About: I have worked for roughly two years dog sitting for friends and family. Typically these have been in my own home - occasionally overnight. I have a fenced in back yard for my 3 dogs & 2 cats so I have experience with both :) I have complete availability currently, so my dog at home gets quite a lot of walks and park time. If possible, i also try to socialize him with people each day. Typically I take my dog to the dog park in the evening with a long walk in the morning. This works best for my dogs energy levels, but each dog is different. I am also trying to socialize my dog in public as he is a bit scared of humans so we try to hit some breweries here and there.

About: Hello! Im Andrea. I Love animals of all kinds, shapes and sizes. Ive had pets my entire life cats, dogs reptiles, amphibians, small mammals. I have always been around animals and was taught from a young age that animals are an important part of our world and good for your soul. Id be happy to spend some time with your furry family member while you are away for a couple days or just need someone to check in on them while you're at work. I love going for long walks and would be delighted to take your best friend with me! I have to admit I have a soft spot for the bigger guys but definitely don't mind the tiny pooches. Hope to meet your fur baby soon! I love walking, going to the dog park and being outside. I try to make this part of my daily routine for my own dog and wouldn't mind adding a few more companions to the adventure. I currently work evenings but dont mind late night walks after work. I realize everyone has their own routine for their fur baby so I'll stick to that as closely as possible. I genuinely love animals and enjoy spending time with them.

About: I have several years of experience caring for dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to sweet seniors. Ive dealt with multiple dogs at once, all with different personalities. From shy, energetic, to reactive. I have done everything from daily walks, to overnight stays for clients. Handling the different routines. Another plus is that I grew up fostering dogs, so I have experience with a lot of different breeds creating a very patient and observant demeanor. I am currently working part-time and looking for some extra work. My availability is pretty flexible as long as you are as well! I can either do stop by's for walks once a day, or a multiple day care schedule, with 2-4 hours of being out of the house. I'd love to chat and work something out! When I’m caring for pets in their own home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I follow your instructions closely — feeding schedules, walk times, medications, crate routines, and any house rules. I always make sure pets have fresh water, plenty of bathroom breaks, and safe, supervised time outside. I spend quality time with each pet, whether that means playing, training practice, gentle cuddles, or just giving them company so they don’t feel alone. It is all about respect and I respect your home also respect your home, treating your space the same way I’d want mine treated.

About: I have lived with cats and dogs in my life for the last 25 years. I love them all! I have had labs, Australian shepherds, springers, mixes of breeds, etc. Pet care fits easily into my routine! As a teacher, I have evenings, weekends, and summers off, which gives me a lot of flexibility. I’m home most nights and have plenty of free time during school breaks, making it easy for me to give pets the attention, walks, and care they need. I love working animals into my daily rhythm — they’re a joy to be around! I care for every pet as if they were my own! Whether in my home or a client’s, I make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. At home, I have a sweet chocolate lab named Willow who’s gentle and friendly with other animals. I follow any routines or instructions you provide closely—whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or cuddle time—so your pet feels right at home, wherever they are!

About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. I'm currently working a full time job, however I still have plenty of time to watch your fur babies!! If anything changes I will let you all know ASAP!! I have two very friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I can crate your dog if needed, or I can separate my dogs from your dogs if needed. I also have toys for them to play with so they won't get bored.

About: I know what it takes for a dog to have a wonderful time! Too many dogs spend their days stuck in a kennel, and it breaks my heart. I have been showing and breeding for over 30 yrs. we had a thriving pet sitting/transport company for many years before retiring to Wisconsin. Don't trust your pets to just anyone. Trust in my experience!! I am able to administer meds either orally or via injection. I am safety conscious and care for your beloved pets! I provide drop in service and house sitting. Iprovide additional services like watering plants and bringing in mail at no additional charge. I pet sit for bogs, cats, birds and horse. Little friends also like gerbils or snakes !! About: I’ve had pets my whole life, I’ve worked with seniors and puppies and everything in between! I’ve also worked at a doggy daycare and have done lots of grooming for both cats and dogs! I am available night and day! I am easy to reach and am ready to come at any time! I am a stay at home cat mom! I have 2 cats of my own, I give them the best nutrition and brain stimulation! I am constantly researching the best for both cats and dogs!

About: My mom had rescue dogs and cats my entire childhood, and I always helped care for them as her oldest daughter. My mom adopted dogs big and small - as big as a golden retriever, and as little as a chihuahua, and often cared for multiple cats at a time. I grew up in California, where my family pets live with my parents - three dogs and two cats. My cat Momo moved to Eau Claire with me. My parents are planning to retire here, which will be a big move, especially with so many animals, so when the time comes, I’ll be helping move their pets. After living in Eau Claire for a month or so, I house and pet sat for my cousin while she was working on a project out of town for a few months. I bonded with her German Shepherd, Lobo, through long walks and runs, and fell in love with her tiny cat Duchess. Later that winter, while I was still doing the long-term pet sit for my cousin, one of her friend’s rescued a cat who had been abandoned. Due to her living situation, she couldn’t take it in immediately, so Lobo and Duchess had Zia as a guest living with us for a month or so. Beyond helping out my family, I have friends whose animals I help care for on occasion too. One friend reaches out when she needs to go out of town, and I will do check ups or come stay with her needy and sweet cat-named-Kitty. Another friend and I meet up to walk downtown with her cutie little dog Lotta. I record all my walks and runs on Strava, and enjoy posting photos and videos of my furry companions, so if I walk with your pup, I would be happy to share photos if you ask! Last summer, I looked after my co-worker’s chickens and garden for a 3-day weekend, so I’m open to learning how to care for other pets beyond cats and dogs too! I work part-time at the flower shop and my schedule varies week to week based on their need, but I have lots of free time between weekdays and the weekend - I always have a free Sunday. I can easily arrange my schedule to allow for plenty of time between walks, play time, or check ups with animals. I will be brand new to Rover and open to meeting pets’ needs and routines as their human typically would! Right now, beyond my cat Momo, the only other animals I care for are my cousin’s dog and cat when she’s traveling and needs me to fill in, and I care for them as she would - from feeding routines to play time, walks, and cleaning.

