“Great sitter! Excellent communication and lots of check in to keep is in the loop. Great with the pets and sent adorable pictures. A great help and highly recommended”

Lavinia W.

“This was our first experience with Rover. Previously we had a family member take care of our pets but they had moved out of town and it was challenging to find someone that we felt as comfortable with. I can't say enough about Lavinia - not only did she take care of our pets like they were her own, she knew how to take care of Mom and Dad too! We asked for updates and throughout our vacation she sent us great photos and funny messages about the boys. She was very conscientious and careful about everything in the house. She also took care of our flowers and birds perfectly. You can't fake this kind of care and devotion and we feel so incredibly grateful to have found her.”

Candace H.

“Candace and Braydon were great with our 2 dogs and cat. Candace is very knowledgeable about training techniques and worked with our pups to address some behavioral issues. She even recommended a successful solution for our cat's loose stool (adding wheatgrass to his food).”

Carla F.

“Carla was a wonderful caregiver for our miniature chihuahua! She was reliable and communicative and extremely responsible in cleaning up after herself and washing the bedding she used before we returned. We could see in the pictures and messages she sent that “mini” was happy. We would definitely utilize her support again!”

Portia F.
“For over 15 years I have know Portia to be a dear and trusted friend, as well an animal advocate and pet enthusiast. Not only does she have a kind heart, she is incredibly responsible with a level of compassion for people and animals unmatched by most. Whether it’s tending to bees or dog sitting for a friend she immerses herself into their care and wellbeing. Many times Portia has helped me by caring for my darling cats while I travelled for lengthy periods of time. She even stepped up to the plate when my senior cat needed special care, and I was able to leave confident that my sweeties were in good hands. I am grateful to know Portia and couldn’t recommend her more for pet care.”

Kelsey B.
“Once again Kelsey did a caring and loving job with our dog and three indoor cats. She also made sure the feral cat who lived under our deck for the winter was fed every evening.”

Teri D.

“Teri is always the PERFECT person to watch our coonhound -- she makes it so easy and we get snuggly photos back every time ? Thank you for all the help!!”

Emily D.

“Emily was very communicative and friendly! She took great care of our three pets and house. Our pets are very needy and require extra attention with medication and she was very attentive and gave them the best care! I will definitely use her as a sitter again!!”

Ona M.

“Ona was a wonderful house sitter! I came home to a happy cat and my house was as clean as I left it. She was easy to communicate with, and took time out of her day for a meet-and-greet before I left. She also sent me pictures of Cecil while I was away, which I appreciated. I highly recommend Ona and will gladly rebook with her in the future.”

Isabella W.
“As a former roommate of Isabella Wilcox, I can attest that not only does Isabella have outstanding time management and organization skills but she herself has 4 pets that she cares for in the best manner possible. In addition to taking care of her 4 pets she has taken care of my cat and has always made sure the pets are fed at the same hour everyday, are bathed, have proper playtime, and gives them treats. All pets could not be in safer hands than with Isabella!”

Rachel P.

“Very responsive, helpful, and accommodating when we scheduled, and even more so during our dog/house sitting. Came back to a Happy and healthy dog and a well-cared-for home. Highly recommend.”

Kat K.

“Kat was great, spent lots of time with our dogs and cat. She also sent lots of pictures so we were able to see our animals while we were gone. I would definitely have her watch our animals again. Thank you”

Jessie F.

“Jessie was amazing with my dog Theo! She kept me updated and sent me lots of pictures. I felt more than comfortable being away since she was there!”

Kyle R.
“Kyle is great with all animals-he’s kind, trustworthy, conscientious, and very reliable. He’s has cared many times for both our cat and dog and we have no qualms recommending him.”

Caroline P.

“Caroline was amazing taking care of our dog for a few days. She stopped by beforehand to meet him, even though it was short notice. She sent us updates and photos throughout the time we were gone. Would definitely recommend and use her again!”

Emalee B.

“Emalee did amazing with both our dog and cat. she was very responsive to texts and kept the place incredibly clean. I would recommend her to anyone and will definitely be using her in the future.”

Ellen M.

“Trek loved hanging out with Ellen! We will use again.”

Elise K.

“Elise was absolutely wonderful! She was able to accommodate me on a last minute booking, followed all of my care instructions, sent me frequent photo/video updates, left my home cleaner than she found it, and communicated with me very well! She went above and beyond for us, and my pup was very happy and tired out when I arrived home!”

Olivia B.

“From the initial meet and greet, we knew we were leaving our dogs in great hands. Olivia was kind and the dogs were instantly comfortable with her, which helped us know we were making a good choice before even leaving. While we were gone we received regular updates with pictures as Olivia followed all guidance provided, ensuring that our dogs did not have a break and routine. I would highly recommend Olivia to anyone looking for a responsible person to take care of their pets!!”

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I volunteered at animal shelters, watched neighbors’/friends’ pets, and have had several dogs and cats of my own. Unfortunately, I recently lost my cuddly black kitty, Pepper, and I am really missing all of the love and companionship a pet can offer. I’m a clinical psychologist starting a fellowship at U of R. I recently moved so have flexible days at the moment. I’m happy to set up a consistent schedule or to give your pup a quick jaunt while you’re busy. I will not be offering services in my home at this time. I am happy to come by your home for a walk, check-in, or cuddle.
