About: I have always had a dog in my life from a Chihuahua for 17 years to a golden doodle. I love animals. I work from home so your dog will always be with me. I have a fence backyard. I will be sure to give as much attention to your dog as needed and follow your pet sitting instructions as well as send daily pics. I work from home and I have a fence backyard so I am able to let your dog outside as much as needed. I am also able to feed as much as needed and play with the dog as much as needed. In my home, i can provided dedicated 1 to 1 attention. I do have two kids in the home who loves dogs. They are older. I also have a playful male golden doodle.

“Shirley is a wonderful sitter. She offered to come for a "meet and greet" her 3 new clients. Even though they all went into "hiding mode", Shirley was able to get great pictures of the 3 of them during her visits. Tux our outside cat usually disappears when he does not know you, but he trusted Shirley. It was nice to receive the daily status and pictures of them. Maya is our chatterbox kitty had a lot of nice things to say. Our last trip we took she ignored us by hiding from us the minute we came home. So its nice to see that she did not mind that her parents went on vacation. We have holiday plans and a wedding trip up coming and Shirley will be this family choice.”

About: I’ve taken care of pets of various friends and neighbors over the last few years. I have always wanted a pet of my own and treat every pet like they are. I am a hard and detail oriented worker. I will clearly communicate with you how your pet is doing as well as sending pictures and videos. I am currently a teacher on summer break so I have nothing but time to come and play with your pups! Nothing would be more fun for me than to get to take your dog for a walk and have some quality playtime with them while we enjoy the summer sun! I have experienced both dog and cat sitting while clients and friends of mine have gone on vacation. I have taken dogs for walks, cleaned out litter boxes, fed them, and enjoyed some playtime. Unfortunately, my apartment does not allow pets so I cannot have one of my own, but I would be more than happy to care for your pet in your home.

I currently have a 5 year old golden retriever! I have always loved dogs as I grew up with a Maltese when I was in kindergarten before getting my golden. I'm also very good at training through positive reinforcement and handling medium to large breeds. I also have experience taking care of multiple dogs at the same time. Lastly, I can easily tell when dogs are in trouble or need to use the bathroom,etc. My schedule is extremely flexible so I can accommodate most requests! I wake up at 9am everyday to let my dog out for a morning potty break. We then go for a walk at noon, one at 6pm, and one more at 10pm before bed. I have a fenced in yard that is locked at all times. I will be present in the backyard anytime the dogs are there and will keep an eye on them while they play. I will be home 24/7 while your dog is with me, and will be monitored at all times.

I always use secure leashes and harnesses,(please let me know if you do not have one in advance, I can provide it), stay alert to our surroundings, and avoid unsafe or overly crowded areas. I never walk dogs off-leash and always follow any instructions you provide. You can trust that your pup will be safe, loved, and well-cared for every step of the way.

About: Hello! My name is Julissa. I have so much love for all pets and animals. Growing up, i’ve always had a dog in the house, and they were always such an important member of our family. It’s been about five years since I’ve had a dog of my own. My last dog’s name was Sasha. We adopted her when she was six and had her until she was about thirteen. She was so smart, loving, and anxious when we first got her so our first few years together were spent establishing trust. Eventually we managed to off-leash train and we worked a lot on her recall so that we could enjoy longer walks and outdoor activities while ensuring that she always felt safe in her environment. At home we set her bed up in the kitchen, where we would pass our time cooking and spending a lot of quality time together. I had so many good years with my Sasha, and since she passed I have genuinely missed spending time with animals on a consistent basis. Since then, most if not all of my friends and family have entrusted me with taking care of their animals when they are busy or traveling, so I’ve had a lot of experience with many different pets and their varying needs/personalities. I work freelance as an artist. I am a musician, so I often stay at home practicing or composing. However most of my work is in the film industry, and this work ranges from smaller independent projects to network television. Although I do work on set sometimes, I try to take on as many post-production gigs as possible, so I often find myself sitting behind a desk all day. I have always made it a priority to work in a field that I am passionate about, and my decision to work with Rover has been no different. Caring for animals is not only something I am passionate about, but also a wonderful opportunity to go on walks and spend quality time with pets. I will always be very clear about any changes in my work schedule if those are to arise, but my reliability and dedication never wavers I have a fenced in yard and plenty of spaces in the house for your pet to wander and feel comfortable.
