About: I have been taking care of pets for a long time. I have had my own pets since I was young and have been taking care of other peoples’ pets for around five years. I have experience taking care of dogs, cats, chickens, goats, and fish. I have a fairly open schedule and can make sure your pet is getting the care and attention that they need to be happy and healthy. I will make sure your pet is thoroughly cared for by following your pets’ routines and by providing food, water, and activity. I will also provide constant communication with you about your pet.

About: My mom used to be a vet, she taught me a lot about understanding animals and their behavior. I've had pets all my life and I learned very early on how to respect animals, as well as love and play with them I want to do this as often and as much as possible, I want to become a fulltime house/pet sitter and that'll be my schedule I am able and willing to stay as long as needed and watch over things and provide company to any animals or pets that need it. I also enjoy cleaning and am very polite, If you need someone to hang around and make sure you're pets are safe (and some walks around the neighborhood) as well as tidy up then I'm you're guy

About: My family has had animals running around for all of my life! Friends and family have relied on me to help watch, walk, and love dogs and cats! My family has 2 dogs we got in 2020 and 4 cats we have had for years! I am excellent with cats and understand that some need patience, time, and space to warm up to you! I love running around with dogs and getting their adrenaline going but I'm also a big sucker for some puppy cuddles! **Availability! As it is summer, I am not in school, or taking any classes. Rover is my main source of income! I am available for any and all :) I have a fenced yard with enough space for your pup to run around and a reliable dog park around the corner at Spring Canyon Park! I have no problem with putting your pup in a crate or giving your pet any medication they may need! I love to go on long walks and have your pup guide me with all the sniffies they desire (avoiding unfamiliar objects of course) but I also love to just sit and hangout if your pet prefers! If any pet has a disability or a disadvantage I have the patience to take it slow if they need it!

About: I have been surrounded by animals for most of my life and I love to help them live their best lives! I studied pre-veterinary biology for two years, so I know about the science behind animals as well as understanding their basic care and needs. I am very good at matching the energy level of any animal and I have a special passion for exotic animals (but of course I love dogs and cats too!). I am experienced in giving medication and I do not shy away from cleaning up any and all messes that they may make. I am currently a student at Cal Poly Humboldt and I have a lot of breaks in my class schedule. For house sitting, I would only be out of the house for 2-4 hours at a time for classes on weekdays and would be able to stay all day on weekends. My schedule is also perfect for drop ins and potty breaks. I feel that I am a very easy person to work with and I will follow any and all guidelines or rules that you present to me. I will also help with house cleaning if you would like that, in addition to cleaning up after your pet(s).

About: Animals have always brought me a lot of joy. I grew up with and have taken care of dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, birds, horses, reptiles, and amphibians, so I am well acquainted with many types of creatures! I have cared for newborn kittens, as well as senior dogs and cats. Due to my background as a veterinary technician and wildlife caretaker, I am very comfortable with animals who require medical care or have higher needs in general. I am familiar with giving medications, shots, cleaning and grooming, and overall behavior indicators of well-being. I also assisted in surgeries, where I prepped the supplies, took vitals, and monitored the pet's health while under anesthesia. While I hope no family has to endure the hardship that comes with an ill or elderly pet, it does happen. Whether you are planning a trip away or just need some assistance, I would be happy to care for your fur baby and hope to meet them soon. I currently have a cat and three chickens who I love a lot. So unfortunately, I cannot board any pets at my home. I have a remote job, so am flexible with home stays, walks, feeding schedules, and anything else to keep your friend happy. I always first consider the pets' and my safety. In my own home, I have spent the last 4 years helping my cat overcome her traumatic past through patience and routine. I give her lots of treats and mental stimulation, such as finding new items for her to bat around and sit on. We also have chickens, which have a fully fenced backyard so they can roam. I also love spoiling them with watermelon, apples, and mealworms!

About: Hi, I’m Virgo (formerly Jeremy)! I’ve been dog sitting my friends’ dogs for about 10yrs, and working for a dog trainer for about 2yrs. (My parents tell me I’ve loved dogs my whole life, but I can only partly confirm.) A few things I like about dog sitting is discovering their personalities and learning how to interprete and anticipate their needs. I’m not intimidated by high-energy/high-intelligence dogs either! I like the challenge of keeping up with them. It also tricks me into staying active and feels less ridiculous than Zumba. 🤷🏽‍♂️ If there’s anything else you wanna know just ask? Uhh, this thing says I’ve gotta write 50 more words to move on so I’m just gonna keep typing stuff until the limit runs out I guess? I’m a substitute teacher, so my schedule is highly flexible! I try not to schedule subbing jobs during engagements, but they overlap seamlessly when it does happen. I live alone with a fully enclosed backyard and space for a crate if needed! I prefer to sit in the pet’s home though because I like to keep your pet’s routine and environment familiar to make them most comfortable!

I ran my own dog walking business as a sole proprietor for many years, and also have worked as an independent contractor for other dog walking & pet sitting companies.
