We have four cats, which means a lot of moving parts and different types of food and preferences, and Courtney managed it seamlessly and she provided detailed updates for each visit as well as photos. One of our cats is very scared of strangers and I worry about him the most when we are not here. Courtney took amazing care with him and gave me consistent updates on him, reassuring me that he was ok. She went above and beyond in other big and small ways as well, including scooping the litter an extra time the day of our return and rinsing out cat food cans so that we could recycle them when we got home. There were numerous other gestures and communications that were so thoughtful and considerate and it was such a relief knowing our cats were in such good hands. Ultimately, the best part is that Courtney seemed to genuinely enjoy our pets and upon our return they are happy and healthy, an indicator that the enjoyment was mutual.
