Melissa went above and beyond my expectations. I really appreciated her taking her own time to come meet Romeo and let me show her where everything was before the actual visit. I was really nervous leaving Romeo and she did a great job communicating and doing everything that was asked over the few days and was very flexible with last minute changes to the schedule. Would definitely book again!
Melissa was an absolute lifesaver for us. We had an unexpected situation come up, and she stepped in on short notice to take care of Reggie, Stella, and Mayhem without hesitation. From the start, she was communicative, reliable, and incredibly accommodating. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dogs were in such capable and caring hands during a stressful time. We cannot recommend Melissa with MJC Pet Services enough! From the very beginning she was professional, punctual, and truly went above and beyond for our pets. We have a very nervous dog, Bennie, and Melissa handled him with such patience and care that he ended up doing great with her. Bennie is diabetic and requires insulin shots twice a day. Melissa not only administered his medication without any issues, but when we realized we had forgotten to refill his prescription, she was more than willing to help make sure Bennie was still properly taken care of. That level of dedication meant the world to us. Since then, we have hired Melissa two more times to care for our four cats and Bennie, and each experience has been just as wonderful. She is reliable, compassionate, and clearly loves what she does. Melissa has absolutely become our go-to pet sitter, and we trust her completely with our furry family members.

Schedule
Although I currently work from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., I can adjust my schedule to care for pets before or after work. I’m transitioning into full-time pet care and am dedicated to providing attention, exercise, and love to every animal in my care.
