“Amber was awesome! She did a wonderful job taking care of our 8 & 11 year old GSPs. We loved that she only takes one booking at a time so she could help deal with some separation anxiety and give special attention when required. The dogs were well taken care of and got plenty of exercise. Highly recommend!”

“Karin was absolutely amazing! She opened her home up to my puppy Bentley! She gave exceptional care to him. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable! She gave updates throughout the days she kept him and he even interacted with her dog. I give her 12/10 stars. She was absolutely wonderful and trustworthy with my baby boy!”

“Joe has been great with our dog Jake over the past few months the that we have had him take care of Jake! He gives Jake wonderful care and Jake loves going to Joe’s! He gets so excited once he realizes we are on Joe’s street!”

“All I can say is AWESOME!!! Fred so much loves going to see Catherine and if I could give a Million star review I would. You know you found a gem when the day you are going to drop off and all I said was were going to see Catherine and Jovie, and Fred was like already in the car! Thank you so much!!!”

“Jessica and Carol are amazing! My dog was welcomed into their home and spoiled. They're timely with pictures and communication and very caring. I'll be trusting them with my dog anytime we travel ✅️”

“Derik and Megan are wonderful. They took on a challenge or what I would call a challenge by caring for my little boogie baby. They treated him so well as if he was their own. They kept me updated with pictures and text. I wouldn't ask for a better dog sitter. They made us feel at ease with our baby knowing it was our first time ever boarding him. Thank you again!”

“Emily and Kris were phenomenal! My golden retriever (4) and Aussie (5) both adored them and their son, so much so that my golden almost flat out refused to leave when we came to pick her up lol. Emily really came in clutch when My Aussie, who has a daredevil streak, ran into a branch while playing frisbee and gave herself a boo-boo under her eye. Emily took her to the vet and called me so I could be there for the appointment too, and Emily and Criz both gave Lucy her eye drops morning and night. I couldn’t ask for a better pet sitter and I hope that my dogs will hang out again with them in the future.”

“Tara far exceeded our expectations in caring for our 13 year old Goldendoodle. Tara provided incredible care and it’s clear her family is deeply committed to the pets for which they care. We will definitely bring Baylee back, because she already misses them! thank you to Tara and her family!”

“Hatsuki is the sweetest and kindest sitter I’ve ever had! Gizmo was very happy, I could tell he was well loved and taken care of by all the amazing photos and updates she provided. I am extremely grateful for the genuine care and kindness! Thank you!”

“Our dog had a wonderful visit. We were sent daily updates and photos. Our dog enjoyed playing with Kathryn’s dog in her big fenced in yard and the family seemed very welcoming.”
“Casey was the best! She consistently gave me updates about Harley and made sure I was well informed . Extremely proffessional and diligent. She also helped.me put together Harley's crate when i brought it over. Definitely went above and beyond. I will definitely be using her in the future.”

“My dogs loved going to Rachel's house. They stayed for one night on a last minute booking. Rachel was very responsive to texts through the booking and stay, and even worked with us when we had car troubles and had to pick the dogs up later than expected. My dogs seemed very comfortable and happy there. I'd definitely use her again!”

“Stephanie has watched my pup multiple times and every time has been great! She is fast with communication, flexible on days and times, and sends me updates with pictures. My pup always seems to have a good time with her!”

“Valerie was absolutely wonderful!!! She FAR exceeded my expectations! She responded to my request within an hour and had excellent communication with me the entire time. My son is out of town and she went to his apartment to check on his cat, Luna. Luna is extremely shy and rarely comes out for anyone — she barely comes out for me — but Valerie was so patient and gentle with her. She stayed with Luna, sent me photos and updates, and even cleaned out a very unpleasant litter box that I truly didn’t expect anyone to deal with. That alone meant so much. You can immediately tell she has a genuine love for animals and such a kind, caring soul❤️. Valerie is recently retired and clearly does this because she truly loves animals, and it shows in the level of care she gives. I cannot say enough good things about her!! I will absolutely be using her again and again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, communicative, and incredibly kind with their pets. 🐾❤️❤️❤️”

