About: I have had birds, cats, dogs, and rats as pets! I have worked as a volunteer at many shelters with senior animals, shy and scared ones as well. I have had mastiffs as pets and shih tzus. I love them all just the same as my two legged babies! Bathing, and walking and playing with all animals is my favorite! I am retired and have plenty of free time for anything related to your fur babies! I love playing outside, given the weather is cooperating! I have a fenced in backyard. I have two dogs but one is reactive so I do not do in home boarding. But I am happy to help your fur babies at your home with walks, belly rubs & lots of love!

About: I will love your dog or cat as if they were my own. I have fostered and volunteered with local rescues and have probably fostered around 40 dogs and cats in my life time. I am able to help soothe nervous pets and start working on commands. I don’t mind taking “reactive” dogs, just let me know that they are “reactive” so I can best prepare. I have had several fosters that had a bite record but by the end of their stay with me they were a completely different pup as they began to trust the world again. I honestly like fur babies more than most people. There are no children in my home and I have a Chi Pug Mix and Husky, both submissive. I do work full time week day schedules are as follows: Leave home at 7:15 am Return on my lunch to let dogs out/provide enrichment 12:15pm-1pm Return home for the day at 5pm Unless volunteering (will be scheduled around boarding/day care) I’m am home at least 75% of the time on weekends and evenings. I have a large fenced back yard and have baby gates for additional separation/in case your pup is a runner when doors are opened (please let me know if this is the case). I also have a “office” where 1/2 is set up for dogs that need separation as well as two additional separate spaces should the pup need to be separated. I will treat your furbaby as if it is my own and I’m definitely a helicopter dog mom where safety is my number one priority.

“Susan came to watch my sweet boy for the weekend. She kept him in a routine and made sure to give him lots of love and cuddles while mom and dad were out of time. Lots of play time which is good for him because he is hyper and has lots of energy. Meal time is hard for him due to being a rescue but she did well with him. Worked with him just like we do. If you write instructions for her she will follow them and do her very best to keep them in whatever routine you have your fur babies in. Highly recommend using her to comfort your fur babies while you are gone.”

About: I have worked for an animal emergency/trauma hospital and a few veterinary clinics. I will watch your pets as if they are my own pets! You can message me whenever to let me know when you need me and I will do my best to find time to help out. Just tell me what you normally do for your pet so I can keep that same or very similar routine to lessen your pet's stress.

Traits I have raised Beth with. I also co-trained a NC state 2nd place canine agility hound. And ran a private rescue for a decade in Oregon. I have trained one of the best service dogs as shown in her photos. Also, I trained several other service dogs for other disabled individuals. Having a unique insight in repetition and reward training. All of my skills I offer to help Beth in her career choice, and benefit her clients. I stand ready to assist Beth in moving forward in her career which includes dog walking and sitting, but I am not just her mom. I am her client. For the last year I have paid her to assist me with my own dog, Sabastian. As my career at times keeps me busy for hours. She does a wonderful job and is self-motivated to provide for the animal. About: I got my very own dog at the age of 10, which is where my love for dogs began, so much so that I currently have a career as a dog groomer, so I have lots and lots of patience and practice and love what I do!
