“Josh has been amazing with Lucy! She comes back happy and tired after their afternoon walks, and it’s clear he treats her like his own when they are together - couldn’t ask for more!”
2. Kasch T.
“Kasch is great with my nerves Jack-russel. When my two dogs first met him they calmed down much faster than they do with most new people. And he really pays attention and has patience with my Jack's signs of nervousness. Thank you very much Kasch for walking her weekly.”
3. Rose B.
“Rose is fantastic with our dog. Kind, prompt, and compassionate. He’s not the most active guy and can be stubborn and Rose has embraced it all. We are so lucky to have found her.”
4. Kristin B.
“Kristin has helped care for my pets since she was a kid. We have always owned or fostered 2 to 5 dogs at a time and Kristin has feed, walked and cared for them all at some time. From our 150 lb. mastiff to our 5 lb. pekingese mix she has loved them all. Kristin has also taken care of our cats over the years. She is very dependable and trustworthy. I would use her for all my pet sitting needs.”
5. Sarah S.
“Sarah is amazing! So good with my pup and always takes the best pictures of her on their daily walks, which I really enjoy. She knows a lot about dogs and has given me lots of tips! It’s so nice to go to work and not have to worry about my “child!” Don’t hesitate to book her!”

10. Carla V.
“I met Carla V in the fall of 2021. At the time she lived in walking distance from my home. Since I was new to the neighborhood and having no family living close by, I asked Carla if she would watch my dog while I was away for a week. Bo, my newly acquired dog at the time, was a rescue from Georgia. He was not an easy dog to care for. Bo is a mixed breed off Border Collie, some field bred hunter species and Pit, but very loving. He had just turned three when I got him in 2020, and although weighing only 50 pounds, was pure muscle and needed an assertive exercise program. Also, because he had harsh beginnings in Georgia, I needed to leave him with someone I could 1) trust, 2) was comfortable with rescue dogs (her sister was a trainer), and 3) was a firm, but very caring, handler. Bo loves Carla and, to date, she has stayed with him several times. Carla is not just a dog sitter, she’s a surrogate “dog-mom” to Bo.”
11. Berenice F.
“Berenice (Nice) has been a wonderful pet sitter/walker on many different occasions for our two dogs - a large 2-year-old German Shepherd-Malamute mix (Loki) and a medium sized 1-year-old hound-collie-Shepherd mix (Storm). These dogs are a handful, yet Nice was always calm, friendly yet firm with the dogs, and they were very quick to warm up to her--even Loki, who has some fear and anxiety issues. It was clear from the start that Nice loves dogs--and that they respond very positively and comfortably to her. Nice was also extremely responsible and reliable; she always communicated with us about her availability and her plans, sent us useful updates and photos, and asked questions when she wasn't sure about something. She was also very quick to let us know if there was anything amiss--for example, when Loki started limping or when one of them didn't eat their food. We completely trusted Nice with our dogs and she's one of the first people we reach out to when we need a dog sitter/walker. I highly recommend Nice for your pet sitting and walking needs!”

About: I have been taking care of pets since I was a kid! I've always had dogs and cats! I had a golden retriever as my childhood dog and miss her everyday. My first memory of her was coming home from Massachusetts where we adopted her and as we pulled in to our driveway and she got sick in my lap! Ever since that day I knew she was my dog. I learned responsibility from taking care of her. We also had several cats so I'm happy to take care of any animal you may have! I'm patient, engaging and ready to love your pets! My husband is allergic to dogs so I decided to sign up for rover to live out my dream of having a dog! I get to stay with some pretty amazing pets and I am excited to hopefully meet yours! We have 3 amazing cats- Frank, Charlie and Mimzi. My wonderful husband stays home with them while I am tending to clients animals if I am booked for any house sittings. Our childhood dog had some health issues, and I do have experience giving dogs antibiotics through food distribution. In addition to this, one of my senior cats has asthma and is on a daily inhaler that we give. I work as a retail manager in downtown Freeport & work in Pottland. I work between the hours of 10-6pm. I can be available in the morning, evening and perhaps can take a lunch break to walk dogs if the distance is close in proximity to my work! I currently don't have a busy schedule! I am also open to over night pet sitting! My animals are like my kids. We are a young couple that decided not to have kids, and we give our cats a comfortable life! I would look after a clients pet the same way I look after mine. My cats are very social and require a lot of human interaction (which is absolutely amazing!!) I would treat your animals just as I do mine with the love, care and respect they deserve! My cats are indoor due to the busy street we live on! We used a gate in our entry way to ensure our cats stay indoors. I am committed to making sure your pets are safe and in the comfort of their home! We ensure our cats are up to date on all vaccines, health checkups through vet at your door (highly recommend them!)

