“Cortlyn was awesome! She was so comfortable with Zeke! With him being reactive I always get a little nervous with leaving him with other people but I felt he was in the best of hands!! Thank you for taking care of our boy!!”

About: Hi there! My name is Michelle and Ive been a pet owner since I was a child. My family always had dogs, cats, pocket pets, and the occasional tarantula. Im the niece of a large animal veterinarian whose clinic I volunteered at after school and summers. Currently my husband and I are owned by a Labrador Retriever and an English Setter. We are active with a national English Setter rescue, which is where our beautiful boy came from, and run volunteer transports of dogs on their way to foster or forever homes. Im semi-retired! My routine is whatever it needs to be from day to day. Im a firm believer in being flexible to meet the situation's needs. Your pets would never be alone. We also have 2 friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company and walks, along with outdoor play would help with mental stimulation.
About: Hi there! I’m Destiny & have owned an array of furry friends over the years. I have never NOT had a pup and have owned many different breeds. Currently I own cattle dogs- an Aussie named Marley and Heeler/Collie mix named Sadie. They are 4, I trained them myself & they are extremely well behaved and socialized. I offer boarding, day care, dog walking, and can bathe your pup before returning them home to you. I can also pick up and drop off when needed. I can also house sit and pup sit if that is your need/comfortability as well. I am up for & encourage meet & greets before bookings if you would like to meet myself, the pups and/or see the house and our setup before hand! I work during the normal school year as a nursing instructor. I am off during the summer and am home FULL TIME to dedicate ALL of my time & attention to the fur babies! I promise your baby will be tuckered out, loved on and well fed (to your instructions of course!) Boarding at my home: safety is my top priority with animal to animal interaction and human to animal interaction. If pups need more alone time/privacy, they can be housed separately from my dogs at all times as we have multiple access points from our home to our fenced in yard and gate sectioning in our house. I do walks daily with them and am outside with them as well for the majority of the day. Our fenced in yard has a dog pool and I have BUCKETS of toys for them to play with! If your pup leans toward the spicier side & is more protective when it comes to their toys, food, or water please let me know and separation accommodations can be made, no problem. All breeds are different and each pup is different. I can also give medications topically, orally, injections etc. I can provide hourly updates through text, video call, phone calls, whatever you would like! At minimum I send a daily update. In your home: as a nurse, safety is always my top priority. I am also extremely clean and organized. I can maintain your daily routine with your pup so they don’t miss much while you are away. Again, meet and greets I encourage so you and especially your pup are comfortable meeting me and being in your home. I’ll be their make-shift auntie while you are away! Whatever update/care you want them to have, you got it- even FaceTime dates so you don’t have to miss them much.

I like to walk and would enjoy a walking buddy! Both long and short walks are ok with me... I have a flexible work schedule Monday - Friday and off on the weekend. I am a empty nester so lots of free time to spend with your pet. Having an initial meet and greet would be great for you to get to know me and for us both to ask those initial questions and address your pets needs to ensure safety.

About: Hi! I’m a big animal lover who enjoys spending time with dogs, cats, and any other pets! I’m happy to match your pet’s energy and routine. My family has always had pets growing up, and I’m always the one seeking out the pets at any gathering. I love earning their trust, making them feel comfortable, and making a new furry friend. While I don’t have any pets of my own right now, I absolutely adore all of my family’s pets whenever I get to see them or care for them! I work as a barista during the days, typically a 6 hour shift sometime in the morning or during the day. Whenever I am not on shift I will be able to care for your pets! My schedule varies occasionally so if you aren’t sure if a day will work, please reach out! When caring for pets, I focus on making sure they are happy, comfortable, and feel loved. I take the time to learn about each pet so I can match their energy and routine. I make sure they get plenty of attention whether that be through playtime or cozy snuggles, and follow all of their care instructions.
About: I have lots of experience with my own two cats. And I’ve helped with dogs while babysitting kids! I have 7 years of experience in behavioral work with children and lots of those skills can be applied to cats and dogs. I am available weekdays 8am-5pm throughout the summer. Please inquire about weekends. I’d love to take your dog on walks and check in on your cats! I have two indoor only cats. They’re both ginger girls so they’re both very social and loving with their dad and I. They love it when we’re home with them to cuddle, get kisses and treats!

