About: I have watched dogs ever since I was little. I started with a family friends two huskies. They loved to run in their yard and would come visit us on days that we weren't watching them by jumping the fence. When I was 10 or 11 we got our first dog and then we got another a few years later. My wife and I now have three dogs all of which are rescues. I can help with any animals so long as I have a few days heads up that you need help. I have experience watching pretty much every kind of pet from snakes to horses. If you need your dog, or even your cat, walked than I will be happy to help. I can even just stop by to make sure that everyone has a chance to go outside throughout the day. I can stop by and just sit with your pets or I can take them out into the yard and run or throw the ball with them. I am also happy to take them out on long or short walks depending on the pets needs and age. If anybody need medicine I have plenty of experience giving it to them as well as giving dogs physical therapy while recovering from surgery.

About: My husband Jeff and I have 2 dogs and no kids. Our dogs are our kids! Our dogs are about 2 years old and get along well with other dogs. Both of us grew up with dogs and have had dogs that are both young and senior. We give our dogs lots of time and attention. We are responsible pet owners and believe in keeping them healthy, loved, safe, and part of our pack! I am retired and my husband works part-time so one of us is almost always home to care for your pet(s). If we are gone for a few hours, our dogs are caged in the house. Usually, it is if we go out for dinner or the store, so it's for short periods. If your dog does not do caging, that's ok as long as they are good! We have a large fenced yard. Our 6 foot privacy fence also has wire mesh at the bottom of the fence to make sure dogs are safe and can't get out (or other animals get in). Our dogs are about 3 years old and get along well with other dogs. They love to play and are free to move in the house and the yard, and they get regular walks. Dogs are allowed on furniture. We would love to be your pet sitter while you are away, and you can be confident your doggie will be happy, safe and loved!

About: I was born an animal lover. From growing up with a family dog to volunteering at the Humane Society to working as an Equine Therapy Intern, I have experience caring for animals of all kinds. Animals are a very important part of my life and always will be. I recently graduated from college and moved back home to save up for grad school. About: Most dogs on Rover are booked for walks. What I offer is different. I provide structured running for dogs who seem to outpace a normal routine and do best with consistent physical output. Runs take place on repeat neighborhood routes at a steady, controlled pace with pickup and return from your home. The focus isn’t speed or exhausting your dog. It’s creating a predictable rhythm that stays consistent from week to week. Many owners notice their dogs settle more easily at home and carry themselves more calmly after consistent runs. This service is best for dogs that: • Enjoy running and sustained activity • Are comfortable in public environments • Can safely maintain a brisk pace • Do better with routine and consistency A typical session is simple: 1. Pickup from your home 2. Structured run on an established route 3. Return home with a short update and video Not every dog is the right fit and that’s okay. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out and tell me about your dog. I work on a scheduled weekly rhythm rather than last-minute bookings. Sessions are planned in advance and work best when dogs stay on consistent days and times from week to week. *Most dogs settle into a twice-per-week schedule once their rhythm is established. Safety comes first. I work one-on-one with dogs, use the established neighborhood routes and maintain a steady, controlled pace throughout each session. Sessions are kept structured and never pushed beyond what is appropriate for the individual dog.

About: I have been a long time pet owner. On Oct. 17, 2023 I lost my little dog Neil. He was 12 years old and meant the world to me. He was my faithful companion and travel partner. Before moving to Ohio in November 2023, I spent the past 3 years living in Mexico volunteering with a rescue organization which gave me an even broader insight into caring for animals. I apply that knowledge and care to other animals. I am a mother and grandmother to humans, but I love my pets like they are my children. You can expect the same love, care and treatment of your pets when I care for them. I will care for your pet at your home according to your specific instructions. I ask that pets be up to date on all vaccinations. Any food or treats that you would like your pet to have should be provided by you. I do not provide those due to the potential risk of allergies and/or special dietary restrictions your pet may have.

Morning to night I can be there! In your home we'll follow what your pet is used to. Whether it's out in a fence, on a leash, in certain areas of the home or anything else. If they go to a park or get certain times of "freedom" I can do that too (if your fur baby is kept in an enclosure).

About: I have had dogs my entire life from puppyhood to senior years! Since age 9, I have been able to be graced with having cats and now have one of my very own who gets whatever she wants. I love pets more than anything and would be honored to take care of yours just as I do mine. I currently work full time Monday-Thursday and am looking to add caring for animals into my time off through drop ins and walking! About: I’ve taken care of many types of dogs! I grew up with 2 Maltese Shit Zu’s (who are 11 and 14 years old) and now own a 2 year old golden retriever! I am Flexible and willing to be as accommodating as I possibly can for all the pet owners seeking assistance with their pets. I do this because I know how scary it can be leaving your pet somewhere and not knowing. I also know how scary it can be to leave your pet while you are away. I do my best to stay in contact with all my clients and offer plenty of photos. I am very versatile and have experience with a lot of different pets. I am active and love bringing the pets I care for along with me for walks or out around town (as long as the clients are comfortable) I want their experience in my home and with me to mimic their normal every day routine in their home. I feel that lessens their anxiety. It’s incorporated into my daily as I make adjustments. Normally if I need to go somewhere I am sure that I understand from the owners if their pet is able to stay out or if they would prefer that their pet be put in a safe place so they don’t decide to become mischievous while I run errands. I also offer the opportunity for them to come with me if they enjoy car rides. Again what’s most important to me is keeping the pets routine as closely aligned to their normal routine at home. In order to ensure that the pets I care for are happy and healthy while in my care I am sure to get a clear understanding of how their routine normally works and I ensure that I align their routine at my house to that. This helps alleviate anxiety and fear when being in a new place.
