I’ve used him for a couple sittings and he was punctual, great communicator, very attentive to my pups, sent updates, reached out if something needed attention, accommodated requests and changes and put my pups well being first (esp when one got sick while I was away, Rico called the vet and picked up medication that same day). I can tell he is doing a great job when I see just how much my pups smother him when he comes by - a true sign that he loves them and they can feel it. I have a pretty flexible schedule and an happy to help in mornings, nights, overnights, and on my days off!
