In a client’s home, I focus on keeping pets comfortable by following their normal routine as closely as possible. About: Growing up both my wife and I have always had pets in our homes. My family and I love animals. I grew up around cats and my wife grew up around dogs and between the two of us we have decades of experience. We currently have a dog and 3 cats living with us. We got our puppy when he was only 4 months old and I am comfortable with the demands of caring for such a young puppy and making sure their needs are met. We also believe in force free training of our pets and our puppy has been through professional training classes (both puppy manners and teenage manners) so we are comfortable providing our knowledge and expertise to your pet! Our cats are very aloof but we separate them when there are new pets in the home. Safety of our pets and yours is very important to us! Our cats have access to their food, water, and litter upstairs and away from new puppy friends so all the animals have a stress free time while your puppy stays with us. We are calm and patient people. We have both grown up with animals and understand that accidents happen. We provide frequent potty breaks during the day, encourage breaks in play time, and plenty of mental stimulation. We love taking your puppy for a walk or throwing a ball around to get out some energy. My wife works a hybrid workweek and we have a 16 year old who loves animals. Your pet will be deeply cared for. We love giving pets and snuggles and loving on your puppy. I have baby gates and a portable crate on hand (for large pups!). I have a fenced in yard and a friendly pup for yours to play with. Our puppy sleeps with us at night and is allowed on our couches but if that is not ok for your puppy we are comfortable following your rules, including crating at night.

I have a very strong preference for using martingale collars on dogs for walks to mitigate that risk. I've personally endured the tragedy of my young dog slipping the door and being hit by a car while a sitter was taking care of him- so I assure you I take this very seriously. My goal is to make you and your pet as comfortable and secure as possible while you’re apart. I will leave your house exactly the way I found it and am comfortable with cameras and ring doorbells. I’ve had animals all my life. I am also very passionate about animal welfare and contribute my time and money to many organizations. Many of my repeat customers are not on Rover so I am happy to provide more references upon request. In addition to pet care, I do have a work from home, 9-5 job at one of the most well known companies in Michigan. This enables me to be available for long periods of time to be with your pet at my house or yours. As long as there is WiFi, I can be there. I am very flexible to your families many different needs. I am happy to meet you and your pets needs in whatever setting is most comfortable. Your pet will have the run of my house during their stay. My house is big enough for your pet to have quiet alone time or be with the people. There is usually always someone home to be with your pet. I treat pets as beloved family members. Likewise, I am happy to do it at your home as well.
About: I have taken care of mostly dogs and cats for the past 20 years, but have also taken care of guinea pigs and lizards. I have a deep love for animals, and can care for young and old animals alike. I am a teacher who has the summer off, so my availability is very open. I am willing to work any day of the week, including weekends. I work to first build a trust and connection with the animals I care for. After that, I make a great effort to follow the clients’ requests and ensure the best care for the animals.
About: I have pets from cats to pugs to rottweilers so I'm very comfortable working with both small and bigger dogs! I've had pets my whole life, my family used to foster dogs so I've been caring for all kinds of dogs since I was a kid. I have done drop in's with friends and families pets while they were on vacation. I've worked with pets that take time to trust and can tell when a dog is uncomfortable and needs space/a break. I also have experience working with special foods/medications. Littles, seniors, and everything in between are welcome I've worked with them all in my personal life! I'm able to follow owners' requests for their pet whether that be using command words, crating, feeding, playing, walking, litter boxes, light grooming. About: Hi, I'm Aubrey! I have always been a dog lover, and throughout my life have been a part of the care of my own dog as well as those of family members. In addition to this, I have been dog sitting for others for over 4 years, working with dogs of different sizes, ages, and temperaments. As my own sweet pup moved into her senior years, I learned a lot through caring for her and her changing needs. Currently I offer walk and drop-in services mid-day during the week, perfect for those long work days when you know your dog would love some attention during the time you're away! I can provide these services for either reoccurring or one-time visits, so whether you’d like your dog to have a daily walk, or you just know one day is extra busy and they need the attention, I’m here to help! Safety is a top priority when it comes to pet care. I always walk dogs on-leash, and supervise any outdoor time in your yard. I also make sure to closely follow any instructions you may have for your dog, especially when it comes to keeping them safe. I have experience with door dashers and will take extra precautions entering and exiting your home if your dog has this tendency.

About: I love working with dogs, they bring happiness to my life! I have 2 dogs on my own that I walk every day. I pay very close attention to my dogs when I am walking them. I treat them as I would my own children. My house is dog safe because my own fur babies love to get into things they shouldn't, which has improved my techniques as an owner. As a dog loving house, there are treats and food available always. I am a big believer in fresh water daily for my pets. I have been around dogs since I was little, I love to care for them and know how read their body language. I started pet sitting for my family and friends. A portion of all revenue will be donated to the Humane Society of Huron Valley, to assist community animals in need. We are fortunate to have a very flexible schedule that allows us to provide care when you need it. While we certainly understand plans change, we do kindly request that any changes or cancellations be communicated promptly. Your home will be respected & should be the last of your concerns while you are away. We the same care & concern will be given to your home as to your pets.
