About: I have extensive hands-on experience caring for a variety of animals. From 2019 to 2024, I have trained and cared for my Belgian Malinois, developing strong skills in obedience training, behavior management, exercise routines, and positive reinforcement techniques. I also worked as a Shift Supervisor at a pet store for a year and a half, where I assisted customers with pet care needs, handled and cared for animals, and helped ensure their health and well-being. In addition to dogs, I currently own and care for two reptiles, giving me experience with specialized husbandry requirements, including habitat maintenance, feeding schedules, temperature and humidity monitoring, and general health observation. I am comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments and have experience providing basic animal medical care, including administering medications, monitoring for signs of illness or injury, and following treatment instructions. My schedule allows me to provide pet care services between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, seven days a week. About: Hello! My name is Maria and I am very excited to meet your furry friend! I’ve raised 2 large dogs and 2 small dogs so I am comfortable with any size pet. I also worked at a doggie day care center where I worked with all size dogs for 8 plus hours at a time and facilitated friendly play so I am able to handle multiple dogs or cats at a time! I live in the mentor area but am willing to travel as well. Please let me know if this is the type of sitter you are looking for! I work as a nurse so my schedule is pretty flexible. I care for my own pets with walks, park visits, swimming, agility and lots of playing. I am always cautious when taking care of pets in my home or another persons home. I understand that allowing someone into your home can be nerve racking so I am always sure to communicate as much as I can with home owners and follow their specific instructions to ensure the visit goes as smooth as possible.

About: I have grown up with animals my entire life. I love all animals. Cats and dogs are my favorite. But I have also dealt with sugar gliders as well. I love to cuddle and play with the dogs and cats. I do the feeding to the cleaning up after being feed. Letting the dogs out to go potty to the litter box cleaning. I love animals and wish one day to possible have a shelter of my own to help all animals I need of help. If you need someone to help with baths I can do that too. I can do drop in after 6am -11am and then I can go back after 4pm till 9pm ! I work at ups in the early morning then take care of kids during the mid afternoon into early evening. I am currently a first grade teacher in Lake County which I recently took time away from dog sitting to focus on my new position. But now I’m back!! So I am available before and after the school day during the week for your animals and pretty free on the weekends. I have a very sweet dog of my own (his name is Cooper and he gets along very well with other dogs, if your dog ever likes playing/walking with other dogs). He is full of energy, so I am used to long walks and lots of play time. I am also willing to run with your dog if you want / if they enjoy that!
