About: I have taken care of my childhood dog (now 18 years old) since I was a kid! I have watched friends’ and family’s pets for 5 years now. My father also has a puppy (who is a tri-pod!) who I helped him welcome home and train when he was adopted. My love for older dogs and pets with physical differences sets me apart as a dedicated, patient pet caregiver. I love long walks and am willing to go the extra mile for your pet! I have a very open daytime schedule, and can easily take pets on walks or stop by for check-ins during the daytime. My other job has odd hours, but it leaves the rest of my schedule flexible and open! I am a very active person and would love to run, walk, or play with your pet! For less active pets, I am happy to play indoors, snuggle, or hang out during visits. We have a 10 month old and 2 year old pitbulls, and Jamie was wonderful with them!! He came over late at night and walked them nearly 2 miles every time, even in the pouring rain! He cleaned up when our puppy had an accident, and left wonderful notes so we could know how the visit went. We even told him he didn’t need to walk our older dog since the puppy is handful enough, but he easily walked both of them every time! We will definitely use Jamie again and again when we need a dog sitter!”

When I'm at your home, I follow your pet's daily routine and schedule as closely as possible. I respect your space completely and leave no trace once I've gone. I'm attentive to your pet's emotional and physical state, so I notice if something feels off and I'll communicate with you about it. I provide regular updates so you know exactly how your pet is doing while you're away. I follow your instructions precisely and care for your home and your animals with the same respect I give my own.
