About: Hey there friends, My name is Hope. I’ve spent over 10 years walking dogs and caring for pets throughout Boston, NYC, and now as I travel all over. During this time Ive become certified in canine CPR and first aid. Safety first! Lucky for me, I only do non-pet related work on the weekends so I am entirely free to care for your pets anytime during the week. When I pet sit at other peoples homes for multiple days, besides the care and routine of the pets in need to know: when the client would like me to arrive/depart, a preferred place I can sleep, what I can and can’t use in the kitchen (salt/pepper ect), if I can/can’t use things like the washing machine if necessary, general house rules and security.

She even gave Daisy a gift when she had moved farther away. Honestly we were so devastated that Ximena would not be able to walk Daisy anymore. We have had other dog walkers but no one as consistent and sweet as Ximena. She always sends lots of photos and detailed messages about the walks. We wish she could still be walking Daisy! About: I have been walking/ taking care of dogs for many years. I have walked old dogs, young dogs, big and small. I have done transports and done overnights. I enjoy engaging the dogs in playing fetch or even just sitting on the couch and giving belly rubs. I am involved in my visits, I will feed the dogs and clean up backyard and house messes of any pet accidents that may have occurred. I will give treats and simple commands as the owners request. About: I have many years of experience taking care of many different kinds of animals. I also used to work at a doggie daycare and boarding facility. I was laid off recently, so my schedule is very open for right now. I wouldn’t have a huge issue fitting it into my schedule. I’ve cared for many pets at once so taking dogs out separately, crating them at night or feeding them differently and separating them is no issue. I can accommodate most requests.

About: Having been an animal lover since childhood, I began walking neighborhood dogs at age 12 just to spend even more time with even more pups! I later graduated with a degree in animal science from Virginia Tech and settled on a small farm in Northern Loudoun County in 2008. Since then, I’ve worked as a large animal surgical assistant, fostered for regional dog rescues, welped a litter of foster puppies, helped to desensitize several reactive dogs, and trained several puppies of various breeds – including a working sheepdog. These days, I keep a select group of retirees and special needs critters at my farm and work remotely. I am available to offer midday exercise or medication/rehab needs for your pet, as well as dog-sitting and farm-sitting services for other local critters – big and small!