About: I have had cats basically my whole life and I currently have a dog at my parents house. I have dog sat a few times for my neighbors dog. I am currently looking to drop in on cats and/ or dogs and walk dogs in the late afternoon. I ask for a five day notice but depending on my schedule I might be able to make some exceptions here and there! I treat all pets like they are my own. About: Whether it’s humans or animals I am a natural born caregiver. I’m a very proud cat owner of 2 little chunks named Lila & Milo. I also volunteer and foster cats with the Eau Claire Humane Society. Professionally I worked part time as a dog kennel attendant for 5 years where I handled all kinds of dog breeds. Young to old, small to XL. I am happy to say I’m trained in dog CPR! I also have experience administering medications to dogs (oral) and cats (oral and injectable). Caregiving comes very natural to me! I have 13 years of experience working as a certified nurse’s assistant. Happily taking care of the elderly in memory care settings and more recently as a hospice nurse’s assistant. I grew up on the island of Maui where my family had 2 dogs, over 15 cats, 7 hamsters, 3 guinea pigs, and numerous fish. I even had my own pet pig named Princess🥰 I’ve been an animal lover from the start! My dream is to open my own wildlife rehabilitation center someday. My schedule is extraordinarily flexible. I only work part time as a hospice aide. This means I have ample spare time to care for your pets! With notice, I can usually fit anything into my schedule. I prioritize hydration, especially in warm weather. I am knowledgeable and enjoy feeling prepared. I keep doggy bags, water bowls, toys, an extra leash, treats, etc in my vehicle so I always have access to those items just in case. I love taking dogs on walks or sitting outside to play with them (weather permitting). Should we happen to encounter an emergency situation, I do very well under pressure. I care for ALL animals like they are my own. They will be safe with me🙏🏻

About: Animals and pets of any kind have held a special place in my heart for most of my life. I have experience dog sitting animals 10- 80 lbs and have cared for as many as 3 at a time. I currently don't own any animals, but I would love to take care of yours! I am available for house/pet sitting & walking on weekdays and weekends. About: They say to do what you love and make a career out of it. I’m just grateful my career gets to be with dogs. I currently work at a doggy daycare/boarding facility in the area, so I am certified with dog and cat behaviors and have seen the ups and downs of our fur babies, and I am still standing here happy to tell you all about their stay/session. I have also grown up with working farm dogs and have gone on to own a Great Pyrenees who isn’t quite a working dog but sure does “work” like one. Pet care for me starts at dawn lol My pups come for cuddles and a potty break first sight of my eyes opening. Most of the time this does align with my schedule in the 6 am timeframe. Our family does always thankfully have one person home at all times, so while kennels are still utilized in our home for various situations, your pups can expect to stay in a home environment while here :) While I personally do not have a yard, my family does own large pasture fields and hills that we will typically walk daily. These colder seasons do affect how often we go out due to the snow and unplowed hills. However in that safe weather we make it a main priority to keep active with our pups to maintain a healthy and long life for them. Safety is priority number one. Thankfully my family is pretty much set up for success here. We are knowledgeable for food, behavior, and play safety with dogs and cats. Signs and symptoms of common issues with dogs and cats, based off personal experiences, and possible fears of what ifs, urinary cat blockages and bloat, or bloody stools. And while I understand dog body language and know how to avoid those tense situations dogs can create, I am incredibly quick to say when we are going to the emergency vet, gosh forbid.

About: i’ve always had such a soft spot in my heart for animals, even scaly friends too! I myself have had animals ranging from cats and dogs, to snakes to fish and rats.. and as you can imagine, they all require some very different needs! i ALWAYS make it my goal to care for each individual animal the best i can, after all they deserve it! I’d love to make taking care of your furry friends my main priority! I have open availability during the week and will be home all day with them, wether it’s your home or mine (: I do have 2 dogs of my own, so unfortunately i do not have availability for overnight stays. I always make it my biggest goal to let animals know how loved they are! I am willing to accommodate to you and your pets needs to ensure the safety of me, you, and your pet! My 2 dogs have me wrapped around their pinkies (toes? paws? 🤷🏻‍♀️) and i’d do anything to make sure they’re happy. I treat every dog in my care like my very own. I understand leaving your dog in the care of somebody else can be nerve-racking, especially if it’s in somebody else’s home. You worry about wether or not your sitter is going to leave them alone during the day, or if your sitter lives on a busy street, or if there’s a chance your dog gets loose.. i understand all of these! A home visit is a must and i’d be happy to show you where your furry friend will be staying, and what a typical day looks like!

About: Aside from having a dog and two cats in my family home, I have walked dogs, pet sat, completed check-ins for both cats and dogs, and even have experience in extended stays! I am a busy college student looking to lighten the loads of pet-owners in my area! For the time being, I will primarily be available for check-ins and shorter walks due to my availability :) I love walking the neighborhoods of Menomonie, and exploring the many beautiful parks and water locations around! I have a car to transport dogs to parks if need be, otherwise I am always cautious of other animals when out, and make sure to keep our distance, just in case :)
