About: I’ve always loved being around dogs and genuinely enjoy getting to know their individual personalities and routines. Growing up, I had a golden retriever that has crossed the rainbow bridge. I’m attentive to their needs, whether that means playtime, walks, cuddles, or simply keeping them company. I’m patient, responsible, and committed to making every dog feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with me. I also have experience caring for and co-parenting a dog long-term, so I’m comfortable with the day-to-day responsibilities that come with caring for a dog and making sure they’re happy, well cared for, and comfortable in their routine. While I was in school, I also spent some of my free time helping local adoption organizations find loving homes for stray puppies. I have a structured routine with flexibility throughout the day, which allows me to provide consistent and attentive care. I can accommodate regular walks, feeding, playtime, and companionship while maintaining each pet’s usual routine. I prioritize safety, comfort, and trust when caring for every pet. Before caring for a dog, I like to speak with the owner and learn about their pet’s temperament, personality, routine, and individual likes and dislikes. I make sure doors and gates are secure, dogs are supervised appropriately, and walks are done safely with a properly secured leash and harness or collar. I follow each owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications if needed, and any routines or boundaries their pet is accustomed to. I also pay attention to each dog’s behavior and give them the right balance of exercise, play, attention, and downtime. I love sending pictures and updates to owners while their fur babies are in my care, so they can see how their pet is doing and have peace of mind knowing they’re safe, happy, and well cared for. (I prefer doing a meet and greet with the owner and pet before I commit so that both parties are comfortable especially the fur baby 🥰)
About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for over 18 years now. I usually help family and friends when they go out of town. Pets are like family and should be treated as such and that is something I value in my care. I currently work a full time job. My daily and weekly work schedule are morning shifts and a few weekends, I can be flexible for the needs of your loved ones. If I’m in a clients home, I will do what the client says is most best for their loved one. I aim to make sure each pet is cared for and comfortable in their environment.