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I can remember. From family, friends, neighbors and even teachers, they have relied on me to feed, medicate, walk, groom, play and love their babies like my own. Every animal is different, but always loved! I’m currently and fortunately a stay at home mom so my schedule is pretty open! During the school year, I’m available after 9am and could work afternoon needs around pick up times. School is about to be out, so my schedule would be open! I’m not doing in home services due to my rescue having a bad past and still working on trusting other dogs. In clients homes, I’d make sure to follow all requests, communicate what happened during the visit and have the utmost respect for their home/pet(s).

“Thank you so much for helping me out with my pup last-minute! It seems like she had a great time with you, and that you did a lot of different activities with her. Thanks again!”

About: I got my first cat when I was 10 and coming from a family of dog people I was solely responsible for him from then on out and I have never looked back. My friends and family have trusted me to either drop in or stay with their cats for years and I love seeing the different personalities in each cat I have the privilege of meeting!
“Kristi always goes above and beyond. She communicates with us on a regular basis and not just with her visit summary, but extra texts and comments about how the fur babies are doing. We will continue to use Kristi through Rover, and absolutely love her!”

About: I've cared for many rescue cats over the years, and each one is lived a long, happy, and well loved life. Friends and neighbors have relied on me to check in on their cats - feeding, playing, and giving them the attention they need while their families are away. I understand feeling personalities, from shy to social, and I'm committed to making every cat feel safe and cared for.

About: I’ve cared for cats of every age, temperament, and medical need over the past two years while working as an emergency veterinary assistant. About: I own and care for a 3 year-old medium goldendoodle. He is energetic and always ready to play with any dog or human around. I have 2 years of dog training experience, including basic obedience training, and basic trick training. I grew up with a Brittany, so I am very familiar with the personalities and instincts of hunting breeds as well. I stay at home with my one year old son, so I am available during the week days, and for extended stays/overnight boarding. We would love to care for your dog! I have a fenced in yard for the dogs to run. I will provide your dog’s food and any medicines or care routines on your provided schedule, to maintain your dog’s familiar routine while in a new environment. I am flexible with your dog’s preferred sleeping arrangements— I have a large crate and a medium sized crate available if your dog is a crate sleeper, but my dog is allowed on furniture, so I will provide whatever your dog prefers. Family-friendly, non-aggressive, fairly sociable dogs are preferred, no age preferences or restrictions. My toddler LOVES dogs and will certainly run up to hug or pet the dog.
“Kobe had such an amazing time with Stephanie he didn’t want to come home. I was immediately comfortable with her and so was Kobe. I was so relieved to know that he was being looked after while I was at work. Thank you so much Stephanie!!!!”

“Catherine and Hubby are a wonderful team. They both love animals and they take such good care of my fur baby, just like she's their own. If you need care I highly recommend THEM!”

“Arlissa is so great with Zoey. Every time Zoey is dropped off she gets so excited, which is so nice to see as a pet parent. Arlissa also sends photo and video of Zoey. Overall, I highly recommend.”

About: My wife and I have been taking care of our dog and foster dogs for the past 6 years. We've taken care of dogs ranging in size of French bulldogs to Siberian huskies. We have experience with high maintenance dogs and giving medications as well. My wife and I currently work from home and have plenty of time to play and take care of your pups. During the week boarding availability is best in the evening after 5 but accommodations can be made if needed. Weekends are 100% free and open. I have a larger fenced in yard and great neighborhood for plenty of walks. I can easily crate your dog if needed as well. We have plenty of different dog toys and beds throughout the house too.
About: I enjoy helping friends and family with their pets and am looking forward to meeting your four-legged besties. Our family loves animals of all kinds. I am a STAHM to two littles so I am always available to spend time with your dogs, but we do require them to be kid-friendly. We recently had two older dogs who passed away so we are happy to get our dog time in before we commit to a new family pet. Our backyard is not fenced but we enjoy taking walks around the neighborhood! I took a break from dog sitting while my two littles were babies. Now I am staying at home with them and we love taking walks so I thought we would starting taking care of dogs again! We have an open floor plan house and a big yard, our yard isn’t fenced so we do lots of walks and just spending time together outside!
“Tara and her family provided a wonderful, safe, and caring daycare environment for my two small dogs. She is professional, kind, and thoughtful. I scheduled her right away to board my two dogs for an upcoming weekend trip.”
“Casey and her brother were fantastic with Wren! She came back tired from playing all day, and ready to cuddle up and sleep! Casey sent me updates with pictures and videos throughout the 9 hours she had her, which made me feel good about leaving my girl with her!”

