About: Caring for animals has always been one of the greatest joys in my life. Over the years I've looked after dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, and fish - and I've genuinely loved every minute of it. Now that I'm recently retired, ( I retired a few years early) I finally have the time to do what I've always wanted to do; dedicate my days to helping pets feel happy, safe, and understood. I volunteered at SICSA and completed classes focused on both cat and dog care, giving me a strong foundation and animal behavior, safety, and enrichment. I also share my home with a 5-year-old German Shepherd and have worked closely with a professional trainer picking up many effective training techniques along the way. Patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement are at the heart of how I interact with every animal. Whether your pet needs a midday break, a walk to burn off energy, or simply some company while you're away, I'm here to help. My goal is to give your pet a great day - and give you peace of mind knowing they're in caring, capable hands. I'm recently retired, which means I have plenty of time and energy to dedicate to your pets. I offer open availability every day up until 3:00 p.m., making it easy to fit in walks, droppings, play time, or midday check-ins. Whether your pet needs a quick potty break or some extra company while you're away, I'm here to help keep their routine smooth and stress free. I take care of pets in their own home by following their normal routines, keeping their space clean, and giving them plenty of attention and comfort. And make sure they feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for while you're away, so their day stays as stress-free and familiar as possible.

About: Rescue and veterinary experience. Skilled with seniors, special needs, and neonates. Comfortable giving medications and injections. Attentive, patient, and focused on keeping pets safe, clean, and stress-free. I currently work part-time in the veterinary field (two days per week), giving me plenty of availability to care for your pets. I also have extended two-hour lunch breaks, allowing me to return home and check in on them throughout the day. I follow each pet’s routine in their home, including feeding, play, walks, and meds. About: I have been a long time pet owner. On Oct. 17, 2023 I lost my little dog Neil. He was 12 years old and meant the world to me. He was my faithful companion and travel partner. Before moving to Ohio in November 2023, I spent the past 3 years living in Mexico volunteering with a rescue organization which gave me an even broader insight into caring for animals. I apply that knowledge and care to other animals. I am a mother and grandmother to humans, but I love my pets like they are my children. You can expect the same love, care and treatment of your pets when I care for them. I am a stay at home grandma that has free time during the day making me available for drop-in checks, play dates and walks with your pet. Visits after 4pm can be arranged with advance notice. I will care for your pet at your home according to your specific instructions. I ask that pets be up to date on all vaccinations. Any food or treats that you would like your pet to have should be provided by you. About: Hello, I LOVE dogs. Literally spending time with any dog would probably be my favorite thing to do. I’m great with all different personalities types too, how to calm, respond, care for all different types of dogs. Cats are cool too! I definitely know how to care for cats, I’ve had so many growing up and helped my mom with hers for my whole life. I have one black pug right now. She is my best friend in the world, great with other dogs, kids, everyone. I live in an apartment so I can’t board any dogs at my house right now, but i definitely can go to other people’s homes or walk dogs! My husband lives with me too and can take care of my pug if I’m out on the job for some time! I’ve had dogs now / been on Rover for about 6 years I have lots of free time for drop in visits, dog walks, boarding at your home for dogs and cats, or other animals. Message me now! About: I’ve grown up with a plethora of animals. I’ve wanted to volunteer at the humane society since i was young. I worked at pet land as a kennel tech for roughly 6 months and owned ferrets, birds, cats, and dogs. I’m currently a senior in high school saving up for college: I get out early from school and entirely free from weekends. During the week evening visits are all i’d be available for. Weekends whenever is needed. I have experienced with all kinds of animals. Troublesome dogs to cats, even ferrets and birds. So any accommodation of worry that you need i can handle.

About: I have a great deal of passion for training dogs and horses. I think it's valuable to be consistent and patient when teaching animals to help them grow in confidence and reduce confusion. About: I have always grown up with at least one doggie at home and I have recently adopted an orange rescue cat who is now one year old! If any of my family is out of town, I am trusted to take care of their pets. This includes taking them on walks, accommodating to specialized diets, and spending quality time with them! I currently am enrolled in classes for the evening and will work part time. My schedule is very flexible as I am not scheduled daily! I insure each pet will receive care tailored to their unique needs. I am careful to double check all doors are closed and gates are locked.
