From the moment we started taking to the meet and greet to leaving Remy with her for a few days was fantastic. Her communication was excellent and fast right from the beginning. We weren't gone long before she was already sending pictures which is something we said we would take any time.. throughout our few days away we received many updates and pictures and from the pictures we could see that Remy was very happy and being cared and loved just as we do. Robin's compassion to take care of and spend time with animals is very clear. Remy even seemed a little sad after we picked him up and brought him home like he missed her and her fun dog Stella. We can't recommend Robin enough and we will definitely be using again!”

About: I have been around animals my entire life. I have worked with all kinds of sizes, temperaments, and personalities. I currently volunteer with the ARLGP, and love the skills I learn every day from the dogs and other animals there. Whether your dog is the easiest to walk, or needs some special attention (and strength!), I am here to help! Your pets may come back with better manners than when they left :) I am a business owner, and am often home at my property in Topsham enjoying the sunshine or local trails with them. Despite my own travel, my schedule is incredibly open and flexible! We have a small portion of our yard that has a light fence, we usually just walk the dogs or take them to the nearby dog park. Our little guy is an ex-escape artist, so we are always double checking, paying attention, and increasing security on walks / outings! Safety is a huge priority!
About: Growing up I’ve had pets ranging from dogs to reptiles. Spending time and taking care of them was never a job but a passion. From volunteering at animal shelters at a young age to pet sitting for friends and family, I continue to express my love and care for animals. I also have a 16 year old Portuguese Water Dog at home and she is my world! I currently work full time from 8am to 4pm Mon-Fri. About: I raised, trained, and cared for my family dog from a puppy when I was in high school. Post college I adopted a senior dog and cared for him for the last couple of years of his life. In the meantime I have been a sitter for friends and family dogs and cats over the years. I am used to giving medications (even when it needs to be disguised) and staying on a feeding schedules. I am very up for caring for senior dogs who want to lay around the house, and equally ready to go on long walks with a dog with more energy. I work from home always, so will be around during the day for pups who like to hang! I'm on the East End of Portland with the Eastern Prom very close by so plenty of places to walk and explore. I am usually out and about in the evenings for a few hours at a time. On the weekends I like to be busy, but can certainly adjust my time when I have a dog or cat around. I have a large one bedroom, and am on the 3rd floor. So my place is likely not good for pets with mobility issues (unless they are small enough that I can carry them). I live very close to lots of nature easily accessible and make a point to get outside often.

Despite my own travel, my schedule is incredibly open and flexible! We have a small portion of our yard that has a light fence, we usually just walk the dogs or take them to the nearby dog park. Our little guy is an ex-escape artist, so we are always double checking, paying attention, and increasing security on walks / outings! Safety is a huge priority!
About: I have cared for dogs of all sizes from 10lbs to 100+ lbs, ages puppy to senior, all with various temperaments, energy levels and medical needs. I’ve also cared for many cats ranging from 2 years old to 13 years old I’m a middle school teacher on summer break with A LOT of availability. It's not unusual for me to spend two weeks at a clients home to watch their dogs while they are on the road, vacation etc. I have experience with my own animals as well.