“Mckenzie was fantastic to work with and Chief enjoyed his stay and company of her pups. Mckenzie had great communication and kept me updated on Chief’s activity throughout the day, leaving me rest assured that he was doing just fine! I received several updates, photos, and even video of him enjoying his time. She offered my pup (who is older) the perfect amount of play, and rest. I hope to use her again!”

About: I give my full attention to each pet I care for. Taking time to reinforce training, reward good behaviors, and always remaining playful, peaceful, and happy. I treat every pet like my own child. Pets are a member of our families and should be treated just the same. Once I meet a pet I do everything I can to get to know their whole personality. What makes them wag their tail, what they don’t particularly care for, and what needs they need met. I want to ensure that the next time I meet a pet, they recognize me and know I was a fun and safe human to be around. I also want to ensure the human owners feel comfortable and at ease around me. Knowing your pet is in good care is just as important as caring for them yourself. I am currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to give dogs the exercise and attention they require. I am available for dog boarding and doggy daycare everyday of the week. I walk animals three to four times a day. I, also, live right up from a dog park where I take dogs to roam and play.
About: Hi, I’m Trina. I’m someone who leads with compassion — especially when it comes to animals. I’ve been helping rescue and care for them since I was 13, and I still feel just as passionate now as I did when I walked into my first shelter. Whether it’s dogs, cats, rats, or any animal in need, I’m always ready to show up. I currently volunteer with my local Humane Society and have hands-on experience with everything from fostering and bottle-feeding to behavioral support. I’ve helped scared, sick, and overlooked animals feel safe and loved again — and there’s nothing more fulfilling to me. I’ve also been vegan since I was 13 because I believe in kindness toward all animals, not just the ones we share our homes with. My approach is calm, patient, and respectful. I know that trust takes time, and I never take that for granted. I’m new here and just getting started, but I’d truly love the chance to turn this kind of work into my full-time job. It would mean the world to me to earn your trust and be given opportunities to grow, help, and show what I can do. If you’re looking for someone who brings heart, care, and consistency — I’d be honored to work with you. I am hoping for so this full time! As of right now I have a job 9-5 most days! Except Sunday and Monday I’m off! If I can start doing this full time, I would available all days! 7 days a week, anytime between 7am-10pm. Let’s talk about how I can help you. I provide a calm, secure space, follow routines closely, give constant supervision, and treat every pet like my own—with patience, respect, and love. I take my job very seriously and handle with so much love and care.
About: Hi! My name is Andrea and I’d love to hang with your pup! My preference is to house sit for you as I’m currently in a condo that might limit my availability to watch your fur baby in my home, but I’m open to discussing! I work remote, so my job allows me to work anywhere. It’s a win/win for you and me. If I go anywhere, I won’t be gone long or I’ll take them with me. I’ve had dogs in my family for all of my life. I had my own baby for almost 15 years and had to say goodbye a couple years ago (he’s pictured in the red wagon on my profile). I’d love to have another dog, but I haven’t found the right one yet. So in the meantime, I’ve been dog sitting for friends and family and found that I love it! I love all dogs and will love your furbaby as my own! I’m flixible and available last minute most of the time! My schedule is flexible. Because I work remote/from home, we’ll have plenty of play time. It also means less alone time and/or kennel time for your pup. I don’t have an enclosed yard, but I enjoy taking breaks from work to go for walks. And I promise your pup won’t be ignored. I can crate if needed, but I’d much rather take them for a ride in my car if I have to go anywhere.
About: Hi! Meet us, Rebecca and Ethan 😁 We love pets! Ethan grew up with several dogs, ranging from puppies to older dogs. Our family loved an Aussie of our own for several years. Unfortunately she passed on a few years ago. We aren’t ready to have another dog yet, so we truly love taking care of our friends and family’s dogs! Rebecca is a stay at home mom with complete flexibility in her schedule. Ethan works from home and loves taking pups for walks and even on his daily runs if the dog is up for it! We live in a very safe neighborhood that is great for walking dogs! We have a fenced in back yard, and room in our home for your dog! We have a cat who honestly stays clear of dogs when we have them staying with us. We have three kids who love having dog friends come to our house!
About: I grew up with dogs around in my parents home. Then I bought my baby 8 years back, he is the love of my life. I was scared to keep him anywhere that’s when I decided there might be many parents who have the same feeling and I decided to start dog sitting. Now I have another 1.5 years old baby too I would prefer dog that needs potty breaks morning, afternoon and evenings on week days. Weekends is fine as I am home mostly except few Have a fenced yard , I have a 8 year dog and 1.5 year boys with whom they can run around in our big yard and my babied are sneaker so I am extra careful. Parents needn’t we worried at all I will keep them exactly like my fur babies !
“Loree and Jeff were great with my German Shepard! I cannot say enough good things about this couple. My boy received plenty of exercise (playing ball and walking) which he needs every day. He came home tired every day which to me is a sign of an awesome day for my boy. He also received snuggles and love as well. Communication was excellent via text and several photos were provided every day. Five star rating--that's for sure.”

