About: Happy to say, I’m my family and friends first point of contact to care for their pets. I am nurturing and playful while also understanding and respecting pets and pet owners boundaries and commands. I work from home during the week and with notice I can be flexible to accommodate most schedules. I’m also flexible and open during the weekend! I understand inviting someone into our space can be awkward and unnatural. I’m very respectful and clean in all homes. I follow directions easily and kindly.

“Working with Natania for looking after our dogs and cats has been really smooth. We have four senior animals, each with a particular wrinkle to caring for them, and Natania was super open to their needs. She obviously cares deeply for animals and is a very conscientious caretaker. We are very confident working with her again!”
“Rico is amazing. I’ve used him for a couple sittings and he was punctual, great communicator, very attentive to my pups, sent updates, reached out if something needed attention, accommodated requests and changes and put my pups well being first (esp when one got sick while I was away, Rico called the vet and picked up medication that same day). I can tell he is doing a great job when I see just how much my pups smother him when he comes by - a true sign that he loves them and they can feel it. I’m so happy to have met Rico and look forward to future sittings with Jozi and Milo. Highly recommend Rico.”

“Paulina was a lifesaver for us and was able to accommodate a very short request period and provided excellent care. She had very appropriate questions regarding his care and completed all of our requests without issue. We're very lucky to have found her and appreciate the work she does!”

“Kevan was really great with our boy Ruckus, who can sometimes be a handful! Kevon was very communicative and kept us updated on everything. He was also able to sit for us last minute and responded quickly to our request. We've already booked him again for an upcoming trip. It's great to know our fur baby is in good hands!”

About: Hi, I'm Tom! I've spent over four decades living with and loving animals, and I've never lost that "avid" spark for a day spent with a dog. I'm an active person who genuinely enjoys being outdoors, so if your dog has energy to burn, they've met their match! I truly enjoy working with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and ages. Whether it's a slow, gentle stroll for a senior pup, a playful walk for a growing puppy, or a high-energy trek for a large breed, I adapt my pace to meet your dog's specific needs. While I love the little guys, I am also more than capable of handling "gentle giants" and strong pullers with confidence and care. I'm well-versed in using various walking gear, from standard leashes to front-clip harnesses, ensuring every dog stays safe and controlled regardless of their size. Whether it's a brisk neighborhood power-walk or exploring local trails like Durand Eastman or Lucien Morin Park (two of my dog's favorites), I tailor every outing to your dog's fitness level. I'm not just there to "do the job"—I'm there to make sure your pup gets the physical exercise and mental stimulation they need to be happy and tired by the time they get home. In my personal life, I am also a primary caregiver for my mother, who manages daily medical conditions. Because of this, staying on a strict schedule, managing precise routines, and being deeply observant is second nature to me. I bring that exact same level of patience, compassion, and structure to every animal under my supervision. I'm available every day from 11 am - 3 pm Dog walking: 30 or 60 minute neighborhood strolls. Drop in visits: Short check-ins for feeding, potty breaks, or playtime in client's home. Pet Taxi: Adventure Excursions: for trips to the groomer, vet, and daycare. Doggy Shuttle: Solo or group hikes and adventures at some of our fine local parks Senior and Medical Care: Medication administration (pills or injections) and gentle strolls with backup wagon assist if needed. Puppy specialized care: Frequent short visits tailored for training and socialization needs of dogs under one year old. No extra charge for basic feeding or oral medication administration... Safety is my top priority, and I take a proactive approach to ensure every pet in my care is secure and comfortable. With over 40 yrs experience, I've learned that anticipation is key especially with large breeds. I am always vigilant about my surroundings and focused entirely on your dog. Gear check: I perform a thorough check of all leashes, collars, and harnesses before every walk to ensure they are in perfect working order. On-leash Only: For maximum safety, I keep all dogs on leash during our outings, even in off-leash areas, unless we are in a 100% secure, fenced in yard. Environmental awareness: I avoid interactions with unfamiliar dogs or people on walks to prevent any unpredictable situations. I am also highly mindful of the weather, ensuring paws are protected from hot pavement and that pups stay hydrated. Home Security: When entering and exiting your home, I use extra caution to prevent "door dashing." I treat your home with the same respect and care I give my own. After our visit or walk, i take a moment to send you a detailed "Report Card." You'll get a summary of our route, their behavior, and-of course- at least 2-3 great action shots from our time together. I treat every schedule with the same reliability I'd want for my own pets. Rochester weather can be unpredictable! For the safety of your pet, I may shorten walks during extreme heat (90+) or dangerous wind chills. In these cases, we will spend the remaining time playing indoors or doing mental enrichment challenges, so they still get their energy out. Depending on your specific dog's tolerances and needs...
“Maria was great! She took wonderful care of our boy and our home. Definitely put my mind at ease while we were away for the weekend knowing our dog was being well taken care of. Would definitely recommend and will book again in the future.”

Paulina was a lifesaver for us and was able to accommodate a very short request period and provided excellent care. She continually reached out to us with pictures and videos of our puppy and let us know how the day was going. She had very appropriate questions regarding his care and completed all of our requests without issue. We're very lucky to have found her and appreciate the work she does!

Stacie was such a kind and caring sitter. She was very communicative with any issues and got creative with ideas when she was concerned my dog wasn’t eating. My dog is older and can be fickle at times, but Stacie really put my mind at ease that he was properly being looked after while I was away. I could tell she truly cared about making sure he was taken care of. I would highly recommend her and know that I found an excellent dog sitter that I will definitely be booking in the future.

Alex was great! He communicated clearly, checked in to make sure he understood my preferences, and sent regular updates with pictures that I really appreciated. My pups were happy and well cared for, and it gave me total peace of mind. I’d recommend Alex to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful dog sitter.

Mya sit for us last week while we were on vacation. She was great: very respectful of our home, communicative and treated our dog Bosco amazingly. He definitely enjoyed their walks together and cuddle with her on the couch and in bed. We will definitely use her again!!

Rebecca watched my old boy, Remy for a weekend and stayed at my place as well. She was awesome! She was attentive to Remy's needs and sent me pictures and updates all weekend. I felt very comfortable with her at my home, and it made for a very relaxing weekend away knowing he was in good hands. I can't recommend her enough!!

Addison cared for our dogs while we were away for a week. While our dogs aren’t hard, they can be needy and my senior boy has the start of doggy dementia which can make it hard. Addison was amazing! We knew from the moment we met her our dogs were in good hands. They all loved her and took to her instantly. Addison communicated and sent pictures throughout the time we were away and even asked how to help our old man through this hard transition. Nobody should hesitate to hire Addison. She’s great with all dogs and we came back to our house in top shape.
