“This review is long overdue. Janet has taken care of our pups and home during several of our long trips for over two week. She does a great job! She communicates well and is always on time. When we get home the house looks great and most important the dogs are happy. She has even been willing to start very early in the morning if we needed to catch a flight. We have a eclectic garden with quirky needs and she manages to keep the plants happy too. It has been a pleasure knowing Janet for several years now, and so much easier to leave knowing she is in charge!”

She had spent countless time around dogs of all breeds and sizes. She handles each dog as if it were her own, and pays close attentions to that dog’s specific needs. She also has plenty of knowledge on proper care of cats, aquatic life, and reptiles. When my 80 pound pitbull mix has been in her care, it’s such a sense of relief knowing there isn’t anyone better that my girl could be spending that time with.”

“I've known Alex for several years as she's the daughter of one of my co-workers. I've been to her family's home many times where they have several pets of their own including cats, dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs and have seen Alex taking care of them in a loving and caring manner. I have had her care for my own pets in my home, I have a very timid 80# Pitbull along with a sassy cat. My dog was very comfortable with her and really enjoyed Alex taking her for walks and car rides. My cat allowed Alex to pet her which is more than she does for most people :) Alex showed up on time and stayed for the time that was agreed upon. As I watched her grow up, I know that Alex has always been a hard worker, a good student and a kind, responsible young lady in general. My pets and I look forward to her coming back for pet-sitting.”

About: Dogs, cats and birds have always been a part of my life. As a child, we even had a pet crow named Butch! I work from home so your fur or feather baby won’t be left alone. My last two dogs passed away after months of battling cancer. My siberian husky had nasal cancer and my papillion had lymphoma. I have experience providing palliative care for dogs that are not feeling well and probably need extra love and attention. Currently, my resident dog is a foster failure named Peppy. Occasionally, I will have a foster dog in addition to my resident dog. I would disclose that information before booking. I currently work from home and my schedule is very flexible. After work, I walk my dog either around the neighborhood or we go to Red Cedar trail or to a park in town. I can easily crate your dog if you request it but it’s ok if he/she sleeps wherever. My dog freaks out in a crate (he was a breeder release) so he sleeps wherever he chooses. He is very gentle and has no teeth so I will not care for any aggressive dog.

About: I’ve lived with a dog my whole life I had 2 dogs for 7 years now just one sadly. I don’t mind going on long walks even runs with dogs as well. I don’t have school Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays. So those days I can work whenever. Tuesday Thursdays I’m free anytime after 4. So I have a pretty open schedule. My first priority will always be your pet. Giving it the upmost respect and care it needs. Making sure it’s happy, healthy, and safe whenever I’m with it.
