playtime. My goal is to treat every pet like part of the family. I'm currently a college student down in Springfield, but whenever I'm back in town for breaks or summer, I will have a fairly flexible schedule! I'm available on the weekends, evenings, and soon to be during the weekdays as well! Every pet deserves the family treatment! I'm careful to follow their set routines and rules - whether it's playtime, feeding, or crate time. Your pet's safety always comes first!
“Kristina was wonderful! She loved my dog and you could tell she loves all animals! My vacation was extended, unexpectedly, due to an hospital admission. and she even picked up the extra shifts which helped alleviate my stress immensely. So I highly recommend Kristina!”

“Jacqueline is outstanding! She took great care of our furbabies while we were out of town. She gave medication as prescribed and sent us pictures along with a report card every visit. Thank you so much, Jacqueline!!”

About: I have a stubborn Pitbull that I've trained for service animal work. I'm not scared of any specific breeds! I also have had cats my entire life! I love giving cuddles. My baby is allergic to everything so I am also very familiar with allergies. Walking isn't a problem. I prefer pups that are gentle on leashes but am willing to work with the most advanced pullers! I am willing to stay over night if needed. I also prefer people on the night shift as I dont sleep well at night. I follow directions well and I also have to give my boy allergy medication so if that is needed I am not afraid to give them but would prefer a written document stating it is okay for me to give and written directions on how you give the medication *example 1 apoquel tab at what time* I work until 5 but am available after that. I am available on holidays and weekends as well. I work with all breeds. Pitties of course are my favorite Currently my house isn't big enough to have animals stay with me. I prefer coming out to your house where the dog or cat is familiar.
“We need a drop-in ASAP, same day and a short notice. Someone was supposed to let our dogs out and canceled last minute! We were soooo lucky and blessed to have such a reliable person to go check our babies! They made sure to let us know if something seemed off about one of our babies and made sure to ask if it was normal! I couldn’t recommend them more!”
