About: Hi Pet parents! My name is Sophie and I’ve been a dog owner for all 19 years I’ve been alive - using all of that time to gain experience walking, taking care of, cleaning up after, training, and ensuring the safety of my pups. I’m comfortable with any size level and activity level- I’ve seen it all! I also have experience house sitting and taking care of friend’s/family’s pets while they are away. I’m looking to take care of some animals while I’m home from college for the summer because it’s what I do best! Thank you for entrusting me with the health and needs of your baby 🩷 I’m a college student who is home for the summer! I’m not working any jobs outside of this, so I can give your pup all of the love and attention and exercise they deserve! I have a fenced yard so there is no risk of running into the road and a large house/yard for the dogs to play around in. I have a 10 year old Boston terrier who is extremely friendly and she loves making new friends! If your dog doesn’t work well with others, I have enough space to separate them completely and comfortably.

I am reliable, responsible, and trustworthy, and I take great pride in the trust that pet owners place in me. My husband & I are both self-employed, so our schedules are flexible, we have plenty of time to take care of your pet and always have someone at home. Additionally, I walk my clients’ dogs 3 times a week, so I can take your pet on a long walk with others. If needed, I can also run your dog or play fetch in the park or on the beach. About: I’ve never owned any pets myself but I have previously lived with housemates who have had three cats and two dogs. “Lydia is great! She helped us walk Nova while we were on a trip and had my mom staying with Nova. My mom cannot handle Nova due to her reactivity to other dogs, squirrels, and cats. Normally they would just play in the back but our yard was too flooded to permit it. Lydia jumped in to help on very short notice and in the middle of some crazy weather. She was punctual and took Nova out on a different walk each morning that we needed her. She is communicative, responsible, and took good care of our spoiled princess baby. I highly recommend her!”

About: I've fostered dogs in my home and cared for dogs and cats in other people's homes and am excited to do more of both! I got into housesitting several months ago and love getting to spend focused time and attention on animals while their people are away. While fostering dogs, I worked on light training - improving walking manners, comfort with strangers, and basic commands. I cared for my dogs for a few weeks to several months until they were adopted and loved getting updates from their new families about their progress. I make time for your animals as they need it! I work part time, which allows plenty of time for walks, playing fetch, cuddle sessions, and on-time meals. If temperament allows, I’ll take your pup with me to dog-friendly spots in town and along longer walking paths and trails. I'm new to California and settling in the area. I'm excited to explore different neighborhoods, meet cool people, and spend time with your furry friends. If I’m staying in your home, I’m in your best friend’s space. Whatever they’re used to, is what they’ll get, whether that’s permission (or not) to get on furniture, sleep with me in bed, and set our walking schedule.
