About: I have always had a dog in my life, which has given me a lifelong love for caring for animals. I enjoy playing with dogs, taking them on walks, and making sure they feel happy and comfortable. What sets me apart is that I treat every dog like family, not just as a job. I make sure their needs are met and that they feel safe, loved, and cared for at all times. I am also very patient with shy or nervous dogs and take the time to help them feel comfortable and build trust. I plan on dog sitting/ walking during all my breaks from school. I am free everyday during those breaks. The only thing that would get in my way is volleyball practices, but these are only 2 hours and not a daily thing. I make sure the pet feels comfortable around me and welcomes me into their house. If the pet is at my house I will also be welcoming and make sure they adapt to the environment.

About: My mother has a dog sitting business called Your Place or Mine that I help her with regularly. I got on Rover to make some extra money while I'm in college. Furthermore, I've owned and taken care of dogs my whole life. Even now I have two of my own dogs. Since my Mom's more experienced with watching animals, she may help me with jobs from time to time. I work part-time and also go to school part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to stay with your pet(s) and check on them. I'll check on your pet(s) periodically and care for them as I'm instructed. I also have prior experience caring for older animals and animals who take oral medications or shots.

About: I grew up with animals and as a parent now love to share my love of animals With my children. I am Flexible and willing to be as accommodating as I possibly can for all the pet owners seeking assistance with their pets. I do this because I know how scary it can be leaving your pet somewhere and not knowing. I also know how scary it can be to leave your pet while you are away. I do my best to stay in contact with all my clients and offer plenty of photos. I am very versatile and have experience with a lot of different pets. I am active and love bringing the pets I care for along with me for walks or out around town (as long as the clients are comfortable) I want their experience in my home and with me to mimic their normal every day routine in their home. I feel that lessens their anxiety. It’s incorporated into my daily as I make adjustments. Normally if I need to go somewhere I am sure that I understand from the owners if their pet is able to stay out or if they would prefer that their pet be put in a safe place so they don’t decide to become mischievous while I run errands. I also offer the opportunity for them to come with me if they enjoy car rides. Again what’s most important to me is keeping the pets routine as closely aligned to their normal routine at home. In order to ensure that the pets I care for are happy and healthy while in my care I am sure to get a clear understanding of how their routine normally works and I ensure that I align their routine at my house to that. This helps alleviate anxiety and fear when being in a new place.

My schedule is pretty flexible and I would love to care for your pets in my spare time! I have two friendly dogs and one cat in my home. My yard is fenced, but for added peace of mind, I will always watch your dog while in the yard. I can also take them on walks for added enrichment, if needed.

About: I was born an animal lover. From growing up with a family dog to volunteering at the Humane Society to working as an Equine Therapy Intern, I have experience caring for animals of all kinds. Animals are a very important part of my life and always will be. I recently graduated from college and moved back home to save up for grad school. Runs take place on repeat neighborhood routes at a steady, controlled pace with pickup and return from your home. The focus isn’t speed or exhausting your dog. It’s creating a predictable rhythm that stays consistent from week to week. Many owners notice their dogs settle more easily at home and carry themselves more calmly after consistent runs. This service is best for dogs that: • Enjoy running and sustained activity • Are comfortable in public environments • Can safely maintain a brisk pace • Do better with routine and consistency A typical session is simple: 1. Pickup from your home 2. Structured run on an established route 3. Return home with a short update and video Not every dog is the right fit and that’s okay. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out and tell me about your dog. I work on a scheduled weekly rhythm rather than last-minute bookings. Sessions are planned in advance and work best when dogs stay on consistent days and times from week to week. *Most dogs settle into a twice-per-week schedule once their rhythm is established. Safety comes first. I work one-on-one with dogs, use the established neighborhood routes and maintain a steady, controlled pace throughout each session. Sessions are kept structured and never pushed beyond what is appropriate for the individual dog.

About: I have cared for pets of my own since I was 5 and have been pet sitting cats and dogs of all ages and sizes since I was 13 for family friends. I am a college student and I pet sit over the summer, and holiday breaks throughout the year. I am available for daily drop-in’s throughout the week and on weekends. Morning/Night Check-ins would be easiest for me but I would be happy to visit more frequently if need be! Also, I can sit and play with your pet for a few hours if you’d prefer that! I have 2 pets of my own so I would prefer to care for your pets in your home! I would come to your house as frequent as you’d like throughout the day.

About: 5 years ago I fell in love with my dog Shiba Foxy, she is literally my best friend. I have trained her to be such a good family dog. With maybe a little to much begging for food, but we are not perfect! Other than that I have raised 4 kids and a cat! So what can go wrong? After a very busy life of working in the finance industry and being a district manager in the outside field, I took a step back and now work in a director position working from home. I find myself needing a bit more. I also love things that don't talk back, like kids. hehe. In my home we have a fully fenced in yard. Foxy in leashed in harnessed on walks at all times. It's important to abide by the guidelines that the customer wants you to follow, if they want their animals in a crate with food or treats then prefect. If they don't then that is what you follow.
