My dogs were comfortable with Jessie and I appreciated her flexibly about drop off and pick up times. Her photos and welfare updates were great especially since this was my first time leaving my girls overnight for two nights. I would want Jessie’s help again next time I plan more exploration of the great outdoors in the Humboldt county area.
Jessie was great with our pups! She was always on time and gave a thorough update with pictures! We’ll definitely be using Jessie in the future!

Schedule
With Humboldt Helper LLC as my primary focus, I’m able to offer a flexible schedule and prioritize pet sitting clients. Care is designed to support consistency while adapting to your needs, fitting naturally into your daily or weekly rhythm. Walks and visits can be scheduled on a regular basis or arranged as needed, depending on what works best for you and your dog.

Care is provided with a calm, thoughtful approach, taking time to understand each dog’s routines, preferences, and signals. The goal is for visits to feel familiar, low-stress, and supportive, blending seamlessly into your routine while helping dogs feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
A typical day
I don’t currently have pets of my own, which allows me to provide undivided attention and a calm, predictable environment. Every dog in my care receives my full focus, love, and thoughtful decision-making based entirely on their needs. A typical day can range depending on what you are looking for, but I do have a large grassy backyard that is fully fenced in and live close to Hiller Dog Park in McKinleyville. I am excited that I am able to provide one-on-one companionship with your pup. When appropriate and with your approval, I can support calm, structured social experiences for dogs who enjoy companionship with other dogs. These interactions are always carefully supervised and guided, with an emphasis on safety, respect, and regulation rather than high-energy or chaotic play. Social exposure is optional and never forced. Some dogs benefit simply from walking alongside another compatible dog or sharing quiet space; others thrive one-on-one, both are fully honored.
