About: My husband Jeff and I have 2 dogs and no kids. Our dogs are our kids! Our dogs are about 2 years old and get along well with other dogs. Both of us grew up with dogs and have had dogs that are both young and senior. We give our dogs lots of time and attention. We are responsible pet owners and believe in keeping them healthy, loved, safe, and part of our pack! I am retired and my husband works part-time so one of us is almost always home to care for your pet(s). If we are gone for a few hours, our dogs are caged in the house. Usually, it is if we go out for dinner or the store, so it's for short periods. If your dog does not do caging, that's ok as long as they are good! We have a large fenced yard. Our 6 foot privacy fence also has wire mesh at the bottom of the fence to make sure dogs are safe and can't get out (or other animals get in). Our dogs are about 3 years old and get along well with other dogs. They love to play and are free to move in the house and the yard, and they get regular walks. Dogs are allowed on furniture. We would love to be your pet sitter while you are away, and you can be confident your doggie will be happy, safe and loved!

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs,I currently work at a doggy daycare/boarding place. I also have taken care of birds and cats in the past as well. I know how to handle senior pets as well as young pets. I currently work full time during the mornings but I can accommodate my work schedule around any time for my pet sitting services. I am usually available after 3pm but can accommodate I have a fenced in yard and a few friendly dogs,if need be I can keep the dog in a separate area away from the other dogs

About: I have cared for pets of my own since I was 5 and have been pet sitting cats and dogs of all ages and sizes since I was 13 for family friends. I am a college student and I pet sit over the summer, and holiday breaks throughout the year. I am available for daily drop-in’s throughout the week and on weekends. Morning/Night Check-ins would be easiest for me but I would be happy to visit more frequently if need be! Also, I can sit and play with your pet for a few hours if you’d prefer that! I have 2 pets of my own so I would prefer to care for your pets in your home! I would come to your house as frequent as you’d like throughout the day.

About: Most dogs on Rover are booked for walks. What I offer is different. I provide structured running for dogs who seem to outpace a normal routine and do best with consistent physical output. Runs take place on repeat neighborhood routes at a steady, controlled pace with pickup and return from your home. The focus isn’t speed or exhausting your dog. It’s creating a predictable rhythm that stays consistent from week to week. Many owners notice their dogs settle more easily at home and carry themselves more calmly after consistent runs. This service is best for dogs that: • Enjoy running and sustained activity • Are comfortable in public environments • Can safely maintain a brisk pace • Do better with routine and consistency A typical session is simple: 1. Pickup from your home 2. Structured run on an established route 3. Return home with a short update and video Not every dog is the right fit and that’s okay. Sessions are planned in advance and work best when dogs stay on consistent days and times from week to week. *Most dogs settle into a twice-per-week schedule once their rhythm is established. About: Hi there! I am an occupational therapist looking to offer pet care services on the side. I am willing to care for dogs, cats, horses, livestock, and more. I have an extensive history of working with animals as I began horseback riding when I was 8 years old and grew up helping my grandmother care for her horses and dogs. My household was filled with dogs, cats, turtles, hamsters, and I also owned a horse as a child. I also have experience caring for 2 chihuahuas for months at a time. I have helped a woman groom, exercise, and feed her horses and cats when she is out of town since 2007. I also have worked at a petting farm with horses, goats, pigs, a camel ( yes, a camel!), ponies, rabbits, and various birds for birthday parties and events for children since 2012. My fiance and I recently added a new shiba inu and brittany spaniel boxer mix puppy to our family. They are quite a handful but we are loving every minute with them. About: I have been taking care of animals since i was a child. From neighborhood walks to training and of course love and care is always at the top of my list. I currently don’t have a job so i can focus on around the clock care for your furry friends. And have no problem with that. I have a fenced in yard and have 2 other dogs to keep your baby company. i also have crates and space to separate them if needed.

I am Flexible and willing to be as accommodating as I possibly can for all the pet owners seeking assistance with their pets. I do this because I know how scary it can be leaving your pet somewhere and not knowing. I also know how scary it can be to leave your pet while you are away. I do my best to stay in contact with all my clients and offer plenty of photos. I am very versatile and have experience with a lot of different pets. I am active and love bringing the pets I care for along with me for walks or out around town (as long as the clients are comfortable) I want their experience in my home and with me to mimic their normal every day routine in their home. I feel that lessens their anxiety. It’s incorporated into my daily as I make adjustments. Normally if I need to go somewhere I am sure that I understand from the owners if their pet is able to stay out or if they would prefer that their pet be put in a safe place so they don’t decide to become mischievous while I run errands. I also offer the opportunity for them to come with me if they enjoy car rides. Again what’s most important to me is keeping the pets routine as closely aligned to their normal routine at home. In order to ensure that the pets I care for are happy and healthy while in my care I am sure to get a clear understanding of how their routine normally works and I ensure that I align their routine at my house to that. This helps alleviate anxiety and fear when being in a new place.