About: I’ve been around dogs/ animals my whole life. I grew up in North Pole, AK. Where my father and I ran siberian dog sled teams, therefore, big muscular dogs do not intimidate me nor does pulling. I’ve been the known ‘dog person’ of my family since I was a young child I was always there to pick up and play with the puppies when we had litters and now it’s become a passion of mine to take care of people’s pets as I know it can be stressful thinking about leaving our furry ones behind in a kennel with a bunch of strange dogs and people they’re not used to, so, I would love to relieve you of that stress and assure that your fur babies will be in the best hands and be well taken care of as I would expect nothing less for my own. I look forward to meeting all of your furry friends! Rover is my full time job therefore I have all of the time in the world for your furry babies. Sun rise or sun set. You can count on me! I have a dog hammock in my car with seatbelts to ensure the safe travels of your furry ones. As well as travel water bottles, food bowls, toys, and a medical kit incase we’re on a hike!

About: My mother has a dog sitting business called Your Place or Mine that I help her with regularly. I got on Rover to make some extra money while I'm in college. Furthermore, I've owned and taken care of dogs my whole life. Even now I have two of my own dogs. Since my Mom's more experienced with watching animals, she may help me with jobs from time to time. I work part-time and also go to school part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to stay with your pet(s) and check on them. I'll check on your pet(s) periodically and care for them as I'm instructed. I also have prior experience caring for older animals and animals who take oral medications or shots.

