This was our very first time booking through the Rover app, and to be honest, we were a little nervous—Mars is the pride and joy of our home! But we are so glad we went for it. Tykenya did a phenomenal job. She was super communicative, kept us updated, and made the whole process feel easy and reassuring. She was quick to respond to messages and when our flight home kept getting delayed, she was very understanding and flexible with pick up times.
