About: For the last 21 years our home has collected experience with animals with the focus on safety and specialty care. I worked as a vet tech the first half of my careers life. The last 10 years or so I've worked lightly as a tech but also as a foster coordinator with a major rescue. I help teach new fosters how to safely manage, handle and even train dogs new to a home and make sure they know ways to keep there dog safe. Our home specializes in those that need extra understanding, health care or time to settle in. We are not fostering at the moment so we only have our resident dogs in home. Dogs are our homes life. We already work around dog care schedules and appropriate trips outside all the time. I'm home all week and provide most mid-day walks and play time. Safety is a big factor in our home. We have years of learning and perfecting dog introductions when boarding and our dogs are very used to new guests coming in and out. When caring for dogs in my own yard but also when providing care at the owners home I always use safe leash handling skills. We dont have a fence so being aware of open doors and guests coming or going is something our whole home is always mentally aware of and our whole focus is keeping our guests safe.

About: I have taken care of dogs all my life as they are a huge part of so many lives! I love all types, ages, and breeds. I am available during evenings and weekends. Throughout the summer I will be available a lot more as I am a teacher. I am more than willing to work with your schedule! I have a lovable English Bulldog that loves to roam around in our yard at the end of a dead end road. We have a crate available.

About: I’ve taken care of many different kinds of dogs since I was young. My family has a 14 year old Great Dane who I consider my baby. We have also had other smaller dogs such as a mini Aussie doodle and an Italian greyhound. I have been pet sitting dogs since I was in middle school and I always enjoyed spending time with every dog I met. I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs and I have experience with lifting and carrying very large senior dogs with difficulty jumping, as well as caring for dogs with sundowners. I’m also pretty good at getting most dogs to take their meds. I’m a college student so I mostly have evenings and weekends free. Getting a few hours in outside of my regular schedule is really helpful to me. I am very respectful of your space and I want to make sure the dog feels comfortable most of all. I will carefully read the list of tasks I’m left and make sure that everything gets done so that you can come back home with no concerns about your house or your pet.

About: I am a mother of both the human and furry type! I truly believe our pets are a member of the family. I've had dogs, puppies, cats, kitties, guinea pigs, fish, toads, frogs, you name it, Ive had them! I love them all! I grew up with pets and feel there is no love like your dogs love! I Currently have two dogs, one of which is a Great Pyrenees that I have rehabilitated from a broken leg he sustained at nine months old. So I really do know the dedication and love it takes to care for an animal. I'd love to help anyone out with their dog needs. I'm also willing to help out with other animals in the home if needed. I love kitties too..

About: I have about 8 years of experience helping high-end breeders breed and raise puppies, I’ve trained my own dogs, cats, and horses and have also had bunnies and chickens in the past. I love animals! You get the quality for what you pay! I am currently in college, so I have plenty of time to take dogs on walks, feed, train and exercise them! I’m always willing to help! About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a small girl, I grew up always having pets and I always love taking care of them. I live on a small hobby farm with goats and chickens and I love taking care of them too! I have 3 dogs and 1 cat and I would do anything for them. I have taken care of puppies a few times but not too much. I am currently going to school but I have plenty of time on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and some weekends. I have specific times during the weekdays but that can be further discussed! I live in a dorm right now so I can’t have any animals here unless if they are quiet and that they are very well potty trained

About: I’ve cared for dogs for many years and currently have two dogs of my own that I take on regular walks and lots of adventures. I’ve also helped care for my sister’s two dogs over the past 5 years whenever needed. I’m comfortable with feeding, walking, playtime, and giving pets lots of attention and love. I’ll treat your dog like they’re part of my own family because dogs truly are the best! I work full time Monday through Friday and am available for pet care after 4 PM on weekdays. I have open availability on weekends for walks, drop-ins and playtime. Since I have two dogs of my own, caring for pets is already a big part of my daily routine, and I love making sure dogs get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. In my home, I make sure dogs get plenty of exercise, attention, and love throughout the day. Since I don’t have a large yard, I take my dogs on regular walks and make time for play and enrichment. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to keep their normal routine consistent so they feel comfortable and stress-free. I’m very flexible and happy to follow any specific instructions, whether that’s feeding schedules, medications, walks, crate routines, or extra cuddle time. About: My mom had rescue dogs and cats my entire childhood, and I always helped care for them as her oldest daughter. My mom adopted dogs big and small - as big as a golden retriever, and as little as a chihuahua, and often cared for multiple cats at a time. I grew up in California, where my family pets live with my parents - three dogs and two cats. My cat Momo moved to Eau Claire with me. My parents are planning to retire here, which will be a big move, especially with so many animals, so when the time comes, I’ll be helping move their pets. After living in Eau Claire for a month or so, I house and pet sat for my cousin while she was working on a project out of town for a few months. I bonded with her German Shepherd, Lobo, through long walks and runs, and fell in love with her tiny cat Duchess. Later that winter, while I was still doing the long-term pet sit for my cousin, one of her friend’s rescued a cat who had been abandoned. Due to her living situation, she couldn’t take it in immediately, so Lobo and Duchess had Zia as a guest living with us for a month or so. Beyond helping out my family, I have friends whose animals I help care for on occasion too. One friend reaches out when she needs to go out of town, and I will do check ups or come stay with her needy and sweet cat-named-Kitty. Another friend and I meet up to walk downtown with her cutie little dog Lotta. I record all my walks and runs on Strava, and enjoy posting photos and videos of my furry companions, so if I walk with your pup, I would be happy to share photos if you ask! Last summer, I looked after my co-worker’s chickens and garden for a 3-day weekend, so I’m open to learning how to care for other pets beyond cats and dogs too! I work part-time at the flower shop and my schedule varies week to week based on their need, but I have lots of free time between weekdays and the weekend - I always have a free Sunday. I can easily arrange my schedule to allow for plenty of time between walks, play time, or check ups with animals. I will be brand new to Rover and open to meeting pets’ needs and routines as their human typically would! Right now, beyond my cat Momo, the only other animals I care for are my cousin’s dog and cat when she’s traveling and needs me to fill in, and I care for them as she would - from feeding routines to play time, walks, and cleaning.

