About: I have provided pet (and house sitting) services for family and friends since I was a teenager - so about 20 years! I have had dogs my whole life and a cat when I lived on my own after college. I currently have a sweet Mini Aussiedoodle, Pozie, who is 9 years old (who loves to tag along - but only when invited of course). I have experience in training puppies, handling extra large dogs, caring for senior dogs, administering medications to both dogs and cats, and adhering to strict diets and schedules. I am a full-time remote grad student and I also work remotely as a graphic designer, so my schedule is quite flexible and I am able to accommodate your pet’s schedule and needs. I will do my best to diligently adhere to any guidelines you have for your pet to keep them on their usual routine and schedule.

About: I have had dogs & cats in my life since childhood. A parakeet too! I know how close we become to our pets & how important good care is. I have 2 dogs of my own & have devoted myself to giving them the best life possible. I am newly retired so have lots of time to take care of your beloved pets. I love walking & playing with dogs in all kinds of weather. I will take great care of your pets at your home or while you visit Boothbay Harbor for a few hours or for a day! I will follow your instructions, making sure they are happy & safe. We will always have fun! I am retired and, thus, have quite a bit of time to walk & spend time with your beloved pets!! It’s more than a “job” for me. It’s a labor of love as well. I have a fenced in yard that our dogs use and would prefer walking and caring for your dogs at your home where they are more familiar with the surroundings.

As an animal and plant person by Nature, I “speak their language” and make it a priority and joy to tune in with their needs whether just being together sharing space or enjoying exploring life together. When at home (mine or yours) I am quiet, peaceful, tidy and neat. I believe that being a strong loving presence wherever we are and improving the spaces we visit to leave them better than we I found it is one of our greatest purposes in Life. Your pets and home will be very well taken care of, at ease, and loved with me by the grace of God. I have somewhat of a green thumb (I have been studying, learning, and practicing year by year) and am an aspiring herb & food grower, forager, folk herbalist, and novice yet passionate baker. So, your plants and gardens can also be well cared with me with your instructions. I have some homestead and farm experience - horses, chickens, goats, gardens, and am willing to learn other livestock care as well. I also have also had experience caring for reptilian pets in the past and am open to snakes, birds, lizards, rodents, fish, you name it. If we agree it’s a good match and I’m taking care of your home, just tell me what you want & need taken care of and I’ll do whatever I can to make sure you come home to a happy and comfortable home, almost like you never left! I currently am nearly full time pet sitting and also work very part time as a co-manager of a coworking and event space in Bath, Maine. On any given day I can be found taking dogs on adventures in the midcoast area peppered in with 2-4 hour shifts a couple days a week at the coworking space managing daily operations and helping host events. When pet sitting in your home for your animal(s) I am typically available to accommodate your pet’s normal schedule, to spend time with them, drop in throughout the day for visits, or bring them along with me on adventures with other dogs throughout the day. I prefer bookings where your pets can be left home unattended for 2-4 increments to accommodate my part time work schedule. (5 hours ultimate max including commute time depending on your location from Bath for when I work 4 hour work events). In your home I will follow your instructions and duplicate however you care for your pet & home with the utmost care & respect. You tell me! I love going on walks, hikes, beach or dog park adventures, playing ball, frisbee, doing doggie playdates or custom adventures. I am as adventurous or relaxed as your pet needs me to be. Does your dog loves a walk on the beach or a fun hike? I know a spot! Jump in, let’s go! But if they’d rather stay home, take short strolls, play in the yard, and snuggle that’s great too. 😊

About: For many years I have provided compassionate care for dogs, cats, and even farm animals. Having had a rescue farm for 20 years, I have had the privilege of adopting and rescuing dogs, cats, sheep and goats and caring for each of them from homing to crossing the Rainbow Bridge. I care for pets for all of my family and friends, including my parents senior dog, best friends kooky mutt, adult cattle dog and vizsla puppy of my own. Full time I work in health care as an Occupational Therapist but am joining Rover to offer my caregiving skills to all those seeking safe, reliable care for their animals. Speaking of my pup-Ned is a super friendly and silly 2.5 year old cattle/lab mix. He’s active, loves new friends and is on board with this Rover deal. He also has some complex medical needs (Addisons Disease) which requires daily meds and monthly injections, so we are more than prepared for your animals medical management! We have experience with crate training, anxiety/separation issues, leash training, and would be happy to continue all the behavior plans you’ve been working with! About: I've been caring for all sorts of animals (farm animals to marine mammals to house pets, mostly dogs) since I was 9 years old. I grew up with many pets in my home and had my own dog since I was 8! I have lived around the world working in the field of marine science.