About: Hello! My name is Riley and I work as a veterinary assistant in an emergency animal hospital. For the past two years, I’ve cared for pets of every size, age, and temperament in fast paced, high stress situations. I’m also in college to become a veterinary technician, with plans to continue on to veterinary school. I have hands‑on experience with dogs, cats, birds, lizards, and many other species. Whether your pet needs playtime, structure, medication, or a calm and confident handler, I’m here to help. Your pet’s safety and comfort will always be my top priority, and with my background in emergency care, you can feel completely at ease knowing your loved one is in safe hands. I work three days a week doing 12‑hour shifts, and I take my college classes online, which gives me plenty of free time for pet care. I’m available most weekdays, evenings, and weekends, and I love having extra time to spend with pups who need attention, play, or company throughout the day. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine consistent and their environment calm and safe. With my background as an emergency veterinary assistant, I’m trained to recognize early signs of illness or stress, administer medications correctly, and handle pets with medical or behavioral needs confidently. I follow all care instructions exactly as given. Feeding schedules, medication routines, crate preferences, and walking routes. I also always make sure doors, gates, and enclosures are secure. My goal is to respect your home, maintain your pet’s normal routine, and provide attentive, medically informed care so you can feel completely at ease while you’re away.
“Trina went above and beyond what was ever required of her for my dog (Athena) and I. This was my first time ever leaving my dog at home while going out of town and coordinating care. Trina put my mind at ease with frequent texts and pictures, reassuring me that Athena was in excellent hands.”

About: 5 years ago I fell in love with my dog Shiba Foxy, she is literally my best friend. I have trained her to be such a good family dog. With maybe a little to much begging for food, but we are not perfect! Other than that I have raised 4 kids and a cat! So what can go wrong? After a very busy life of working in the finance industry and being a district manager in the outside field, I took a step back and now work in a director position working from home. I find myself needing a bit more. I also love things that don't talk back, like kids. hehe. In my home we have a fully fenced in yard. Foxy in leashed in harnessed on walks at all times. It's important to abide by the guidelines that the customer wants you to follow, if they want their animals in a crate with food or treats then prefect. If they don't then that is what you follow.

About: I’ve had 4 years of hands on experience caring for dogs and absolutely love being around them. Through caring for dogs of my own and being around different breeds and personalities, I’ve learned how important patience, consistency, and attention are when it comes to making dogs feel safe and comfortable. I’m experienced with feeding routines, walks, playtime, cleaning up messes, giving lots of affection, and making sure dogs get the attention and care they need throughout the day. I’m looking to make pet sitting and animal care my full-time focus, so I’m available for weekdays, weekends, mornings and even last-minute needs whenever possible. Because of my flexible availability, I’m able to give pets the patience, consistency, and attention they deserve rather than trying to squeeze them into a busy schedule. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and love being someone pet owners can rely on and trust with their pets. I genuinely try to care for pets the same way I would want someone to care for my own. When I’m in a client’s home, my biggest goal is making sure their pet feels safe, comfortable, loved, and as stress-free as possible while their owner is away. I know animals can feel anxious or confused when their routine changes, so I do my best to bring a calm, patient, and comforting presence into their space. I make sure they stay on their normal routine with feedings, walks, potty breaks, playtime, medications if needed, and plenty of affection and attention. Whether that means playing with an energetic dog, sitting quietly with a nervous pet until they warm up to me, or simply giving them companionship so they don’t feel alone, I always try to meet them where they’re at emotionally. I truly treat every pet like they’re my own, and I care deeply about making sure both the pets and their owners feel safe and comfortable trusting me in their home!

“Great family! Felt extremely comfortable leaving our dog with them after the meet and greet. Received regular updates and photos throughout our two week trip which was very much appreciated. Would definitely use them again! Thanks Rebecca and Ethan and kids!”

“All I can say is AWESOME!!! Fred so much loves going to see Catherine and if I could give a Million star review I would. You know you found a gem when the day you are going to drop off and all I said was were going to see Catherine and Jovie, and Fred was like already in the car! Thank you so much!!!”

“Pietro was absolutely amazing!! Maple is nervous around men but she was so comfortable with him. He sent plenty of pictures and videos and even kept her a few hours longer to help me out since I broke my leg. Would definitely recommend!!”

“Kyri W took excellent care of our puppies. Even on short notice she accepted our puppies into her home gave us daily updates videos and pictures. That made us feel like they were in great hands. Her interactions with our puppies let me know that they trust her too.”

“First time using Rover and had a great experience. Ryan and his son took great care of Cerby and he came back home happy and playful as ever. Will definitely schedule with them again!”
