About: I have been watching other people’s dogs since I was 10 years old. I grew up in a household that always had a dog, too! I have cared for dogs as big as Bernese mountain dogs and as small as chihuahuas. I have taken all sorts of dogs on walks and am diligent about making sure they get adequate potty breaks and food. I am comfortable with bathing dogs, as well. Playtime is a priority, too (: I am currently working from home so I am able to work your pet into my schedule quite easily! I can come multiple times a day. I believe your pets’ safety is of the utmost importance. To maintain their safety I will keep your dog securely on a leash when we go on a walk. I will ensure that your cat or dog does not get out of the house when it is not supposed to be outside. Finally, I will build a good rapport with your beloved pets so that they will trust me, and so you can trust me, too!

About: I have had dogs my entire life. Over the duration of my lie, my family and Ii have had 8 dogs. Currently, we have 2! I have had experience with dogs both big and small, and absolutely love taking care of them. With sufficient time notice, I am available all days of the week! I can do anytime except overnight. About: Animal lady here. I have four cats, five chickens, and a bearded dragon. I grew up with dogs as well. Two yorkies (brothers) and a schnauzer chow chow mix. I’ve had my fair share of bites and scratches, and am able to work with animals with some behavioral issues no problem. I am responsible and treat each animal as if it's my own. I'd be able to provide the best care, and not just care, but love and compassion as I know when pets are away from their owners, it could be a stressful time. I have reliable transportation and would be able to feed walk and clean up after pets. I’m also familiar with administering oral medications and topical medications. I have experience caring for animals with illnesses. As my previous dog had many breed related issues including diabetes. I also had a very sick cat I helped bring back from severe liver issues by syringe feeding and administering oral medications. I’ve house sat for friends with small animals and even snakes. I’ve cared for chickens before as well. I know animals sometimes have accidents in home as well and I have no problem cleaning up after them and cleaning the space. I have a pretty open schedule at the moment. I have a client on Fridays from 10:30am-1:30pm and Saturdays from 10:30am-2:30p. If you need services during any of these times, my current clients are flexible and always willing to work with me and move things around. I’d be able to care for pets in your home like it was my home. I also have clients I clean for, so a clean living space for people and pets important to me. One of my cats likes to try and eat anything he can get, non edible items especially, so I’m familiar with ‘baby proofing’ and keeping everything out of reach. I’m very aware of my surroundings and will keep a close eye on your pet. I don’t have social media and I’m not constantly distracted by my phone either. I’d be more than happy to update you as I’m there however and send many many pictures.

About: Hello, pet lover :) I would be thrilled to take care of your four legged friend for you. I am patient, compassionate, and have experience with basic dog training. I live on a beautiful, large property in McKinleyville and have a fenced yard and doggie door. I work from home full time, so have plenty of time to dedicate to your pet's wellbeing. I make sure that they have all their basic needs met consistently, and also have plenty of time for play and adventure. I understand the importance of following a routine, and will make sure to uphold all standards, regimes, and routines that you have worked so hard to set in place. My dog is on the property about 50% of the time, so let me know if your preference is for your dog to have a playmate or to be solo with me. I have an active lifestyle and would be happy to take your pup to our favorite local hiking and swimming spots during our time together. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions! I am currently working from home so I have plenty of flexibility to make sure your pup has their needs met, including exercise and companionship. My usual routine is to give pups attention throughout the day while I work, including cuddles and access to the outdoors. Then I take them out on an outing around 4pm (to the beach, a hike, etc). I am fairly flexible if another routine is important (such as morning exercise). I ensure that pups do not have access to anything dangerous to consume, have access to the outdoors whenever they need it, and are welcome in the home at any time. They can be as close to me as they would like to be. The fenced yard keeps them safe while outside.

About: I have lots of experience with animals, from working at humane societies to later as a vet tech. I have always had a dog of my own and more recently adopted two cats. I currently work for a public school and soon will be on summer break. I am looking for small jobs that I can do while off work from my primary job. I will follow explicit instructions on how you want your critters to be cared for. I will make sure they are safe and comfortable by ensuring that they have everything they need such as any food or water left out for them.

About: I grew up on a small farm, caring for animals from dogs to pigs to horses. From a young age my parents stressed the work and responsibility required for happy and healthy animals, so their care was a big part of my childhood. As a kid I spent my time volunteering and our local animal shelter and clinic, and assisting with the whelping and training of dogs for Canine Companions for Independence. I recently graduated with a Bachelors in Animal Science at UH Manoa, and worked for a vet clinic/boarding facility while attending. I am comfortable with dogs of all ages and temperaments, and have lots of experience with administering medications, training, and of course having fun and giving lots of love! Since graduating, I work full time at a local humane society. My work schedule typically has me away for 9 hours a day, which means I am unable to give more frequent care that puppies or elderly dogs may need. I am happy to do regular, long term stays or just short playtime breaks. I have my own transportation and am willing to work with your schedule. Every pet has different needs, and I like to work closely with owners to ensure that their pets are getting exactly the level of care they need.
