I can’t wait to meet your pet and give them the same care I give my own. I work a 40 hour job 8-4 M-F however I would still be eager to zip over to your home to care for your pet afterwards. Weekends, my days are wide open so I could spend all day with your pet if granted I always make sure a pet feels safe and secure with me before I proceed with their walk or a pat on the head. I do this by giving them the time they need to warm up to me. I listen to their body language and move as they are comfortable with.

About: I have taken care of various different fur babies my whole life. From my grandma’s elderly diabetic cat, to many little baby kittens. Making animals feel safe and cared for makes me feel so fulfilled. I also have been bathing and doing regular grooming since I was old enough to understand how to. I’ve taken in strays and helped regime them or reunite them. I also took in and nursed back to health a kitty that I witnessed get hit by a car. Some special skills that I possess would be I’m very patient loving person who has a very big heart when it comes to animals and I can’t wait to have a future caring for them. I work part-time and do an online education program I’m pretty much free for the rest of day. Currently working on getting my license so I can be more reliable with transportation to get there. About: I am a flexible working professional. Most of my family members have either a dog or a cat that I have taken care of for as long as I can remember. I love all dogs no matter the size or breed. I am a previous collegiate student-athlete and am still very active, so playing with your pets and taking them for walks is right up my ally. I am happy to help with house sitting, dropping by, or taking them for a walk. I look forward to helping you out with your care needs for your pets and spending time with them. I am currently in the off-season of my full-time job, so my schedule is very flexible. I will need to travel some weekends for work, but besides that I am flexible during the week and on weekends. My priority is to respect a client's home and provide the best care for their animals. I create an atmosphere built on trust and dependability.

I currently volunteer with the ARLGP, and love the skills I learn every day from the dogs and other animals there. Whether your dog is the easiest to walk, or needs some special attention (and strength!), I am here to help! Your pets may come back with better manners than when they left :) I am a business owner, and am often home at my property in Topsham enjoying the sunshine or local trails with them. Despite my own travel, my schedule is incredibly open and flexible! We have a small portion of our yard that has a light fence, we usually just walk the dogs or take them to the nearby dog park. Our little guy is an ex-escape artist, so we are always double checking, paying attention, and increasing security on walks / outings! Safety is a huge priority!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life and have been enjoying having cats in my home since high school. I’m a responsible young adult who genuinely loves animals and would be happy to care for yours with the same love and respect I give my own and my family’s pets. I have experience caring for pets in their homes for stays ranging from long weekends to two weeks, ensuring their needs are met while keeping them comfortable in their familiar environment. I am currently working to build my own interior design and decorating business and will have the flexibility I need to care for your pet. If at my home, we will take at minimum 2 walks a day to enjoy fresh air and get movement and enrichment in as I don't have a yard. I do live close to the Androscoggin dog park, which I would utilize as well. In your space we will walk, and spend time outside to expend energy and get enrichment.

About: I've been a small animal veterinary technician for more than 10 years. My specialty is senior care, including managing cats or dogs with diabetes or kidney disease. I previously had a cat-sitting business when I worked at The Cat Practice in New York City in the mid 1990s. Here in Maine, I have had occasional pet sitting jobs. I am also an experienced horse owner. I am currently working part-time, and can easily fit in visits to your furry friends. I am based out of Gray and will travel within 30-45 minutes of my home. I can also provide over-night care as well. For home visits, I will spend at least 30 minutes with your pet at each visit, if not longer. During that time I will play with them, take them for walks (if canine), or sit quietly if a kitty or older canine prefers. I will feed, ensure they have fresh, clean water, and maintain litter boxes if feline.

About: I’ve always been around dogs and got my own dog 8 years ago. I have have always taken care of dogs in my neighborhood for long amount of time or for even just to feed or let out. I have a full time job Monday thru Thursday but I’m free on the weekends. I’m most likely will not be available for major holidays . I live in a new apartment building that has a small dog park. I usually take my dog on hikes or walks around the neighborhood.
