About: I have taken care of pets for nearly 10 years. From Dogs to cat to even birds. I’m the person that will walk your dog in the snow and enjoy it. I am also the person that will play with your cat for an hour straight. Pets are family and that’s how they deserve to be treated. I’m currently a bartender and big time traveler. I’m looking to make extra cash on weekends by doing what I love which is taking care of your little furry ones. I have fenced in yard for my dogs as well as indoor cats. My pets eat twice a day on a cautious diet due to them being elderly. I walk my dogs everyday if I can and play with my cat every single day as he is old but he’s very playful.

About: I have provided care for many kinds of animals since I was a kid! I grew up caring for dogs, horses, cats, and reptiles, with training experience as well. Friends and family know I love each animal I take care of as my own, and have relied on me for care of any pet! I’ve had dogs as small as a mini dachshund to an english mastiff from ages 6 months until seniority. I am currently taking a rest from the typical 9-5 life. What that means for pet owners, is that their pet’s care is my number one priority throughout the day. I try to stick to a routine they are used to for comfort. I have had pets needing many different types of environments. I can do early morning meds/meals, walks and other enrichment activity’s, and any evening needs! Every animal is special and requires their own care, and I am here to do everything they need for their mental and physical health.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats ever since I was a kid. I rescued my first baby, Dory, a little over 5 years ago and my heart has never been more full. Since then I have rescued another dog and 2 cats. Pet care is an essential part of my daily routine. Taking care of animals is second nature and something I’m truly passionate about. My animals are my world and I am excited to share that love with even more animals. I have a fenced in yard that my 2 dogs love to spend time in. They have an overflowing basket of toys that always seems to be scattered across the house and yard. We take them for walks around the neighborhood and every so often we take them for a hike.

About: I have experience with puppies and seniors alike. For the past 5 years I have been responsible for neighbors houses and their pets as well! I work part time at a restaurant about 5 minutes from my house. I have time during the week and weekends after 2 pm on days that I work, as well as 3-4 days a week that are entirely open. I have two dogs of my own who behave well in our unfenced yard but we have two leads as well. They have a regular meal schedule and get all kinds of love and attention between my mom and sister and me. In a clients home I will treat the dogs as the owner would best advise, I would love to be able to be with the animal if needed.

About: Animals have always been an important part of my life, and I currently care for multiple pets of my own. Over the years, I've gained experience caring for pets of different ages, sizes, and personalities, including administering medications as prescribed and following individualized care routines. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to care for their pets, and I understand the importance of providing dependable, attentive care while they're away. As a pet owner myself, I know that pets are family, and I'm committed to treating every animal with the same love, patience, and attention I give my own. Pet care is already a part of my daily routine, as I care for multiple pets of my own while balancing graduate school and a part-time job. Because caring for animals is something I genuinely enjoy, I make it a priority every day. My class schedule may vary throughout the year, but I strive to maintain flexibility and provide dependable care for the pets entrusted to me. Whether it's a walk, drop-in visit, house sitting, or administering medications, I'm committed to making sure your pets receive the attention, care, and companionship they deserve while you're away. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision because pets are family. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and caring environment while giving you peace of mind when you're away. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, personality, and individual needs and follow all instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, medications, and exercise requirements. I have a fenced-in yard for safe outdoor time when appropriate, and I'm committed to caring for every pet as if they were one of my own. I'll also keep you updated with messages and photos so you can feel confident that your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for.

About: Hi, I’m Lora! I have experience with a wide range of dogs of different sizes, breeds, and temperaments—from larger breeds like labs and huskies to smaller, high-energy or more timid dogs who may need a little extra patience. I live an active lifestyle, so your dog will get plenty of walks, playtime, and attention based on their needs. I will work with you to create a plan that allows your dog(s) to feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. My current routine is mainly focused on keeping up with grad school. I am enrolled full time in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at John Carroll University. I have classes 3x a week for 2.5-3 hours. This would be the only time I would need to leave your pet(s) alone. I live in a 2 story home within walking distance of a park suitable for dogs. I do not have any personal pets in my home. If you are looking for me to host, I live alone so it would just be your pet(s) and me. I will be respectful of not having guests over when I am caring for your pet(s) to ensure they’re given proper attention and feel comfortable in their environment. I have a partially fenced back yard and my front yard is not fenced.

About: I got my first pet fish, Bobby the Betta, at a young age. Ever since, I’ve loved having animals around (even though my mom didn’t). As an adult, I’ve always had multiple animals and cared for both dogs and cats from puppy days to their final moments. 🌈 I have special expertise in senior care. I had a dog, Symon, who was blind before he passed. After him, I adopted a 11-y-o little called Roxie, who is deaf and blind in one eye. I'm also mom to Pepper (10) and a pro at getting her to take pills with peanut butter and crackers. Oh, and Teddy showed up about a year ago as a kitten, and we haven't been able to get rid of him since. 😂 I work from home for myself (and it's slow season right now) and have a child that I co-parent with his dad. Right now, I have plenty of time to help others care for their pets. If that changes, I'll update my availability. I left my dad three pages of instructions and put post-it notes on all the items and cupboards he needed when I went to visit London last year. I am a routine kinda gal, so I will treat your routines and instructions with respect.

About: I very much enjoy engaging with and taking care of all types of animals and I have owned and cared for animals since childhood. I have the most experience with cats and dogs but have owned and looked after a range of other pets as well. I can provide the appropriate level of care and attention to your pets that you are looking for and am more than happy to provide as many photos or updates for you to feel good about being away. From puppies to elderly pets I have cared for all ages and types of pets! My goal is to get as many regular clients as possible, so I am very open to working through rates that work for both sides for ongoing or regular services. I have a large SUV so i can also do drop off and pickup if that would be helpful. Because I work from home full-time, I'm able to offer a level of flexibility. I can usually accommodate early mornings, evenings, last-minute requests, and everything in between — just ask! Punctuality and reliability are something I take seriously, so you can always count on me to be there when I say I will. My home is welcoming for all animals and there is an acre and a half in the back with plenty of room to play. I am active and engaged with animals and will make sure any routine or special care requirements are followed.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
