About: Ive worked with animals my entire life from large to small dogs to horses! I can accommodate senior dogs however I work particularly well with those pets who need plenty of stimulation and play time, I’ll work with ANY dog breed. I have one year of experience working in a professional pet daycare so I have no problem cleaning up after them no matter vomit or excrement I got you. And if you need to take your dog to the vet but they’re a little too heavy to get into the car by yourself, feel free to reach out and I’ll help you load them at a discount. About: Ive taken care of my own dog for the last 3 years. Max is a friendly American Staffordshire Terrier who loves most small dogs and does well with most medium and large dogs, especially females. Im working on cyber and It certifications to break into the cyber job marker so Im home full time. We occasionally have 10 to 14 year olds in our home but no small children. About: Ever since I was a baby I have always grown up around animals. About four years ago I started watching my grandparents Rottweiler and stayed several nights and days taking him on walks, feeding him, and interacting with him by playing. About five years ago I got into fostering dogs ranging from puppies to adult, and sometimes having several at the same time. I have experience with puppies due to fostering and owning my own, and I have experience with adult dogs from fostering and owning my own. Besides having experience with just dogs I have experienced and taken care of dogs who have had previous surgeries, dogs who have cancer, and dogs who have to take several medications several times a day. I am currently working a part time job M-F from 130-6 and im off on the weekends. I would be able to help in the mornings and around lunch time everyday, and be able to help after work. Although I can not care for animals in my home due to complex regulations when I had dogs I had a fenced in yard and would go outside and interact with them. When I was at other clients homes if they didnt have a fenced in yard I would walk their dog or put them on a leash in their yard.

My mom previously owned her own pet sitting business in Fishhawk, which I sometimes helped her with. We recently lost our family dog this past October. She had diabetes and was reactive, so I am comfortable around pets that may have behavioral issues, or who need shots and oral medications. I love all kinds of animals and would love to talk more about looking after your furry friends. I recently left my government job so I currently have full availability. I can take dogs on walks, to the dog park, or anywhere else suitable for animals. Safety is my number one priority when it comes to pets. I want to keep your pet safe, as well as others who may encounter your pet when I'm watching them. As a result, I'd like to know about any aggression or reactive behavior so I know how to handle situations if your pet encounters other people or animals on a walk or otherwise. Additionally, I do not like using retractable leashes on dogs. If you'd like me to care for your dog, please ensure you can provide something other than a retractable leash.

For walks, I usually let them lead the way and, since it’s their walk, they can spend the time however they’d like — sniffing or walking! My husband works from home several days a week so he will be home all day. We’re home on the weekends, as well! Having a stranger walk into your house can be overwhelming and a little scary for pets. I greet them with a big smile and a happy voice so they can see I’m their friend. Additionally, if a pet is nervous, I turn to the side for a non threatening stance and offer my hand to sniff.
