About: Although I have never owned a dog myself, I have several years of experience caring for family dogs. My sister has had a dog since 2016, and my mom got a dog in 2023. I regularly help care for them when my family is out of town, including feeding them on schedule, providing fresh food and water, taking them on walks, and making sure they are safe and comfortable. About: I’ve worked with many different animals, including cats, dogs, birds, hamsters. I love working and caring for them. Patience is needed to make your furry friends feel comfortable. I’ve worked with many large dog breeds, which include malamutes, German shepherds, pitbulls and even Akita’s. I’m currently work during the day so I am free most evenings Sunday through Thursday. I have more availability on Fridays and Saturdays during the day. I make sure the pets are in safe areas for them so that they don’t get into anything that isn’t safe. I make sure to give them space but follow them just in case. I want them feel comfortable in their space.

About: We only take 1 dog to be cared for at a time with our small family & havapoo Ollie. I work from home during the week so there is lots of time for cuddles and walking. My teen is eager to help! I work from home full-time, so provide cuddles, attention and lots of walks. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and just recently said goodbye to my 17 year old pit bull rescue. I’ve been the go to sitter in my neighborhood for the past 15 years and I’m lucky to have been successful in our local fur community by word of mouth. I am well versed in senior dogs, dogs with physical limitations, dogs with allergies, administering medication, and handling reactive behaviors. I live in a large home with no roommates or pets, and have a large fenced yard with lots of areas to explore. There’s a hiking trail just feet away from my front door and I miss having my 4 legged companion to walk the trails with. Being the fur mom of a rescue, I understand that each dogs comes with instructions and I take that seriously. I understand the importance of activity in high energy dogs, and that new sitters need to be extra affectionate in the absence of a dogs owner. I love spending time outside and will love your fur baby as if it were my own! I generally work from home which allows for ample walks and mid day snuggles! If I need to go into the office, I am use to making time before and after work for walks. In addition the that, if owners are comfortable, dogs can have access to the fenced yard throughout the day. I have a large completely fenced yard. I have an extra large crate if that is preferred. There are no other pets on the property. There are no kids on the property and I have no roommates.

“Jennifer was great! This was our first time using Rover for our very playful golden retriever. Jennifer was quick to respond to all messages. We had a meet and greet with her and her dog to make sure it was a good fit. Her backyard is a great size. While we were away Jennifer sent us daily photos and updates, even a video. When I messaged her questions she responded quickly. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog with Jennifer and will use her again!”

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities for 15 years. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, play with, and care for their pets while away. I’m patient, attentive, active, and genuinely love animals. I understand the importance of making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I love taking dogs on hikes and to the beach as well. I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pets. I’m available for dog walking, drop-in visits, and pet sitting throughout the week and on weekends.
