About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, reptiles, and rodents since I was 12. I used to dog walk and house sit for neighbors and friends back in WA I am currently a Dental Assisting student at Coastal Carolina Community College and hope to go into the Dental Hygiene program. My schedule is very open in the afternoon and I want to fill up my time doing something I love I love to run with high energy dogs. Snuggle with any pets who a clingy. I’ll play with them before I leave so they get a little nap after.

About: I love animals and will treat yours like my own! We will play and walk and have fun together! I can accommodate special needs as well . We have a doggy door so your pet can go in our large fenced in yard as he or she pleases. We walk every afternoon in our neighborhood. If you prefer your dog crated, that works as well. I have 2 friendly dogs. Your dog can be crated at your request, otherwise he or she is free to roam as long as friendly and house trained.

About: I love animals, especially dogs, more than words can express! We have always had small dogs in our family since I was born. I could never imagine living without a dog in my household. In fact I have always had my miniature schnauzers as my fur babies since my early 20’s. I also use my endless dog walks as another form of exercise especially with the awesome beach roads all over the island that we are fortunate to enjoy living on the island. Since I never had children I have extremely spoiled animals. Me and my husband are retired and I work a very part time job so have a lot of flexibility with my schedule. My husband may also like to join in with my walks as well to help keep your pooch entertained and continue with our daily exercise regimen. If your pet does not do well on long walks please mention that so we don’t wear them out too much! I would like to walk your dog on the beach or beach access if allowed. If you would rather we stay on the neighborhood streets that’s fine too! My house/pet sitting service will include feeding, playing, walking, cleaning up pet waste in yard or litter box and light housekeeping such as vacuuming up pet fur if applicable. I have a very flexible schedule. I do work a few days a week part time but only 4-5 hr shifts at a time. I would love to be your pet’s next best friend! I am an extremely anal retentive pet owner and home owner. I probably take better care of my pets than my own self! We do not miss any yearly vet appointments and are very attentive to any ailments that may come along. I always say the worst part of being a pet owner is when they have to cross the rainbow bridge.

About: I started out working with horses at a small little barn in Newport NC. I have owned lizards, cats, dogs, snakes, and two horses (not collectively at the same time!). I worked at Petsense as well where I worked with animals on a consistent basis as well as throw adoption events. I work remotely from home so my schedule is always flexible to meet the needs of anyones fur babies. I have a normal Monday through Friday 8-4:30 but am able to assist through my shift. I do not have a fenced yard but I am extremely close to very nice walking trails. I live right next to the beach as well.

About: I am currently an elementary school teacher who also loves being around animals:) I have grown up with dogs my whole life. While in college I rescued my now 3 year old beautiful Rue who has made life the absolute best! I look forward to spending time with your amazing pets. I am currently an elementary school teacher, so I have my summers off and a clear schedule to be able to care for your pets. I have a nice backyard for your dogs to play in as well as 2 young dogs to keep your dog company. A three year old terrier mix and a one and a half year old yellow lab! Both are friendly as can be and love playing with all dogs.

About: I am a passionate animal lover and have been for my entire life. I love all animals and have chosen to pursue a career as a zookeeper. I graduated from college with an Associates Degree in Zoo Science and Technology. After graduating I worked for Petco for almost 2 years. I am now currently working for Petsmart and have been for almost 2 and half years. So I have extensive knowledge and experience with both domestic and exotic animals. I have been my childhood neighbors dog sitter for the past 10 years and have been a petsitter for multiple other people including co-workers. I even have experience with small animals such as hamsters and reptiles. I treat all pets as if they are my own and would love the chance to care for yours! I am currently working part-time at Petsmart and work at least five days a week. I work mostly mornings so my afternoons are usually free! I cannot offer to watch your pet at my home, as I am renting; however, I am very comfortable visiting your home to care for your pet! I have previous experience watching pets within their homes and even have experience staying over night.

About: I’m a born animal lover who has care taking experience all my adult life. I have successfully been doing this for a very long time I am retired yet have never stopped caring for animals. It’s a joy for me and the best job ever. I never wish to stop I prefer to do drop in visits as I do not have a fenced yard but I can board at my home with leashed dogs

About: I've taken my dogs all over on my travels in my rv and have experience being very in tune with their needs. We've gone on many hikes and adventures and I have pet sat for a few friends. I am very available as I work as a musician part time. I have reliable transportation and am a former business owner who is very dependable. I have a special connection with dogs and try to feel out what each pet needs specifically. If they like music they will love my guitar service to serenade your pet.

About: I love animals of all kinds! I will care for your pets as if they are my own when I am with them. I have owned dogs, cats and horses. I have taken care of a multitude of animals and catered to any special needs they may have: anxiety, medication, old age, loss of limbs, etc... You name it and I have done it. I’m very flexible with the needs of my clients! Just let me know what you need help with and we can get it taken care of. I have a large yard for your dogs to run and play. Also lots of good walking paths in the neighborhood. If I am in your home, I will take care of your animals as you would in their own environment.

About: 20 years working in the veterinary industry including 10 years at NCSU Vet school and developed years of experience performing physical assesments and basic/advanced interventions for emergencies in a clinical setting. I work full time from home now (veterinary diagnostics) with a bluetick coonhound and a cat as my assistants. Both animals are very friendly towards people and other animals. Buck would love to have a playmate throughout the day. I already entertain my hound during the day while I work remote. We have a fenced in back yard and I take him on frequent walks. His routine is to play in the yard and then sleep in the bed in the office, then repeat throughout the day. I don't let my dog out of the fence off leash or give him anything that can potentially become a foriegn body and/or is toxic to dogs. Buck rips toys apart but does not eat them.