About: I have been taking care of dogs for as long as I can remember. I grew up walking, bathing, grooming, and training dogs of all shapes and sizes. Growing up, my family had between two and six dogs in the house at any given time. We fostered from the local shelter, and so I have a lot of experience with all different breeds, sizes, and temperaments. My best memories include running and hiking and snuggling up on the couch with all of our pups. Caring for dogs is second nature to me, and I would love to help you care for your pet! I am currently working from home and have plenty of time to keep your pet(s) company. With no dogs of my own, I welcome the presence of any furry friends in need of some company, good pats, snuggles, and walks! I am an avid runner and hiker, and I am more than happy to bring pups along. I have a large yard and access to good walking and running routes suitable for pets. I have access to reliable transportation, and am happy to have dogs in the car should it be necessary.

About: I’ve had pets all my life but I’ve been a sitter for friends, family, neighbors, and clients for about 16 years now. I have training in caring for puppies and seniors and can give medication in both pill and injection form. When you leave your pets with me you will be leaving them in the hands of someone who will care for and love them just as you would in your absence. I work part time in the evenings for 5 hours shifts. It makes it easy to work your pets schedules around my work and they will always be my first priority. When I take care of pets, I take care of them in your home. I find it makes it less stressful for the animal because they are in a familiar environment. I follow their routines to the letter and will spoil them rotten! I do sometimes bring my dog with me when I pet sit if your animals get along with other dogs, and you’re comfortable with it. I find it gives all the pets extra enrichment due to the ability to socialize with another dog.

About: I grew up with Golden Retrievers and cats as a kid, and as an adult, I regularly took care of my mother’s dog-feeding, walks, bathroom breaks and giving love and attention while she was traveling or at work for about 10 years. I spent a lot of time in his last years as a senior dog when his health declined working from home at her house every day to provide care and company for him. I miss having a dog close by to take for walks and spend time with, and would love the opportunity to walk and provide company to your dog! I used to work part time as a vet tech assistant, and am familiar with recognizing animal behavior. I still currently work at a vet clinic as the Practice Manager where I have been for 7 years. Animals are my passion. I lost my cat last year and mom’s dog the year before, and would really appreciate spending some more time with animals on my days off. I miss taking her dog for walks, and currently live in an apartment where dogs are not allowed, so would very much enjoy the opportunity to walk your dog and spend some time with them while earning some extra income. I love cats too! I work full days Monday-Wednesday, and am unavailable during that time, but am available to care for your pet Thursday-Sunday, and am flexible with times! I’m happy to walk your dog on their usual route. If they don’t do well outside of the house due to being unsocialized, I’m happy to play with them at your home in your yard so they can get some exercise.

17. Isabella T.

18. Kayla B.
“Kayla has cared for our 4 year old golden retriever on numerous occasions, in addition to watching our 2 1/2 year old son. She is responsible, flexible and extremely caring. We can always depend on her. She stayed with Charlie for a full week recently; we returned to a very happy pup! I highly recommend Kayla for any dog sitting service required.”
19. Haleigh T.
“Haleigh communicated clearly, she was prompt and took great care of my dog.”

About: I love spending my time with your animals! From overnight stays to drop in visits, I love meeting new faces and caring for your beloved pets. I am a self employed house cleaner! I also do senior care/companionship from time to time. Animals have always been so important to me, as I had many many dogs growing up! I currently rent my home so no dogs allowed (bummer but so understandable) so I spend my spare time helping out the community caring for your pups! (Cats too of course). I’m pretty easy going, big on communication and comfortability. I am looking for some furry friends to take on daily walks! I’ll have time most days!