About: I have taken care of dogs, cats, horses, and cattle. Hundeflokk LLC is also licensed and insured. Additionally, I have completed Pet First Aid Training via the Red Cross. ***Dog Walking*** Dog walking is offered Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm. If you have a dog who can not handle walks, please contact me to arrange special care. I utilize an E-Bike with Pet Trailer during the summer, a solution that works great for senior and disabled dogs, as well as dogs who are unable to go for walks due to medical restriction (70 Lbs Max Weight for Trailer). ***Pet Sitting*** I offer pet sitting in your home beginning Friday evening until Sunday evening. This is great for weekend getaways and short trips. We spend the entire time with your pets except for a 4 hour allotment for running personal errands. The majority of the pet sitting will be at your home. We keep any keys and codes secured, offer daily pictures and updates, as well as a final report upon your return. If there are any emergencies you will be contacted right away, less the time it takes to stabilize the situation. Safety is the main priority and we understand the importance you place in your your pets care, as do I. As part of my supplies, I have a leash with couplers, waste bags, and first aid supplies. I operate under both Rover and my own LLC, which carries commercial pet care insurance.

About: My wife Courtney and I grew up with cats and dogs as pets our entire lives and currently have two pets of our own. We currently have a female golden doodle, Lucy and a three legged cat, Donna! We recently lost our older little dachshund and it has left a huge hole in our family. We have experience with dogs of all sizes and have kept dogs up to three weeks with the owners out of country! Fun fact: I am a Chiropractor and have experience with adjusting animals as well! Courtney works a flexible schedule and we have an animal-loving daughter that attends UWEC who will give your pets all the attention they can handle when she’s around! Your pets will be in great hands and recieve lots of love when staying with us. We love cuddling on the couch, walking the trails in our neighborhood, playing tug with all Lucy’s favorite toys and playing fetch in the back yard. Drew works Monday through Friday but finishes seeing patients at 12pm on Fridays so he is available for afternoon drop offs through Sunday night for pickup. Our “during the week” availability depends on the needs of your pet which can be discussed before booking! Courtney’s schedule is flexible and can provide potty breaks throughout the day and occasionally works from home. We have an open back yard and live at the end of a cul de sac so your pets will be safe to play. We also have walking paths through our dog friendly, low traffic neighborhood. We spend lots of time outside with our dog and can provide a safe environment for yours as well. We never leave our dog outside alone since we do not have a fenced yard. We can provide a tie out if you have any worries about your dog not responding to a new persons commands. There is plenty of time spent lounging on the couch watching movies or hanging out while we play cards or board games as well. Since our daughter is off to college, we have a pretty quiet, laid back house, which can be nice for anxious pets. Your companion will have no lack of attention when they stay with us including lots of snuggles and treats (if that’s okay with you!)!

About: Most of my pet care experience comes from pet sitting dogs for my neighbors, family, and friends. I also have personal experience due to living with 3 dogs of my own, and a cat. I have experience with senior dogs that have difficulty moving and are on a specific diet. I currently work part-time and as a student! Due to this, my schedule is incredibly flexible and open! Most weekday evenings, weekends, I am available! I know the importance of routine, safety, and trust when it comes to our pets. About: Hi! I’m a big animal lover who enjoys spending time with dogs, cats, and any other pets! I’m happy to match your pet’s energy and routine. My family has always had pets growing up, and I’m always the one seeking out the pets at any gathering. I love earning their trust, making them feel comfortable, and making a new furry friend. While I don’t have any pets of my own right now, I absolutely adore all of my family’s pets whenever I get to see them or care for them! I work as a barista during the days, typically a 6 hour shift sometime in the morning or during the day. Whenever I am not on shift I will be able to care for your pets! My schedule varies occasionally so if you aren’t sure if a day will work, please reach out! When caring for pets, I focus on making sure they are happy, comfortable, and feel loved. I take the time to learn about each pet so I can match their energy and routine. About: Hi there! My name is Michelle and Ive been a pet owner since I was a child. My family always had dogs, cats, pocket pets, and the occasional tarantula. Im the niece of a large animal veterinarian whose clinic I volunteered at after school and summers. Currently my husband and I are owned by a Labrador Retriever and an English Setter. We are active with a national English Setter rescue, which is where our beautiful boy came from, and run volunteer transports of dogs on their way to foster or forever homes. *** Due to personal reasons, for House Sitting bookings I sleep at my own home. I will arrange my arrival and departure times at your home, to whatever your preferences are. I usually arrive around 6am and leave between 9 and 10pm, but thats variable based on your pet's routine.*** Im semi-retired! My routine is whatever it needs to be from day to day. Im a firm believer in being flexible to meet the situation's needs. Each pet is different. Some are couch potatoes, some want to hike the Alps, but all need mental stimulation and tons of hugs. Playtime, walks, treats and any other interactions you, as the expert on your pet, request of me, are part of the services I offer.

About: I want to help parents feel at ease if they have to be away from their fur babies. Let me make your away from home less stressful. I am available everyday for drop in visits, playtime or daily walks. I am available all weekend for extended visits and have reliable vehicle for travel or car rides I have a spare bedroom available as a doggie room or cat room if your pet would like more privacy and a fenced in back yard for safety but extra play space to exercise your pet.
