About: For many years I have provided compassionate care for dogs, cats, and even farm animals. Having had a rescue farm for 20 years, I have had the privilege of adopting and rescuing dogs, cats, sheep and goats and caring for each of them from homing to crossing the Rainbow Bridge. In addition to providing care for pets of all ages, I especially welcome the opportunity to care for senior pets making sure they receive the gentle attention, patience, and love they deserve in their golden years. I look forward to caring for your pet as you do! I have the flexibility of being available to make time to take care of your family pet during the week or weekend. The earlier you can let me know works best but do feel free to reach out if you have an immediate need. Harpswell is comprised of three peninsulas. My primary service area is Orr's and Bailey Islands with the possibility of traveling to an additional area upon request. About: Hi! My name is Brooke, and I have a lifelong love for animals. I grew up caring for both dogs and cats and currently have dogs of my own. Over the years, I’ve gained experience with pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities, from playful kittens and puppies to senior pets who need a little extra patience and care. I understand that every pet is unique, and I take the time to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Whether your pet enjoys long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone keep them company, I’ll do my best to follow their routine and give them the care they deserve. I have experience caring for large dogs, reactive dogs, senior pets, and cats with different personalities and needs. I am also comfortable giving oral medications and injections/shots when needed, following your pet’s care instructions carefully. I offer dog walking and drop-in visits for both dogs and cats. During visits, I can provide fresh water, meals, potty breaks, playtime, medication administration, and plenty of love and attention. I recently graduated high school and will be attending college locally at SMCC, where I will be studying Early Childhood Education. Since I will be commuting, I have availability throughout the week for drop-in visits and walks. Outside of school, I spend most of my time caring for my two German Shepherds, spending time with my two sisters, and enjoying walks by the water. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I love being active and spending time outdoors. I do my best to accommodate each pet owner’s schedule and will always communicate clearly about my availability. My only obligation that takes me out of house are walking other dogs (1 to 3 hours per day) and then the occasional social or other engagement. As a remote worker, both for writing and offering healing/coaching services, I work from home and am therefore able to maintain a comforting presence for your pet and provide frequent outdoor time, play, and other care. About: I’ve been an animal lover for my whole life! I have experience with dogs of many sizes and breeds, cats, cows, and chickens. Walking dogs is one of my favorite things to do. I have worked for a dog walking company for the past 3 years. Also, I have worked on multiple farms where I’ve cared for farm animals and dogs/cats. I will care for your pet as if they were my own! I’m working a remote part-time job which leaves me with plenty of time to walk dogs throughout the day and in the evening. Additionally, I have a very flexible schedule on the weekends. If I am caring for your pet in your home I will make sure to follow whatever schedule you have for them. I will take them out to play often and give them lots of love.

About: I’ve always been around dogs large and smalle large (grate Danes). Love all dogs. Will work with people if paying will be an issue. Just message me in advance! I can work with you in the early morning or in the late afternoon for them. My work schedule is set and dose not change. I have 2 of my own pets esa certified. I have advanced first aid training and love to take them on long walks if they need it!

About: I have been caring for animals basically my entire life. It's not unusual for me to spend two weeks at a clients home to watch their dogs while they are on the road, vacation etc. I have experience with my own animals as well. I've raised many types of animals including but not limited to dogs,cats, reptiles, farm animals, etc. I was the person that fed them, walked them, provided comfort and performed any other necessary tasks needed in order to make sure the animals needs are met. Currently I have a very open schedule. My schedule is open to play, watch, feed, walk or whatever you need me to do. Occasionally I have a meeting or appointment other than that I am free. I will make sure your pet is safe while in my care whether it be on a walk or playing outside and I will supervise your pet around any other animals.

About: I am recently retired and am just starting out with the Rover. com work platform. My ideal work will involve helping families care for their pets when they can't be there to care for them themselves. I have been in this position with my pets several times and know how stressful it can be to trust somebody that you don’t know to care for your dog or cat family member. I have always had dogs and cats as part of my family, including special needs pets. I currently have one dog with special needs (IVDD and reactivity.) I would be happy to talk with you to see if I can meet the needs of you and your pet. Because I am retired I am fairly flexible with my schedule. However, due to my own pet , I am not available for overnight care or boarding. In addition, I travel a fair amount. So, I am best suited for occasional/one time/short term or fill-in type jobs. I currently have a dog who has physical limitations and reactivity. Because of this, I am unable to board a dog or cat in my home. I am also not available to overnight pet sit in your home.
