About: About Me I’ve been watching animals of all kinds for over 10 years. From dogs and cats to chickens, ducks, and even hedgehogs! I love and treat each and every one of them as my own. My Schedule I work as a registered nurse 3 days a week - this allows me more time to check in on your little love! *My clinicals are typically half days, so if there is a particular day I marked unavailable, please send me a message, we may be able to work something out.* My Home I live off of a private road on 1.6 acres. My backyard is completely fenced with plenty of trees and nature. This allows for a SAFE environment for your fur baby to run/exercise, play, and lots of sniffing for mental stimulation. What to Expect I treat all animals as my own and ensure play and exercise is part of our routine. I have also have two large dogs who love to play. Photos/videos and activity descriptions are sent regularly to ensure you feel connected to your fur baby! *please let me know if your fur baby has any special limitations at our meet and greet so I can do my best to accommodate them.* I love animals more than people, and will ensure to treat your little love like royalty! I’m a nursing student so I have a pretty open schedule aside from classes! I have a VERY large fenced back yard and two very friendly doggos who love to play! All play is supervised and (because of my nursing background), I’ll check your babies frequently to ensure no fleas, ticks, etc.

I volunteered at an animal shelter for one year in Denver and supported the shelter with socializing recently rescued stray cats. I helped manage the health needs of both my senior dog and cat when they got older. Friends, family, and neighbors trust me to care for their furry friends! I recently moved back to Michigan, and I’m taking some time off from my typical job as a social worker. During this time, I am at home full-time and available during the weekdays and on weekends to help care for your pets. About: I've been raised around animals my entire life from cats, dogs, and birds. My family has always had pets since I can remember, so I've become very comfortable in caring for them and have plenty of knowledge in animal care. Additionally, I would look after my neighbors dogs and cats when they were out of town or unavailable. I am familiar with routine potty breaks, feeding, play time, and practicing commands. I am a full-time employee at Emory Winship Cancer Institute so I will be in-person during the day Monday-Friday. However, I could manage mid-day walks for pets nearby as well as early morning walks. I’m available in the evenings and on weekends! I live in an apartment with a roommate, so I would prefer to do stays longer than one day at the owner’s home. I’m next to a park, however, so short-term stays are welcomed and pet friendly!

I almost became a vet at one point, but after shadowing, I realized my heart just couldn’t handle that side of things. I recognize early symptoms of common diseases and illnesses to better protect your pet while under my supervision. I also have two years of professional pet boarding experience where I became familiar with animal body language and overall care of pets. I am currently working a schedule where I am out of work around 2:30/3:00pm so I have lots of availability in the early afternoons to help out!
