“Highly recommend!!! Our pup is an 8.5 years old deaf Boxer. He has rarely been left overnight without a family member. Our family member canceled 2 days before we had to go out of town. So we checkout Rover and read some profiles and I kept going back to Rosie and James. So after alot of procrastinating I finally decided to contact them. They agreed to meet with us the next day (Saturday) and texting throughout Saturday we felt really confident our pup would be fine. Sunday we drop him off. They sent pictures and updates that relieved us from our anxiety about leaving him. By Monday we knew he was going to be fine. We needed an extra day and they were flexible enough to grant our request. I don't think we could ask for anyone better. They are true blessing to us. We can't wait to use them again. Thank you so much for all you've done for us and taking great care of our pup. We didn't worry about him at all.”
