About: I have had at least one dog at all times of my life, ranging from big to small and young to old. I’d say I have been the primary dog walker in my house since I was around 10 years old and have gradually added responsibilities over the years. I’ve been fortunate enough to help watch, walk, or check-in on friends and family pets for years now as well. I currently have two pups, both King Charles Cavaliers. I recently graduated with my Master’s and only working part-time this Summer while studying for my board exam. This allows for plenty of time throughout the week, or at potentially strange hours to do visits or walks. I am happy to offer check-in, walks, or even pet-sitting depending on how much notice I receive. I previously have had senior pets with varying needs and totally understand every situation is different. I’d be happy to follow any directions on specific caregiving for your pets and make them as comfortable and happy as I can.

Caroline did a great job introducing Hoku to some lovely canine friends--words cannot convey how grateful I am to know that Hoku was able to enjoy some friendly-pup time and it also that tells me that Hoku was very comfortable and relaxed with Caroline! We will not hesitate to reach out to Caroline again if the need arises. Caroline was also willing and able to drive out to us in the boondocks of Georgetown despite the terrible condition of our dirt road.”

“Katie is absolutely fantastic. 1st, she was able to accommodate us extremely last minute. She took care of two of our dogs, one of which is very strong and not very good on a leash. Katie was great i'm about community back and forth about anything that she may have had questions about or vice versa. She also went out of her way and helped scoop out our cat's litter and clean up that area that they had made a mess while we were away. About: I have years of hands-on experience caring for animals big and small, including managing a farm with 12 horses! I bring a lifetime of love and responsibility to every pet I meet. I’ve raised puppies, cared for senior dogs through their golden years, and have a soft spot for squishy-faced pitties and bullies. About: Hi! My name is Amy, and as the owner of a rescue dog and an animal caregiver of almost a decade, I know every pet is an individual that deserves patience and kindness. I provide trustworthy, compassionate care and regular updates while you’re away! I volunteer at Midcoast Humane, have worked with certified trainers and veterinary technicians, and have handled dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I use positive reinforcement and fear-free methods to form a long-lasting, trusting relationship with your dog. I am currently a full-time student with half of my classes online, so I have lots of flexibility for morning, afternoon, or evening care. I use fear free techniques to ensure your dog is confident and relaxed in my care. Slow, positive introductions and gentle care is my specialty. For large, strong, and high energy dogs, I will run and play with them to match their intensity! My goal at the end of my visit if for you to have an enriched, content dog.

About: I’ve always been around dogs and got my own dog 8 years ago. I have have always taken care of dogs in my neighborhood for long amount of time or for even just to feed or let out. I have a full time job Monday thru Thursday but I’m free on the weekends. I’m most likely will not be available for major holidays . I live in a new apartment building that has a small dog park. I usually take my dog on hikes or walks around the neighborhood.

About: I’ve always been around dogs large and smalle large (grate Danes). Love all dogs. Will work with people if paying will be an issue. Just message me in advance! I can work with you in the early morning or in the late afternoon for them. My work schedule is set and dose not change. I have 2 of my own pets esa certified. I have advanced first aid training and love to take them on long walks if they need it!

About: Experience with dogs and cats. Full time student which gives me more flexibility to attend to your pet! I’ve worked with mostly medium sized high energy dogs. I am a graduate student here in Chicago so I can be flexible with attending to pets on week days and weekends. I also have a car so I can be quick to get to locations I love being attentive to pets and their needs whether it’s playing, going on walks, potty breaks, and keeping track of food and water intake.
