“Jen was absolutely amazing! 10/10. We booked her with a short notice and she still came over the meet the dogs before we left. She kept us updated and even checked the mail and helped sit a package outside for me. She walked the dogs and fed them and snuggled them each day while we were gone! We came home and she had cleaned everything up and washed her bedding and made it all back up! She went above and beyond. Highly recommend Jen!”

“Destiny was absolutely fantastic and took great care of my doggie and even my ferret for 7 whole days! She was consistently in contact with me and went above and beyond while also meeting my unique circumstances with doing house showings while trying to sell my house. Definitely book with her, she’s the best!!”

“Sheila was great! I’ve never used Rover before and never left our pets with someone other than family. Sheila came for a meet and greet before we finalized the booking (I was afraid our wild pups might scare her off) and all my anxiety was instantly relieved. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She had great questions and explained her usual process, making it very obvious that she has plenty of experience. I didn’t have any worries about leaving our pets and home in her care. Sheila sent updates and pics during the week and everything was in perfect condition when we got home. I can’t imagine anything that would have made the experience any better! Thank you Sheila!”

“Katie was great taking care of our dog while we were on vacation. She showed up when she said she would, spent some quality time with him, and sent plenty of pictures and status updates. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!”

About: When Covid started, I accidentally started my business by helping a couple people who adopted dogs outside of their care knowledge. Helping them with their working class dogs (pitbull, collie, and a GSP) and establish a better owner/pet relationship made me realize that this is the right move for my future. Since then I have started my own business as well as helping others with their new family member(s). No creature is too small or large for me. My smallest dog client is 3 pounds and the largest is 215. Aside from that I have expanded my practices with lizards, snakes, cats, and birds. Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime! I am home most of the day. I do part-time work in hospice as well as part-time classes; (I have a door bachelors degree already working towards a BSN). If you have a special needs animal, I am more than happy to comply with their schedule, I just need to know in advance as much as possible. I have a fenced in yard in the back (will have a fully fenced in yard by the end of August in the front). My dogs have a semi strict schedule of activities to keep them mentally/physically stimulated. I follow suit with everybody’s dog. Everybody eats in their own crate, is provided with soft bedding to sleep on in their own crate, but exercise thoroughly throughout the day.

About: Before moving to Cincinnati, I worked in many different pet care settings. I worked for a dog walking/sitting company in Nashville known as Preferred Pets, worked as a bather at the Paw Pad in Canton, worked for Pet Valu when I was in college at Kent State, and as a local dog walker in my neighborhood growing up. I’m very dedicated to the wellbeing of any animal I have the privilege of working with and look forward to seeing each and every pet. Every animal gets guaranteed love, attention, exercise, and play when I’m with them. I’ve cared for puppies, senior dogs, blind dogs, aggressive dogs, shy dogs, excited dogs, and every kind in between. No matter the size, age, temperament, or breed, I always dedicate my entire self to the animals under my care. I work full time 7p-5p M-F so if you need a night time or weekend walker, I’m the one for your pet! I’m always available throughout the nights as well. Throughout my professional experience with dogs I have always put their safety first. This includes knowing the major signs of stress dogs display, and recognizing quick temperament changes. I also have been taught proper ways to walk certain dogs depending on how much of a puller they are!

About: I care for every pet like they’re my own—because I know they’re not just pets, they’re family. I take the time to understand each animal’s personality, needs, and routine so they feel safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. Whether it’s extra playtime, slow walks for older pups, or quiet cuddles on the couch, I’m all in. I also keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages, so you’re never left wondering how your fur baby’s doing. As a freelance photographer, I have a super flexible schedule, which means I can easily plan my day around your pet’s needs. Whether it’s morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening snuggles, I’ve got the time—and the heart—for it. I genuinely love spending time with animals, and caring for pets brings balance and joy to my day. Your pet will always have my full attention, without any rush or distractions. When I’m caring for pets in your home, I treat it like my own—with respect, cleanliness, and care. I stick closely to your pet’s usual routine to keep things comfortable and stress-free, whether that means feeding, walks, playtime, medications, or just quiet companionship. I’m very mindful of your space and make sure everything stays tidy and your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. You’ll get plenty of updates, so you can relax knowing your fur baby is in good hands.

“I adopted a puppy that had high energy and didn’t know what to do. I first met Josephine while at Mt Airy Dog park and she gave me a sources define further information on the dog breed I have and it has worked miracles. Clay used to chew furniture like it was his job and now he is the most pleasant German Shepherd I have ever come to meet.”

Ethan P.

“I was pleased to hear that Ethan has decided to become a dog caregiver. Ethan worked for me as a Pet Stylist Assistant at The Paw Pad llc and always gave each dog such an amazing experience. He is a creative and dedicated petlover who always went above and beyond for each pet. Ethan is a motivated employee and an excellent leader. Although he was an assistant in the salon, he took the initiative to welcome each new pet parent and made sure each dog left with their tail wagging and wanting to come back to see him. I can enthusiastically recommend him to care for any dog as if they were his own.”