About: Since I was young, I was always surrounded by cats and dogs. My parents took part in a foster program so I got to experience helping the rehabilitation of four separate dogs. I grew up with dogs of all shapes and sizes, with accompanying temperaments. My parents recently got an American Bulldog puppy, Minnie, and I helped almost daily with any tasks they needed. I also have experience with senior dogs as my grandparents took an overseas vacation and I looked after their 12 year old Golden doodle, Dexter. I have also been around cats my entire life and currently have a senior cat named Scarlett. My previous cat, Little Foot, was diagnosed in his later years with diabetes. While attending college I needed to give him insulin shots twice a day at specific times for two years. I am currently in-between jobs so my schedule is completely open for any time/day. This is subject to change when I find full time employment. I am unfortunately unable to accommodate additional animals in my own home, however, I am willing to travel and accommodate the needs of the owners.
About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life! I’ve also had a few friends and family rely on me to let their pups outside, go for walks, or just have a little hangout time while their owners are away :) I do not currently have any pets of my own and I recently moved out of my parents home, but I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life! I care for every pet with intention, patience, and attention to their individual needs. I understand that every animal has their own personality, routine, comfort level, and preferences, so I take the time to learn what makes each pet feel safe, and cared for. Whether that means sticking closely to feeding and exercise schedules, providing extra playtime and enrichment, or offering gentle companionship, I tailor my care to each pet's unique needs. My goal is to create a positive, stress-free experience for both pets and their owners, treating every animal as if they were my own.
About: I bring a calm, friendly presence that helps pets feel safe and relaxed while their people are away. I’ve grown up with animals and currently care for a few clients’ pets in Eau Claire — including a 3-week stay with multiple pets. I know how important routines are, and I pride myself on clear communication, clean homes, and happy tails. Whether it’s a quick walk or a full house sit, I’ll follow your instructions to the letter and treat your pets like my own. I’m flexible, detail-oriented, and truly love getting to know each animal’s personality. My goal is always to create a stress-free experience — for both you and your furry family. Pet care can fit seamlessly into my routine. I currently bartend and this allows for more flexibility and available for walks, drop-ins, daycare, or house sitting throughout the week — your pet’s needs come first in my day! I have no pets at my home so my casa is your pets casa with no interference. At my 8 plex building there is a much area to run around if they can be off leash otherwise the area is great to walk for potty breaks at anytime. I live in a safe, quiet and less trafficked area which will be great for walks!
About: Hi! My name is Rebecca, I have a nice year old, mid-sized, mixed, rescue dog who is super sweet and loves having dog friends over! I have been a pet owner my entire life and have seven years of experience with in-home dog care for as many as four dogs at a time. I love to run with the dogs, let them play with my dog, play catch, take dogs to the dog park, or simply love on your fur baby! We have a fenced in backyard where our dogs can safely run and play if you so wish! I have experience with all dogs, from very old to very young. I have administered many medications to dogs, including insulin. I would love to meet you and your pup! Please let me know if you have any questions or if I can provide any references for you! I promise to take great care of your dog, and send pictures if you would like! I do have a 3 year old daughter and a 5 year old daughter who are great with dogs as well so if you are looking for overnight care your dog must be child and dog friendly! I am currently off for the summer from my job so I am available mostly every day to take your dog in or visit your dog if needed! I have a large fenced in backyard and one 5-year-old Australian Shepard mix that would be happy to keep your dog company! Dogs that are crate trained are a plus, but not a necessity
“Laura was great! I was totally comfortable knowing that Laura was watching after my cat. It is clear Laura is caring and compassionate about animals, and has a great history looking out for them. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks Laura!!!”

I currently have a very flexible schedule. I will be available most days whenever needed. I can make arrangements if there is a schedule conflict. I have a fenced in yard. We would go on daily walks in the neighborhood or to the dog park. Dogs are allowed on the furniture and we treat our dogs like family.
About: I have had a dog for many years and would do anything to just play and be with one again. My Rosie was my baby so I understand your worry. I randomly have weeks off at a time with my construction job. Perfect for this job. And in all honesty would be a joy for me Rosie was always so healthy because she ate regularly at a routine time and she never missed a dog walk. I loved the excuse of a dog walk to go walk somewhere scenic

Eau Claire dog parents share their Rover experiences
Jason was AMAZING! This was my first experience with Rover and Jason answered all of my correspondence promptly! He showed up to all of the visits on time and made sure to communicate with me with how my dog was doing (she can have an anxious personality but she clearly was so happy to have him there!). I will absolutely be booking with Jason again!!

This was my first time booking through Rover. Rae Ann was amazing! She took such great care of my pets and kept me updated every day with photos and messages about how things were going. It made me feel much better knowing they were in very good hands. My pets looked happy and relaxed when I got home. I would definitely book with Rae Ann again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!
