“Always so amazing with the animals. Lots of updates. Lost of pictures. She always makes sure to walk out dogs whenever she can. Very respectfully of our space and animals.”

“Amazing! She was able to handle a Great Dane AND puppy Great Dane. Enough said. Great communication, fast response, and gave the dogs all the love they needed and more.”

“Tasia was the perfect sitter for my fur family! Tasia and my dog had an instant bond, and Tasia's background with higher-needs pups gave me the confidence that my rescue Staffy would be in good hands. Tasia was communicative throughout her stay.”

“We’re starting to think our dogs might like Jonas more than us 🤣. As always, our minds were at ease thanks to Jonas’ great care of our pups and frequent updates. We’re so lucky to have found you.”

“Stephanie did a great job with Luca, and they bonded after a day or two. She sent me pictures of him while I was gone, and even washed all the linens she used. Will definitely be using her again!”

“Last minute and amazing pet sitter! We had a different sitter all set up for about 3 weeks prior to a brief trip away—the hotel was booked, the theater and MLB tickets were purchased…transportation was all arranged……then the original sitter had to cancel the DAY BEFORE our trip started! We scrambled, and I put out several feelers for someone to watch our 2 Great Danes, who have some behavioral issues we’re ironing out. Amanda came to the rescue! Not only did she step up to the task of sitting for us, she came the night we decided to book (a day before she’d actually be sitting for us), so she could meet us and our pups….and she doesn’t live all that close to us, so that was pretty-well out of her way. She stayed with our ups and kept them happy—our biggest worry was that they might get in an argument with each other…..and they didn’t! Plus our shy guy actually ate while we were gone, which doesn’t always happen. We’re extremely happy with how everything went with Amanda helping us out!”
“Avery was great! So easy to work with! He stayed calm, cool and collected when the electricity went out and he needed to take our pup to a hotel for the night. We would definitely use Avery again!”

“We had such a great experience with Emily! Taking care of three animals is no small task, but she handled everything with so much care, attention, and professionalism. From the start, communication was excellent — we always felt informed and reassured while we were away. It was clear our pets were not only well taken care of, but genuinely cared for. Each of them has their own personality and needs, and Emily took the time to understand and meet all of them. We came home to happy, relaxed pets and a well-kept home, which says everything. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. We would absolutely recommend Emily to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, and trustworthy pet sitter!”

“Ashley was great. She was easy to communicate with and took great care of our house and our dogs while we were away for the weekend! We look forward to using her as our dog-sitter again in the future!”

About: I have taken care of various different fur babies my whole life. From my grandma’s elderly diabetic cat, to many little baby kittens. Making animals feel safe and cared for makes me feel so fulfilled. I also have been bathing and doing regular grooming since I was old enough to understand how to. I’ve taken in strays and helped regime them or reunite them. I also took in and nursed back to health a kitty that I witnessed get hit by a car. Some special skills that I possess would be I’m very patient loving person who has a very big heart when it comes to animals and I can’t wait to have a future caring for them. I work part-time and do an online education program I’m pretty much free for the rest of day. Currently working on getting my license so I can be more reliable with transportation to get there. I will respect your home and take care of your fur Babies in the comfort of their home listening to anything you ask of me. while we wait for your arrival
“From the moment Isabelle met our dog Maizie I knew that she was in good hands. Isabelle was kind and loving to to our animals and took great care of them as well as our house. She befriended the shyest of our cats which says a lot. We returned to happy pets and a house that looked just as we had left it. She also sent us many pictures while we were away. We are so grateful for such loving, competent care and will definitely use her again if she is available.”

About: I've been a small animal veterinary technician for more than 10 years. My specialty is senior care, including managing cats or dogs with diabetes or kidney disease. I previously had a cat-sitting business when I worked at The Cat Practice in New York City in the mid 1990s. Here in Maine, I have had occasional pet sitting jobs. I am also an experienced horse owner. I am currently working part-time, and can easily fit in visits to your furry friends. I am based out of Gray and will travel within 30-45 minutes of my home. I can also provide over-night care as well. For home visits, I will spend at least 30 minutes with your pet at each visit, if not longer. During that time I will play with them, take them for walks (if canine), or sit quietly if a kitty or older canine prefers. I will feed, ensure they have fresh, clean water, and maintain litter boxes if feline.
“Lynn took great care to give our pup lots of love during a long housesitting stay and gave regular updates on how she was doing. I also really appreciated that she left the house in great shape!”

About: I am a flexible working professional. Most of my family members have either a dog or a cat that I have taken care of for as long as I can remember. I love all dogs no matter the size or breed. I am a previous collegiate student-athlete and am still very active, so playing with your pets and taking them for walks is right up my ally. I am happy to help with house sitting, dropping by, or taking them for a walk. I look forward to helping you out with your care needs for your pets and spending time with them. I am currently in the off-season of my full-time job, so my schedule is very flexible. I will need to travel some weekends for work, but besides that I am flexible during the week and on weekends. My priority is to respect a client's home and provide the best care for their animals. I create an atmosphere built on trust and dependability.
About: Every animal has a story. Mine began long before I ever thought of pet care as a service — it began with connection. From the shy pup curled in the corner to the elderly dog whose slow steps spoke of trust earned, I’ve learned that every animal communicates in its own language of wagging tails, soft purrs, and trusting eyes. Over decades, I’ve walked alongside puppies discovering grass for the first time and supported senior dogs whose gentle steps reflect a lifetime of loyalty. With every house sit, I’m not just caring for pets — I’m honoring the bond you share with them, giving reassurance through consistent routines, heartfelt playtimes, and quiet moments of comfort. What sets me apart is not only my experience but my ability to read body language, anticipate needs, and bring peace of mind to both pets and their humans. Pets are the rhythm of my day — they shape my mornings with excitement and my evenings with calm connection. My schedule is flexible, allowing me to be present for walks when the air is crisp, for quiet cuddle time when hearts need soothing, and for check-ins that give owners peace of mind. I simply ask for a day’s notice so I can plan the best moments with your beloved companion. Your pet’s safety is my promise. In my one-story home filled with warmth and gentle energy, two rescue cats have taught me the art of patience, play, and respect for personal space. Our quiet neighborhood offers leash-friendly strolls and ample paths to explore at a comfortable pace. I ensure a calm, structured, and loving environment that supports routine, comfort, and trust.
“Emily was amazing with our dogs and our home! Our girl dog is very shy and hesitant with a lot of people but she took right to Emily the first day! She took great care of both our dogs and sent us photo and text updates, which made us feel at ease they were in great hands! We look forward to having her stay with our pups for our future sitting needs!!”
