“She is always so responsive and send lots of updates of our baby. She is a great sitter and we always appreciate the fun that he has and the love he receives while at her house!”

“Lisa was amazing with our fur baby!!! We received daily updates and you could see that he was having a blast in her home along side her family and fur babies. ♥️ We weren’t sure if he would even want to come home seeing how much fun he was having there! It’s so nice to have found someone that will love our fur baby while we’re away and I know Wilson can’t wait for his next stay there!”

“I had my two dogs with Niyired for 6 days. They were well taken care of and they seemed happy in their boarding place. The place was clean and they had ample place to play. The sitter sent pics from time to time. I wished to get more pics as we missed our dogs a lot during the travel. But it was really nice of her to help us at the last minute when two other sitters canceled. We will surely use this sitter again.”

“One of the best sitters we've had! Our pup was happy, cared for, and even had a best bud to play with, one of their kids. Their dogs were also easy going and played well with our pup. Very responsible sitter! 10/10 would recommend!!”
“We were absolutely delighted with the services provided by Rover pet sitter Jessica. She was not only accommodating but also incredibly understanding when our flight was delayed, and we needed to adjust the time frames for our pet's care. Jessica and her husband's professionalism and flexibility made a significant difference for us during a stressful travel situation. Their dedication to our pet's well-being was evident, and we felt confident in her care. We would wholeheartedly recommend Jessica to others in need of pet-sitting services. Her commitment to her clients and their furry friends is truly commendable. Thank you both, for making our trip worry-free!”
“Lauren went above and beyond taking care of Cece! From the moment we left, I felt completely at ease knowing she was in such great hands. Lauren sent so many photos and updates of Cece clearly having the best time while on walks, hanging out, and enjoying lots of cuddles. It honestly felt like Cece was living her best life while we were gone. If I could rate Lauren 10 out of 10, I absolutely would. I can’t recommend her highly enough! Thank you, Lauren, for taking such great care of Cece!”

“This was a great first time Rover experience! Kayahja sent me pictures and videos each day I was gone. I was also told my Charli interacted really well with her dogs, which was the main reason I wanted Charli to board with someone who has dogs because she doesn’t get a lot of close interaction. Kayahja was very nice and communicative with me. Will be booking with her again!”

“Tyler was awesome. He has a great place and I could tell my dog would be well taken care of. My puppy greeted him like a long lost owner, I was a little worried he wouldn’t want to come back home with me. Lol. I was given photos and updates and I honestly just did not worry one bit the entire time Tyler had my pup. I am relieved that there is a trusted person to leave my pup with in the future should I need a dog sitter again.”

“Erin and Joseph are amazing!! We don't normally board our GSD but had to do so 2x in the same month as the locations we were headed were not pet friendly. Our girl loved them, from the meet and greet to both stays, she was well loved and cared for. Erin and Joseph sent daily pictures of her playing with the other dogs and having a blast. When we picked her up this last time, she didn't want to leave. We totally recommend these guys and will certainly be using them again!!!”

“Colten was able to watch my dog super last minute due to a work trip and I was so grateful! He took such great care of my pup and sent pics each day. I’ll definitely be booking with Colten again!”

“Ashley has a great place for high energy dogs! Big open space for them to run around and even a creek for the hotter days. Would definitely board here again!”

“I will never leave my dog with anyone else. Cyndie & her family treated my dog like their own. Cyndie kept me updated with pics and how Rocky’s day was going. I’m truly grateful for her and her family. Look no further for a pet sitter! Cyndie will always be my go to when I go out of town.”

About: I’m a dog mom of 2 and former cat mom who has a full time job but needed more pet love in my life! I love long walks and fetch but also cuddling on the couch. I am a go-to pet sitter for friends and would love to meet your pets! I have a full time job and use the weekends for walking and taking care of pets. Some days I’m lucky to work from home so I like to fit in some walks or cuddles then too! I have a fenced yard in a safe neighborhood with 2 friendly Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I own my home so if it gets hairy, no problem :-)

“Kelly did amazing. Our pup is super shy and is terrified of strangers, but he warmed up to her and her children better than anyone else he has stayed with. Kelly asked plenty of questions to make sure she understood his needs ahead of time and sent me updates and photos regularly. We will be booking with her again in the future!”

“She did a great job with our Pit Bull/Husky mix Skye! Skye is only 3 months old and is a very curious, active puppy who gets into everything. 😂 I was nervous about leaving her but I really appreciated Whitney for being willing to keep Skye in her home and take on all that puppy energy. Skye was well taken care of, and I would definitely use her again! ❤️🐾”

“Moneissa really does a great job at making both pet and parent feel comfortable! As someone who always feels uneasy leaving their dog with someone else, I was fully confident my dog was in great care with Moneissa. If you love solid updates and reassurance, she is the sitter for you! Eevee had so much fun during her stay and will be visiting again!”

“Hayley was great! She provided updates and was super responsive to questions and schedule changes on my side. My pup was very happy, he even ate which he rarely does when I'm gone (at least for a few days). We would absolutely recommend Hayley.”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Cross Plains
Rachel was amazing. I was so nervous because I had never left my dogs and cat with anyone they didn’t know. I just moved to the area and needed to take an 11 day trip! I am so glad I found Rachel. She made my trip so much better.i felt at peace knowing they were well taken care of. From the moment I met her I knew she would be the one. She took great care of them. She sent me updates and pictures. She was patient and caring with one of my dogs which is a bit nervous. She gained their love and trust, and they became her shadows which says a lot about how well she cared for them. I highly recommend her and I am very grateful and thankful I found her.

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
