About: I’ve taken care of dogs for a while. I had two dogs of my own and I would walk them, feed them, bath them, and do medications. I can train dogs to sit, come, and stay down. I worked at a vet clinic so I can read dogs behaviors and I know how to act accordingly. Once again I have experience with walking, playing, feeding, grooming, bathing, medications, and a little training. I am currently studying to get my Bachelors in Social Work online! I can safely walk your dog around other dogs. Along with feedings and spending some time with your dog. Cats I can do feedings and playtime and let your cat in or out if it an outside cat. I previously had a cat-sitting business when I worked at The Cat Practice in New York City in the mid 1990s. Here in Maine, I have had occasional pet sitting jobs. I am also an experienced horse owner. I am currently working part-time, and can easily fit in visits to your furry friends. I am based out of Gray and will travel within 30-45 minutes of my home. I can also provide over-night care as well. For home visits, I will spend at least 30 minutes with your pet at each visit, if not longer. During that time I will play with them, take them for walks (if canine), or sit quietly if a kitty or older canine prefers. I will feed, ensure they have fresh, clean water, and maintain litter boxes if feline.
