“Courtney is very professional, thoughtful and gentle, with my energetic Golden Retriever. She helped us in an over heat week. She planned routes with shade, and kept a very close eye to the dog during the walks. We will definitely book again!”

“Cameron takes such great care of our Dash. He was very patient in building rapport with our boy and getting to know him. Dash looks forward to his walks with Cameron, who is reliable and kind!”

About: I’ve been lucky enough to raise and care for three wonderful dogs, from tiny two-month-old pups to wise, gentle seniors — so I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages. I love getting to know each dog’s unique personality and energy level, and I adapt my care to suit what makes them happiest. On walks, I keep a close eye on what they sniff or try to eat, as well as how they interact with other pets we meet along the way — making sure every encounter is safe and friendly. I can also do basic training like “sit,” “paw,” and “roll,” using high-quality freeze-dried liver treats (with your permission, of course!). When we return from our walk, I’m happy to give them a gentle clean-up — wiping their eyes, paws, and rear with premium Earth Rated pet wipes — so they come home fresh and comfortable. I walk my own dog at least twice a day, so spending time with animals is already part of my daily routine. I’m an active person, averaging over 10,000 steps a day, and since I live in downtown Palo Alto, walking is also my main form of getting around. At my client’s home, I will feed the pets, play with them, and keep an eye out for anything unusual, letting the owners know right away if I notice something of concern. I’m also happy to handle basic pet-related clean-up when needed. Having raised three dogs myself, I’ve become skilled at giving relaxing dog massages — and if your pet enjoys gentle human touch, I’d be delighted to treat them to a soothing massage.

“Chris was an excellent dog walker and took great care of my 10 mo old, 70 pound 'puppy'! Chris was incredibly prompt and responsive in all our communications, and he even proactively checked in a few days in advance to confirm timing which I really appreciate. Most importantly my dog had a great time with him! I would highly recommend Chris!”

“I’ve known Jess for over 15 years, and if there’s one thing you should know about her, it’s that she has a heart of gold when it comes to animals. She’s raised two amazing dogs over the years, pouring endless love, energy, and care into them—truly treating them like family (because to Jess, they are!!!). She just gets pets—their quirks, their needs, and what makes them happiest. And she understands exactly what pet parents need too: someone they can trust completely. Jess is the kind of person who will go the extra mile for your furry friend, whether it’s a long walk, a cuddle session, or making sure they feel safe while you’re away. I can say with total confidence—any pet would be lucky to have Jess in their life!”

Alexis I.
“Alexis is one of my Shih Tzu-Pomeranian mix Piper's favorite people! That says a lot because, as an undersocialized rescue, Piper generally takes a while to warm up to new people and can get anxious very easily. Alexis was patient and warm, and knew how to make Piper comfortable. And now Piper always gets SO excited when they meet up! I can't recommend Alexis enough!! Bonus: Alexis is also great at taking pictures, so you'll end up with adorable shots of your pet. :)”

Betty C.
“I feel so lucky to have found Betty, and she was amazing with my dog. I would highly recommend her to watch your fur-baby. She was so loving, and her two Labradoodles are absolutely adorable. Betty provided me with updates and pictures throughout my dog's stay. My dog had so much fun that she didn't want to leave Betty's house. She is my go-to dog sitter, and I 100% trust her.”
