Melissa went above and beyond my expectations. I really appreciated her taking her own time to come meet Romeo and let me show her where everything was before the actual visit. I was really nervous leaving Romeo and she did a great job communicating and doing everything that was asked over the few days and was very flexible with last minute changes to the schedule. Would definitely book again!
Melissa was an absolute lifesaver for us. We had an unexpected situation come up, and she stepped in on short notice to take care of Reggie, Stella, and Mayhem without hesitation. From the start, she was communicative, reliable, and incredibly accommodating. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our dogs were in such capable and caring hands during a stressful time. We could tell they were happy, comfortable, and well looked after. We’ll absolutely be booking with Melissa again and are so grateful for her help when we needed it most. Highly recommend!
