“I could not recommend Lisa enough! One of our dogs is considered special needs, so leaving him always makes us a little nervous. Lisa was so amazing and took amazing care of both our dogs. We got daily updates with pictures and videos and amazing communication. Our dogs had a blast hanging with Lisa and her family as well as her 2 dogs! I’m not sure they wanted to leave when we came to pick them up!”

“Haley & Ryan took great care of Huck while we were out of the country and sent us pictures and updates each day. It’s so hard to leave your pet but in certain situations it’s unavoidable. It sure makes it easier when you know they’re being treated well. Thanks again!”

“Allison is the best! So thankful to have a sitter I can trust who loves my baby while I’m away. She is thorough, provides lots of updates and is fun and engaging.”

“Esther was incredible as well as her family. Austin had such an amazing time and I know he was well take care of. Communication was fantastic and I received plenty of adorable pictures and updates. I would highly recommend Esther and would definitely be sending Austin back to her.”

“Made me feel very safe and comfortable that she was taking care of my pets and she loved having them! She is very kind and easy to communicate with. Made being out of town stress free. Thank you again!”

“Absolutely wonderful! We have no doubt that Joey and Erin took excellent care and loved our two pups very much while we were out of town for a wedding. We are thrilled to know that we have them just around the corner for any possible future travels that we cannot bring our two furbabies along for. They gave us daily updates and photos. Thank you so much again!”

“This was our first time ever boarding our dog. Hayley was super friendly and helpful and made us feel very comfortable in leaving our dog. He was definitely worn out when we picked him up. We wanted to get him socialized with other dogs and children and Hayley made that possible. We have already booked her for our next vacation. Bandit was a happy and tired boy.”

“We were absolutely delighted with the services provided by Rover pet sitter Jessica. She was not only accommodating but also incredibly understanding when our flight was delayed, and we needed to adjust the time frames for our pet's care. Jessica and her husband's professionalism and flexibility made a significant difference for us during a stressful travel situation. Their dedication to our pet's well-being was evident, and we felt confident in her care. We would wholeheartedly recommend Jessica to others in need of pet-sitting services. Her commitment to her clients and their furry friends is truly commendable. Thank you both, for making our trip worry-free!”

“Kayahja was awesome! I last minute had to drop my cat off for the night and she was welcoming and went above and beyond caring for Violet. Her two dogs were so cute and friendly with her and she sent lots of pictures and videos so I knew she was safe and happy!”

“Tyler and his family are the best!! Tyler sent pics of Harley daily and made sure our Harley was well taken care of and happy!!! We will definitely be using Tyler again!! Thanks Tyler!!!🥰”

“Lauren was AMAZING! It was my 1st time boarding Maggie and I could not have hoped for a better experience! Maggie was treated like family and didn’t even know I was gone. Lauren was communicative the entire time with updates , pics and videos. I highly recommend! We will be visiting Lauren and Maggie’s new family often!!”

“This was my first time using Rover and I was very nervous, my girl is my whole world. Brynn was just absolutely amazing! We did a meet and greet first which was great, and then Kimura really had the best time during her stay! I can’t say enough good things. I got regular updates, and I truly felt my girl was being really cared for. I’m so grateful she had such a smooth and great time. :) definitely recommend!!”

About: I’m a dog mom of 2 and former cat mom who has a full time job but needed more pet love in my life! I love long walks and fetch but also cuddling on the couch. I am a go-to pet sitter for friends and would love to meet your pets! I have a full time job and use the weekends for walking and taking care of pets. Some days I’m lucky to work from home so I like to fit in some walks or cuddles then too! I have a fenced yard in a safe neighborhood with 2 friendly Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I own my home so if it gets hairy, no problem :-)
“We left our dog with Scott for 4 nights while we were traveling. This booking was our first time leaving our dog with someone new. It comforted us that Scott updated us frequently and sent us pictures daily. He treated her like his own! I absolutely recommend Scott for anyone’s overnight boarding needs, and we will def use him again!! 5 stars!”

“One of the best sitters we've had! Our pup was happy, cared for, and even had a best bud to play with, one of their kids. Their dogs were also easy going and played well with our pup. Very responsible sitter! 10/10 would recommend!!”
“Brandon is a dog lover for sure! He provided great care for our senior dog for a multi night stay. She goes through spurts where she doesn’t want to take her medicine but he quickly figured out how to make it happen.”

“Shannon was great. My dog who has never spent a night away from me had the best time. Huge back yard to play in! And she was able to sleep in the bed with her and roam as she pleased!! Super excited to have met her!!”

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
